moonie ...
so now you're admitting that your characterization of him as CEO was inaccurate?
easy to talk about the dead (blkhoc and his company) when they're not here, isn't it?
for some peeps, at least.
you, for instance.
(who was that ripXgel? you STILL haven't answered. why not?)
rotten ...
last year, didn't they slip in a sh'holder mtg on the sly, without a general advance notification?
crow ... who are cdex's auditors?
gosh, capn ... thanks.
But that still doesn't answer my question -- does moonieman take his with milk, cream or lemon? Maybe you can find out. You're buddies, right? Since you both are pursuing the DDMan cabal (though you've gone a bit further with your "competitive interests" gambit) you must have a cuppa together from time to time to compare notes.
So only another week and all will be revealed!
Oh boy! Can't wait!
When is the 10Q or whatever it is they're now waiting for due, crow?
I too think of BarryO and cringe for all those like him, the innocent ones who b'leeved and didn't get out til it was too late to matter. But I imagine he's smiling down at us all, with his new perspective, saying it doesn't matter, life turns on a dime, go on with your lives while you still have the time.
There was an old old song ... can't remember the title but it was haunting (maybe "The Fool Who Lived on the Hill"). The last line was something like "The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return."
seems they're dropping out like flies, caw ...
and mp stays away on his "religious retreat" or whatever ... back to Brazil and the compound, nae doot.
none of the not-so-troo b'leevers can say they haven't been warned for about five years.
and capndagood keeps on keepin on.
well, rotten ...
I'd just like him to answer the question about cream, lemon or milk.
And then the one about what constitutes fraud (using his best friend's brother's definition, if he must).
And finally the one about ripXgel.
I think he's gone as far 'round dabend as capndagood. Have you noticed, even jennifur has (tactfully, as usual) asked capnmike what in the world his links have to do with anything whatsoever.
I think you've lost the plot, moonie ...
Everyone who's anyone knows why we were zapped. Capnmike spelled it out. It all has to do with competitive interests, not with multiple aliases.
You never answered my question: do you take your earl grey with milk, lemon or cream?
let's take these one at a time, moonie:
No fixation other than to point out to potential investors in cdex the fact that the bulk of resident bashers here, you included, were all part of the same group that pumped and touted bprg, up until the time the bottom dropped out of bprg a couple of months ago.
I don't think you're keeping up, moonie. The bottom dropped out last fall.
And are you saying there actually are potential investors in sexycexi? Oh wow. I yam impressed.
Coincidentally, the bunch of you have either slinked away into the woodwork or several of you, yourself included, were PERMANENTLY BANNED from Raging Bull, en masse. Reasons for your PERMANENT BAN were for a variety of reasons...
"Coincidentally"? A "variety of reasons"? What might they be, moonie, and how do you know? Has iccdp been talkin' again?
... but the publically [sic] disclosed reasons were for the use of multiple aliases, which is fraud.
So there's a nonpublically [sic] disclosed reason? Do you mean the use of multiple aliases was just a cover? btw, I wasn't banned for use of multiple aliases. I was banned first with no reason given. Then when I tried another alias to see what was going on, that's when I got a reason: use of multiple aliases. And what about bocaboy or whatever his alias was -- he posted one (1) post and was banned. I read it and it was hardly bashing. Did someone at RB accidentally hit the wrong key and he got zapped? Kinda weird, doncha think? And why was diddy banned, can you tell us? I don't think he ever used any alias other than diddy.
While you're at it, tell us more about what constitutes fraud. I'm just dying to know. If you can't remember, ask your best friend norbert's brother tommy. He knows all about it.
I bring this up because you have moved onto this site and continue your same conduct albeit in a more muted manner but nevertheless are here to bash.
In fact, moonie, I'm only here once in a blue moon and not to bash -- I just see the humo(u)r in the whole sad story of loch/cdex. I'm doing most of my work "out of sight" you might say.
So in all fairness it should be known the connection you have with:
A BPRG ...
That's easy: I'm a private investor in bprg.
B Being permanently banned from a public investment forum as a group.
That's also easy. It was called "Operation Clean Sweep" by someone ... pretty good description, don't you think? Now you see 'em, now you don't.
Do you think blkhoc would have been banned along with the rest of us, had he lived long enough?
C A concerted effort with other posters to bash cdex.
See above. Now I suppose you should post the basher's handbook to make your point.
But so what anyways (tm nasfy) -- what prollems do you have with so-called bashing as long as there's no prollem with the company/tech/stock/principals? Cream rises to the top, doesn't it?
btw, do you take your earl grey with cream, lemon or milk?
he's alla that and then some, crow!
butt he sure likes his affectations.
So cdex is outta siller? What a silly place to be!
"We tried, we really tried."
As for the do-hicky still being at Children's -- gathering dust or being used -- there's still the possibility that sassy will go look for herveryself, taking txok along for comfort. They're just a stone's throw away.
I thought the troo-longs said it didn't need FDA approval? Now they're saying it does/might?
I wish they'd make up their minds.
better, moonie ...
don't bother with NS. Instead, pick up capndagood in FL (that's well south of NS, so now you don't have to look it up) and take him with you. I unnerstan he has some concerns about bprg trying to beat out cdex's "technology" coupled with some serious concerns about the DDMan cabal. He can ask probing questions directly to the CEO, etc.
Then you both can report your findings to all the relevant boards!
Brilliant idea, don't you think?
alternatively, moonie ...
you could go to the bprg agm (it's in merrie olde which shloud be a piece of cake for you to locate on any old map) and report on it on the bprg board. I understand it might be quite interesting.
Dip a wing when you pass over Nova Scotia.
What's causing your fixation with bprg, moonieman?
I thought this was a loch/cdex discussion board.
Are you or were you ever invested in it (as I was in loch)? Is that what explains your interest in bprg (as it does mine in loch/cdex)?
Are you still sipping your earl grey and schilling for ripxgel? I bet he was really pleased that his remarks fell on such receptive ears!
btw, who WAS that masked man? I've asked you that before but you don't seem to want to reply.
Was he a bprg investor? Something else? Why did he have access to court records that he quoted out of context? Are there other court records that might shed some light on his misguided attempts to drive the pps into the ground?
I know you haven't the foggiest, moonie, so best you stick to the topic at hand ... here, that's the company formerly known as loch harris.
Contrary to what capndagoodmike would like to b'leeve (and have others b'leeve).
from elsewhere:
"Could you imagine the size of the sale if one of the major HMO's decided to install ValiMed's in every one of its pharmacies. I don't expect this without at least a small trial first, but who knows how many small trials may currently be ongoing."
paraphrase:
"Could you imagine the billions !!!!! if one of just one country plagued with land mines decided to use ELF in every one of its open fields. I don't expect this without at least a small media-witnessed test at the RBI in Croatia and another one in front of the US Capitol first, but who knows how many small tests may currently be ongoing."
La plus ca change, etc.
now now now, crow ...
haven't you heard?
katie and matt are going to showcase it on the Hoy show!
... es posible manana? espero que si!
xenophon ... la semaine prochaine est arrivee.
nous attendons ...
What are you so scared of, moonieman?
Things that go bump in the night?
Remember your best friend's brother's single (ha ha) luncheon with Nigel? His long history with frankie? His Valentine's Day surprise? His highly publicized attempted use of beaniebabies?
Maybe he sholud be afraid of things that go bump in the night. But then you could fly him to a safe haven, so no prollems.
Even for you, I simply cannot believe you would bring up Barry and his company in an attempt to discredit LMorovan.
On the other hand, yes I can.
So ...
you think he's now anti-cdex/loch ??
weird, just plain weird.
xenophon ... next week is almost here (depending on where you live) ... lookin' forward to reading your demo.
Hi, Lori ...
seems we both have a question for mike!
(hope all's well ...)
hi, capndagood ...
You were so far off in your "exposure" of the "conflicting" interests of bprg and cdex (not to mention your "exposure" of the "DDMan cabal"), here's a chance for you to redeem your "reputation" as the dd'er par excellence.
From your link:

I'm certain you've gone that extra step, have contacted Earl, and can fill everyone in on the latest chapter of his career.
What's he up to these days? Is he a happy camper? In a good mood?
Don't be coy ... tell all.
... and the circle begins to close?
crow ...
are you trying to revive Quinton's Qhronicles?
wunnerful idea!
too much !!
Now they're writing the Today show, hoping they'll cover sexicexi and Valimed.
IncroyAB'le.
capnmike ...
Have you done any more of your incredible research into the DDMan cabal and competing interests?
That stuph you posted a while ago was so enlightening ... shirley you've followed up.
ps ...
who'dathunk 4 or 5 years ago that we'd be workin' cooperatively today?!
vty,
your fav black widow
hope you
consider my OTHER suggestion, that is ... before I registered on Minkow's outfit's name.
A double hit!
just read yours, rotten ... missed the name connection but now I see. Hope you consider my suggestion.
Indeed, we SHALL see. I'd think Barry Minkow (sp?) would see red over this.
ps, rotten ...
It's too bad (not even including the general and personal loss) that blkhoc has died. He took much information to the grave with him, imo.
Also, of course, there's that poster originally known as bcci_banker (I think, or maybe it was U2-Pilot) ... he's got huge stacks of boxes of files, I imagine!
Here ya go, rotten ... updated from its original posting (which was pre-9/11) to the following spring, but not beyond. To be current, the winding road from Nevada and the current multi-year chapter of sexycexi/cdex and malcbaby would have to be added.
I also have the name of Kroft's assistant and/or producer (don't know if he still has the same one) but would obviously not like to post it here.
Also, I bet you know who has as many chapters, lines and verses as anyone on the loch chapter in the whole saga!
Incidentally, at that time, the person of most interest to the authorities and other journalists who were following the loch story seemed to be Mark Neuhaus.

Can Something Like This Really Happen?
This is a story about how one little company successfully bilked investors out of millions and maybe billions of dollars. Unfortunately, it’s not fiction.
The cast of characters includes a CEO with a history of bankruptcy and a gambling habit; a former chief scientist who is a convicted felon and proffered questionable academic credentials; an untested technology promoted through daring demonstrations and dazzling press releases; and an unsuspecting investing public who bought into the dream of eliminating land mines forever. It is also a story about the power of the internet.
Loch Harris, Inc. is an incubator company that claims to develop breakthrough technologies to be spun off into their own companies. As described on the company’s web page: these are "technologies that can change the world; applications that can touch the heart". They have included such diverse things as the dissemination of a special breed of hardy, genetically engineered cattle through a "high-tech embryo transfer program" (otherwise known as semen straws); solar pumps to provide much needed water to arid lands; edible cotton seeds; and most recently two technologies with quaint names, "ELF" which stands for Eliminate Landmines Forever and "VaMMP" which stands for Vacuum Multi-constituent Monitor for Plasma (to eliminate waste inherent in the manufacture of semiconductor chips).
The company’s story seems to begin back in 1985 -- perhaps earlier -- but its activities from 1999 forward are what captured the attention of The New York Times and Wall Street Journal in early 2000, caused the company to be delisted from the OTCBB, and generated the interest of the SEC which is currently engaged in a nonpublic investigation of the company for fraud. Other federal agencies are also involved. The investigations may have international implications.
The Loch Harris story is also about the power of the internet. No longer does a computer-savvy investor have any excuse for not doing due diligence on public companies. There are search engines that make it possible to learn a great deal about any public company, its principals, its filings, its incorporations, its businesses -– almost anything at all that might affect one’s decision to invest or not to invest. In addition, stock "chat board" sites let members exchange ideas, information, and opinions in public forums.
But there’s the rub. These "chat board" sites also make it possible for people with a strong interest in seeing a stock price climb to "hype" or promote the stock in forums with wide readership. Such has been the case with Loch over recent years where cries like "the technology’s worth BILLIONS!!" were common.
Did insiders with stock that was either gifted to them, or bought at a substantial discount, benefit from the company’s press release campaign and message board "pump" in the winter of 1999-2000, when the pps rose from under $1 to almost $6? Did they dump at the top and walk away with millions of dollars at the expense of other investors who bought into the dream too late? Did the company orchestrate that pump and dump? Those are among the things the authorities are looking into.
Bottom line. There is no evidence of sales of the incredible edible cotton seeds. There were PRs indicating that solar power water pumps had been sold in Mexico, but no indication in the company’s SEC filings of those sales. Some cattle were sold, but to a person with a vested interest in the company. In addition, the company's auditors resigned, indicating they could no longer rely on information provided to them by the company. New auditors have not been retained.
Regarding ELF and VaMMP, the company announced the following in a Jan. 20, 2001 PR: "Loch Harris, Inc. (OTC:LOCH) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a plan to move forward with efforts to spin-off a substantial portion of the chemical detection technologies developed by Chemical Detection Technologies, Inc. (ChemTech), including the ELF (Eliminate Landmines Forever) and VAMMP (Vacuum Multi-Constituent Monitor of Plasma) systems which are currently undergoing further testing and continued development. The proposed spin off-plan would involve issuing shares of common stock in the new Delaware Corporation to the existing shareholders of the common stock of Loch Harris, Inc. as of a record date to be determined in the near future. The company will announce further details of this plan as developments warrant."
This language was at best vague and very little has been clarified or communicated since then. The last Loch Harris PR was issued on August 10, 2001 announcing the asset purchase agreement. The "new Delaware corporation" has been superceded by a new Nevada corporation and this private company's focus shifted from ELF to EM-1, a derivative technology purported to be useful in airport security. However, the horrific tragedy of September 11 is more than 6 months old, with no EM-1 product in sight. And VaMMP, once considered by many investors to be the real money maker for the company (and therefore its shareholders), has fallen to the bottom of the list of development priorities. As of this date, the common stock in the new company -- intended to be issued to Loch Harris shareholders -- is currently held by Loch Harris, Inc., with no date of distribution in sight.
shareholder's meeting, you ask?
get closer on it ... he'll make one happen fershirley.
Would hope so, crow ...
it'd be a shame not to give daBeez, tommy, MP "and others" their day in the sun, right?
ps, rotten (or anyone else) ...
If you're interested in pursuing this with Kroft or his friend, I imagine I can still locate that "Can Something Like This ..." post for you, and maybe even some relevant correspondence.
I'm pretty sure a series was being considered back then. After all, penny stock scams are bigg bidness -- bigger'nabreadbasket, one might even say.
rotten ...
did you know a story on stock scams, highlighting loch and including the power of chat rooms, was on Steve Kroft's short list of shows a few years ago? And then came 9/11, literally the week they were deciding on their winter line-up.
Remember "Can Something Like This Really Happen?"
Tommy might even have had a featured spot! Though I imagine he'd have declined an interview (after all, 60 Minutes isn't quite as casual as RB).
Very glad to see Kroft didn't shelve the whole idea entirely.
Especially loved this:
"Minkow is much less interested in prosecuting frauds than he is exposing them while they’re still going on. He searches public records, employs private detectives, and goes undercover to perform the kind of due diligence most investors don’t know how to do."
Wonder if anyone's alerted him to loch/cdex yet?
arloco ...
really hard to believe it's been 5 years.
seems
like
[just]
yesterday
!
two hundred whole shares?
be still my heart.
(who's that friendly mm again?)
rotten ... everyone knows. eom
plus ...
I'd hope he'd tell me more about his budding tennis career, cut short by a nasty dive through a plate glass door.
And maybe show me his scars again.
That would make my day.
