You have multiple times and honestly that's how you play penny stocks. Most are scams or pump and dumps, so when you see profit you take it. Otherwise it'll just come back to where you bought it or lower. I always go with the baseball terminology of I would rather hit singles and be a good consistent hitter than try hitting home runs all the time and striking out.

We are receiving information just nothing that is PRed to move the stock up. This is my first reverse merger play and I am glad I have learned a lot from it. I don't know what is going to happen other than the lawyers are reviewing the documents. It's either going to happen or they will find something in the documentations that they won't ever sign off on. At this price right now I think it's well worth the reward vs. risk. I am curious to know what violapat has found with the research.

I noticed UW*L doesn't and didn't read on why GOI* wasn't either.

I love ETMM sitting at the ask for over 100 dollars.

There has to be some sort of news about the merger next week. That would be at least a week and a half reviewing the documents. People understand that reviewing documentation when dealing with a big company/government it will take some time. Only thing is it seems there's not much we can do but wait. People shouldn't put such an emphasis on this date or that date it will be announced. We don't know nor should really speculate until it happens or a lot of anticipation in the stock price goes up. I am really annoyed with this assumptions on when it will be announced. No one knows nor has insider information so stop making claims with information you don't have.

I agree with you 100%. Since we have been getting detailed updates lately about the progress and the current situation/goals with the company. It is best to not assume or guess when a merger is going to take place. No one really knows and only makes you feel dissapointed and less willing to wait for the merger, which is why most are in this stock. Just know what you want to achieve and wait until you achieve it.

11 trading days in the last 2 months have had more sells than buys and yet we are now lower than we were 2 months ago.

For now I think that's what it is until we see further details about the financials.
