Does anybody know Christine's e:mail address? Thanks.
Is this specifically in reference to Aurus assets or just a general statement referring to their general audit procedures? Thanks.
Will call tomorrow or Wednesday. Just called last Friday. FYI.
I called last week and she said that it would be a few more days until news was released. FYI.
I called Christine's cell phone number. She said that she doesn't have any specific information on the meeting right now. She told me to wait a few more days. I told her that Jeremy doesn't work for Aurus any more and she said she hasn't updated the message on her answering machine to reflect that. FYI.
I think it's too early to say they failed. We're still in August. They could always put a PR out this week or next scheduling it or postponing it. IMHO.
L21 should be concerned about it's reputation if it's a reputable company. They need to follow through with some type of communication on the shareholders meeting shortly. IMHO.
Exactly. Either say the meeting is scheduled at such and such a date or say it's been postponed. But please say something.
What did the London Metals Exchange tell you in regards to Aurus' assets? Thanks.
When is the show? Thanks.
Don't know although SGDM doesn't have any gold reserves currently I don't believe.
I don't believe they want to go it alone. Will probably seek another buyout or JV partner. IMHO.
Would you care to elaborate for the rest of the board? Thanks.
Thanks for the update.
Lochan, what do you speculate the news is all about? Thanks.
I understand. But does AURC have the assets in the ground, or above the ground, that they claim on their financial statements or were those fabricated?
The $64,000 question now is do they have the assets that were reflected previously in their financial statements? If they do and the share count hasn't changed, then their net worth is still the same with or without a buyout. IMHO.
I believe AURC is still interested in being bought out. Maybe these companies will shop AURC in the market for another potential buyer. Don't believe they want to go it alone for the long term. IMHO.
Time will tell. Either you are willing to take the risk or you are not.
Maybe there is a PR coming. A little buying going on.
Is this just speculation or do you have something to substantiate this? Thanks.
I agree. I also believe that if he felt this was a scam he would resign from the account to avoid ruining his company's reputation. IMHO.
He is there to deflect phone calls that others would normally have to field. That's the way the Russians want it. IMHO.
That's the risk that I am willing to take. Time will tell.
I could really care less who the TA is as long as they process the dividend and the buyout.
Please interpret. Thanks.
Just think how many people on this board alone would call them. I think it is reasonable. IMHO.
It infers the Russian government. Don't have any more detail than that.
See their PR dated April 18th entitled "Aurus due diligence completed". Here is the excerpt I was referring to: "The contents of the ore deposits have been confirmed by the Ministry and have satisfied the party making the offer". FYI.
The gold reserves were previously verified by the Russian government. FYI.
His name was at the bottom of the last PR that the company issued. FYI.
Sounds like that's the norm in Russia. Too many vodka breaks maybe.
Any idea on how long the process is going to take? Thanks.
Hardly any buyers or sellers. Volume has dried up. Everyone waiting for news. IMHO.
The company also said that they were going to announce a replacement for Grancharoff. Could instill some credibility by hiring someone with a solid reputation from a major gold producer. IMHO.

I would think there would be another PR saying the stock dividend has been distributed. That really doesn't cost the company anything. IMHO.
Looks like some more buying going on today. Some investors not convinced that the buyout is dead yet. IMHO.
Can you please call him again and get his take on what is going on now? Thanks.
That's when Dovgan told him the buyout was still on?
