You are right, that is how they cover air. They have to buy them on the market and that explains to me what is going on now. For example, if they have air in say my account for the shares I bought at .80. They could have bought them today for .60 and make a .20 profit. Just one little example of the big picture that is only one avenue of shorting. That is what happened to Amerijunk and PAIV.

My last experience was bloody, the DTC wanted to give shorts time to cover before the halt was the rumour. There was a big fight with Nasdaq, etc..... Behind the scenes, who knows what is going on here. We will only know when we get the news. My experience was with PAID, now PAYD. It went up from teens to .80s for intraday high but DTC or someone let it drag on for two plus weeks until all took place. Interesting though in that example all the covering took place right after symbol change but not before. It was awhile ago, but I remember the company asking people to get paper shares, trading very light for 3 days after then boom, up 400-500%. There was no halt in my example with a repricing. That is something I have not had before.

Proved that the bond exists, but not proved they we had it as collateral for investment until the 10k reveals it.

Yep, wish I could buy more right now. I guarantee there are alot of air shorts and DTC does not have a good method for holding them accountable. Been through this before and it is never pretty but we win short term after the price change. Long term is anyone's guess.

very obvious what is happening here. With no news the shorts are driving it down through small manipulation so they can cover lower. When news hits look out. I don't know how long it will play out but when it does, it will be heaven bound imo. by the way, look at the rsi it is so low today which proves the float is small, cause RSI is moving down quickly on low volume.

You bet, it is an issue like i posted awhile back. there are many shorts most likely out there and the share count is not adding up. Could be huge problem.

Not complete as per a 10k, but the merger is already in progress meaning management changes, etc.. are already complete.
