This stock will go nowhere until someone decides to lock down the float. There are a ton of shares here and a ton of shorts. Also Naked shorts I suppose as well. If there is a squeeze there needs to be orchestrated selling in order to get the push everyone hopes for. Selling in small blocks above the ASK so the MM's have to reach for it. Also if only one MM is mostly short there won't be competition. JV news will move this but you need someone to lock down the float and hold and buy up all the shorts and squeeze it if you want dollars. I am talking about a ton of buying. Just giving my opinion...not being negative.
