Who is the "other"partner? Where's the geologic data and lease location? What is the potential total output?
Which one?
WAAYYYY outdated... try 1.5 billion...
I would be surprised if it were over one or two hundred. No where does it say "thousands" of service centers... Re Read the post. The problem is AERN is very vague with ever PR. They are always holding back details with no way to verify their claims. They said they signed a JV deal with Black Gold but never paid into the JV the funds needed to get it going and now they face potential legal action from Black Gold.
Any moron knows these are not corporate agreemenets but just dealerships' service departments... Don't mislead please.
They're going to keep doing this over the next couple of days/month. Pumps up the most active messege boards to draw new investors screening picks based on activity. Legit PR's will do the same thing for example : "Kansas lease holds 400,000 barrels of oil, 4 more wells will pump it out faster and produce 1000BPD over the next year"... for example. That would be HUGE. Third party geologic analysis will be perfect and very informative.
Unless AER specifically says so one cannot assume they are part of the same deal... can you get them to clarify?
Yeah, the four of you are doing a tremendous job!
They are dealing with local dealerships not the coporatations of GM, FORD, etc.
Whatever happened to the 100 wells they "signed" a deal for in Kansas?
EXXON and the $1.8Billion deal with Riverton Energy in Louisiana! Whatever happened to those?
Like who?
Kentucky? AERN has not released a single PR about Kentucky. If you do know something and are connected to AER$ in some way tell us what is going on with Riverton/Louisiana JV and Black Gold JV?
There's nothing new in this link. I have all of the PR's dating back to October 2011 practically memorized...
What does the geologic data tell us about what's in those wells/leases? Just that report alone would make a nice PR. Plus, it's factual, done by a third party.
They can pimp away all they want. I don't care so long as the stock hits $.03 before the financials(unlikely)... I would rather hear about legitimate well pumping numbers and oil output. That will do way more for AERN than what a pimp can say. Saddens me to see they're not pumping out real numbers and updates about oil production realistic projects of well potential. $60K from the 9 wells is fine but what is the geologic analysis on that lease(s) how oil does AERN have access to? WHO is the JV partner in KS. I want them to be intellectually honest with us. I guess the formula is pimp it for a few days, spend loads of money promoting the stock(which could've been used for oil rigs or JV costs) then release a stream of news releases....
Yeah, let's hope the fire doesn't get put out when AERN gets sued for breach of contract by Black Gold. That $150K would have more than covered the funding for the Black Gold JV....
What is the date of the superhotpennystocks.com report? For the $150,000 fee AERN could have paid their end of the Black Gold Joint Venture which they have apparnetly backed out of and are potentially facing legal action against them. The last thing we need is someone suing AERN under the SEC's ponzi scheme rules...
Q1 Financials need to be filed within 21 days...
Just how big of a job does he have in front of him? Do you have more faith in AERN now that you met Jim?
As I expected...
Stockloooooser taking DD to the extreme! Despite the colorful exchange about your trip to the wells... Thank you for taking time out of your day away from family and friends to investigate and report back about that what you saw. Any info on AERN is helpful. The guys you spoke to, probably JIm Wade. Did you get his number? Perhaps he can provide you some more details on what's being planned for drilling there over the next year... Tall order I know... I distinctly remember someone telling me to not bother working people.... I for one am glad you didn't hear that messege.
5 new wells on those leases in 2012!
I'd like to think it were a choice not to follow through with it. I'm hoping they are planning on bigger deals too... can't know for sure though... It'd be nice if they signed and paid into a $5million plus/yr lease... or maybe Riverton/Louisiana! One can dream!
With out new projects or deals the business won't grow... this would contribute to a bad financial report 2 quarters from now. Growth comes from increased sales and how do we profit from sales? By charging more for the same amount of output or increasing the number of output streams(i.e. new projects). Financials are coming out with in 25 days. Relax until the report comes out. Read the last 4 mos. of PR's and add up all the oil out put from wells and UMO deals then read the 2011 Annual Report and Q4 report. That alone should settle your nerves. The Black Gold Deal is dead unless Stan pays them before the last day in April. Make some phone calls, write some emails to the parties mentioned in the PR's... do your own DD. Ask questions here but come as an educated consumer of information. No one is here to convince you to do anything. If AERN makes you uncomfortable do not invest, if you are interested then do your own DD and bring something to the table... Good luck!
The Black Gold Deal was signed back in October of 2011 and shown no signs of progress. Don't hold your breath on this deal... See my other posts regarding the Black Gold JV.
Yeah, they finally took down the aerial view of the Dale Cox lease in Neosho , Kansas.... how much did we drill/pump out of that one? I forgot...
This deal was signed but has not started. If AERN does not pay Black Gold by end of April the deal is done and AERN will be in default. BG has given AERN until end of April to fund the agreement but will pass the opportunity on to someone else if AERN does not honor its commitment. Do your own DD and you'll find out the same info I did.
AERN is actively developing a strategy on how to best use its financial resources. There may be bigger opportunities that AERN is trying to put together better than BG like the Riverton louisiana deal worth $1.8 Billion.
I'm not worried about it. just based on the UMO and oil pumping revenues ought to be between 3-5million/yr. Now, we've only been at that level since February or March. Hypothetically that put's us in the $.003/pps. How do we value a company's worth? Earnings and projected earnings. We don't know exactly how much oil has been pumped... I believe in february they announced they were at 200BOPM then announced 25% more. if nothing else we pumped 450 in teh first quarter of this year equalling $45000 for oil pumped in Q1 + what ever UMO revs there are. More wells (2/mo) are suppossed to be coming on line from the Oklahoma lease we got from Texas energy. Over the next 10-16 mos it should reach a total production of $20 million/yr from that lease alone. I do not know how much the rehoboth aquisition will produce but they are also slated to put in offset wells increasing production. The 9 new wells in Kansas will start pumping and producing oil in July. We're looking at a great year of production for AER Energy its just getting started. Financials will be in with in 24 days and hopefully show a good revenue stream. In addition, they have all of the other deals in process.... but don't hold your breath for the Black Gold JV. AERN has unfortunately not commited the funds to initiate drilling with Black Gold and has until end of April or the deal is in default. I know this for a fact.
In the next 25 days.
So where's today's news guys? We had a pre-emptive "Thanks, great job!" and everything...
Jim Wade - I remember someeone on this board posting that they know Jim Wade... can that person(assuming you are still here) give a call to Mr. Wade and see what you can find out? drilling status, how much being pumped, etc.
Ah, I see... its a pre-emptive "Thanks!" Thinking positive, I like it. Lets see what happens.
What did he do? Can't find the news yet... Has it been posted?
We shall see in the next few weeks...
Things are looking up for AERN! Its amazing what you can learn from shaking a few trees, especially the right ones... Do your DD!! Make some calls and write some emails! People will get back to you! (just not Stan or Al)
Fairhills Capital Offshore out of NY... I'll try there and see what I can dig up.
FairHills Captial out of Sausalito, CA has no connection with AER Energy but said there is another Fairhills Capital on the east coast, otherwise another quiet day here...
