This business is so simple:

1. We fund established small businesses with our bond funding.
2. In return we get equity position in these companies.
3. Bonds are happy, shareholders are happy, funded company is happy.

Seems like a simple but great idea to fund these small businesses.

Great post, means we have less than 2 weeks roughly from today maximum. By the way; look at the volume drying up. mms either gotta go up to get volume, or down but will get little shares but not a ton.

So again I ask as I have before to you bashers out there. If they are making money on selling shares then why is the volume not hugeeeeeeeeeee, or why is the stock not at .01. For dumping to happen that would be the signs?

So let's assume the bashers are right and this is a fraud. So then I have to ask myself:

1. Why is the volume low and nobody is dumping?
2. When is the dumping going to start?
3. Why file the 8K's at all if this is a total fraud, for what purpose?
4. What we have now is just flippers and scared longs selling a measly $1-2 Million dollars a day. That is nothing.

Awesome post Blue, Volume is really drying up, so MM's are soon going to be forced to take it higher to get shares or just keep playing with it like now to bleed it for as much as they can.

Just wish Rufus could get the accountants to get the filings ready now. Like all issues with Sarbanes,companies are struggling getting these filings timely anymore. If we get filings, we could see a short squeeze post "reset" which would be optimal.

My concern and opinion based on my past dealings that some forces are buying time on this one on behalf of someone. JMO, not a fact.
