Read my past posts on other mergers, thanks to SEC shutting down the .0000s we now have a better safer options. Like roulette,place your bets on new mergers that are merging into skeptical companies that have Baggage, more Bagge cheaper price more risk more reward. My portfolio is diverse in merging companies. I made a very good point after years of experience losing 10's of thousands on .0000 stocks. If he wants to play on Ihub that's his call, but my point regarding the new Pink sector still applies, especially to newbies. The bears on this board and other boards with reverse mergers in play that are showing share price strength are using the fact that the soon to be merged in companies have "Baggage", well No Shit of course they do which is why they can be bought into cheaply and why the share price here is a fraction of what it would be if the shell was totally clean.

I suppose the reason why the bears here are spouting the "baggage" is to make mo money, on short flips.

Folks need to know this time is a Renaissance in the new world of SEC actually trying to eliminate the .0000's with crooks running the companies and will take time to realize the changes.

Investing in this new sector at this time at these levels will become quite lucrative in the mid term.

John right now the pink sector has many merger situations on the block, every reverse merger are being merged into companies with Baggage, if not, you would be paying 10 times more per share than now. So as usual "Risk reward". Either buy and wait or don't buy and go away.
