Appreciate your posts however the problem with that is that Bonds are not that simple. You can put on the balance sheet differently depending on the structuring of the payback. That is the key and the part left unknown until the 10K. There are several ways this can be done.

Another point is all companies can be investigated by the SEC formally and informally. So if someone files a claim, the SEC has to follow up. The company is innocent until proven guilty. The SEC is so overworked, any case against anyone would take years. I have one right now since 2001, MFNX. Still no outcome so whether we are or are not, I don't give a rip Mr. Our Street.
