A TA question about penny stocks.
What is the opposite of "lipstick on a pig"or painting the tape"? Would it be "More mud on the pig's hoof"?
Is a "shooting star" good?
Takling about expensive!!!
On this site there was a very expensive deal to purchase 30 mil of oil products. I asked the question if anyone has seen any of these products. Dang, no one has seen anything.
I was off by a month or so on my guess. Crazy this was 6 cents a few months ago and now sub penny. A hint for all of you. this was not a guess just a gut feeling.
"Sub penny by the end of the year?????"
For those who are patient people. This may help. Whatever bids you may have move them to .0001 . My gut tells me you will get those shares someday.
Forget the High velocity energy factor.
This stock seems to be on a course of crash and burn. Here is a formula where gravity is the force bringing on a crash and burn situation. In hvae's case the force of gravity factor can be substituted with a factor of "DOS"...Being dumping on sheeple factor. Massive dumping brings on a situation of going to the bottom with the share price and the only way off bottom will be a R/S.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravitational_acceleration
NOTE: "G" is in the numerator. the larger the DOS the faster the free fall.
Helloooo!!!!!
Anyone seen these operations or seen any product made by them?
Watch out! A solid week of buying here and upward movement would mean someone jumping in at .00002 would be getting their bag filled at a 100% gain by those who know this is the bottom.
Let's not forget the last R/S. It took the SP to 32 cents. now look where it is.
Too bad Due Dillinger isn't around here.
all the volume over time could be from a printing press in Miami.
check out the old rb board for genm. maybe you will get the picture of what may still be going on.
OT
"Oil related stocks tend to go up as the crude price climbs "
Close relative or very distant relative? I'm wondering if HVAE is relative to oil prices?
I hpoe so.
My gut tells me if you buy this stock it hasn't seen the bottom. If you were to buy and make some money I would call you the great trader.
BTW I saw your saying:
Step aside son, you're blockin' the MOMO! ... .. Disproving absence of evidence should be easy, show the evidence of.
I wish if i stepped it would stop thhe downward MOMO.
God help the person who spent 9 grand on this stock today. May he get part of his investment back.
Nothing here to invest in. JMHO
Investing in PIGS???
I now would invest in pork bellies.
We need a bazillion and two % increase on our PPS to get back to 2 cents. I wonder what the target price is these days???
"We have a lot of big things planned for the future, and we felt that the $.02 offer was just too low."
Anyone know about some movie some investors made? Any money in it for the lame shareholders?
Please Please someone give us good news even if it is the company has paid it's light bill.
BTW, anyone know about HVAE???
If you are spending any effort on waiting I would suggest give up on it. There seems to be very little of value here.
We have two chances here. One is if Jeff Torino did take money and is required to return it whoever is in charge will have a nest egg to make chicken salad out of this mess.
Second, we need Freddie to step up. I feel certain he didn't plan for these results when he went looking for help. If there have been outsiders pilfering this company he should go to the SEC and report it. They would be very happy to help him fix this mess and thus any thoughts of him being involved would be taken away. He is either involved or not involved. To be not involved would be a waste of his time to sit back and be sucked in when he has a chance to get the big boys to do his house cleaning.
Oh yea, Maybe a PR answering the shareholders questions could easily let us know what we have our money """""invested""""" in.
Freddie, Who got free shares from the company? ( hint: Could be people and businesses in Miami?)Why did you send me free shares in the mail? I did nothing to deserve them. And Out of the Blue the share printers sent me shares.
You ever check Your NOBO list? Who is in charge of the stock and the 504 dilution?
Any explanation how my 65k has evaporated ? You gave away tons of shares and what is there to show for it?
Any news? If not why would anyone think averaging down would be a good decision?
My gut tells me there is very little left. I should have listened to Due Dillinger years ago. I Kept telling him he was an IDIOTT. He knew something I didn't. I lost it all.
I would bet over the next few months others will be investigated by the SEC. It doesn't mean if the SEC can gets some of our money back they would be willing to ship it to Miami or Canada for it to be spent the way it has been in the past.
I would like to see justice and maybe others would not be so apt to run this kind of program where investors loose everything.
Anyone know anyone involved with this company??????????????????????????????
I guess a couple of things.
First, sell this stock in a year when you have some gains to wash away the tax liabilities.
Second, Hope the SEC will cull through the investors and employees to find someone who can turn this thing around and maybe we can get a little bit back.I would hate to see them get Torino's money and cut a check to Grand. It would vanish in no time.
I was also hung. Been hung so long my bones have rotted of the noose. Seems the party is over to me. Read below.
U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
Litigation Release No. 20830 / December 15, 2008
SEC v. Pinnacle Business Management, Inc. et al., Civ. No.
8:02-CV-822-T-EAJ (M.D. Fla.)
SEC Seeks Contempt Against Jeffrey G. Turino for Violating Penny Stock
Bar and Obtains Ex Parte Asset Freeze and Extension of Penny Stock Bar
The Commission announced today that, following an ex parte hearing
held on December 4, 2008, Judge Elizabeth A. Kovachevich of the U.S.
District Court for the Middle District of Florida issued an order
directing Jeffrey G. Turino to show cause why the Court should not
hold him in contempt for violating a five-year penny stock bar entered
against him on December 5, 2003, as part of a settlement of an earlier
Commission enforcement action. The penny stock bar prohibited Turino
from participating in any penny stock offering. In the December 4th
order, the Court finds that the Commission had made a sufficient and
proper showing that Turino had violated this bar by participating in
penny stock offerings of Biotech Medics, Inc., Equitable Mining Corp.,
Global Diamond Exchange, Inc., Grand Entertainment and Music, Inc. and
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, Inc. The Commission had previously issued orders
temporarily suspending the trading in the securities of two of these
companies, Equitable Mining Corp. and Global Diamond Exchange.
The order directs Turino to show cause why the Court should not hold
him in contempt, should not require him to disgorge the unlawful
proceeds from selling shares obtained in penny stock offerings, and
should not make him subject to a permanent penny stock bar. Further,
the order freezes certain bank and brokerage accounts held or
controlled by, or in the name of Melissa Spooner, Robert Leslie,
Mountain Passages, Inc., Austin Funding, LLC and CRL Holdings, Inc.
Finally, the order extends the penny stock bar against Turino pending
a final hearing on the show cause order.
The penny stock bar against Turino resulted from the Commission's May
8, 2002, enforcement action against Turino, Vincent Lo Castro, and a
company they controlled, Pinnacle Business Management, Inc. SEC v.
Pinnacle Business Management, Inc. et al., Civ. No. 8:02-CV-822-T-EAK
(M.D. Fla.) The Commission's complaint alleged that Turino and the
other defendants had made materially false and misleading statements
in connection with a proposed spin-off of a Pinnacle business
division, and charged them with violating the antifraud provisions of
the federal securities laws (Section 17(a) of the Securities Act of
1933 and Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule
10b-5 thereunder). On December 5, 2003, Turino consented to the entry
of a final judgment that permanently enjoined him from further
violations of these provisions and imposed a $60,000 civil penalty, a
permanent officer and director bar, and a five-year penny stock bar.
I was also hung. Been hung so long my bones have rotted of the noose. Seems the party is over to me. Read below.
