Not singling you out Maninnepa but many keep asking Jared to quit diluting shares.

Here's a suggestion. How about quit buying the shares he is trying to dilute?

actually 100 million was added to the OS on 6/5 and the last 50 million on 6/16

making it 150 million in the last 2 weeks but close to 400 million in last month or so.

My warning here is that it has recently come to this boards attention that another company/individual has been compensated free shares to promote this stock.

I was showing an Aziz pattern here and had to bring up the Vantillian issue to prove my point.

The last run started 3/3 with Vantillian and crew which is three weeks before he put out the disclaimer which in his own words was just days before he received the free 10 million shares 3/25

so he promoted AMHD for almost 3 weeks before he came clean just before getting the free shares

A poster on this board asked the moderator twice to change the info in the IBOX with regard to share structure. He claims to have gotten new information from the TA

the moderator stated publicly here in a post that he called and the OS is the same and now has removed it from the IBOX

all will be able to call Madison Stock Transfer tomorrow and see who is telling the truth here and who is trying to hide the facts

Overachiever states the OS is over 3.5 billion
WestTexas(our moderator) says it is still under 3 billion and has not changed

I'll put my money on OA being the one telling the truth

Rumor started here about Vantillian being a paid promotor. After that his disclaimer was on his website. I asked at a later date if he was still obligated to promote AMHD

Madison Stock Transfer has been in the I-Box way before WT took on the job.

It is a tool to allow investors to easily call the TA and get current share structure of AMHD.

there is no reason to remove it from the I-BOX

What have you got to hide in having it in the I-BOX?

IF you dont want to change the numbers every month when AZIZ dumps more shares, fine, leave out the share structure but keep the phone number here for all to see

Twice today overachiever has asked your moderator to change the I-BOX to reflect newly added shares to the OS. WestTexas claims he has called the Madison Transfer and the OS has not changed from 2.6 billion plus authorized shares shown in the I-BOX

Call the T/A and get the current O/S verified. You will find that the one you have in the I-Box is wrong and light by almost 900 million shares. It is a simple matter.

The correct O/S is 3,509,573,155

Why don't you update the I-Box with the correct O/S? Call the T/A. The phone number is in the I-Box. It will take about 60 seconds to get the correct share count. The one you have in the I-Box is incorrect.

I would like you all to know that I am not "in the know" on anything I post. I have never called EESO or talked to Jared or Brian.

My posts are for discussion only and please dont trade on what I post.

DD, gut feelings, and some experience with these pinks is all I have to offer and they are only opinions.

OS unchanged-thank you for posting that Highyield-and she is very nice.

Any stock can be traded for profit and AMHD is no exception.

But new posters are asking questions with regard to INVESTING IN THIS STOCK (AS IN LONG TERM)and need to hear the truth without the hype.

I hold no shares and don't intend to but I don't begrudge you buying in for a flip

Low volume could be one signal that dilution is over. Some would want to see several days of low volume to confirm because Jared's pattern has been to release new shares as soon as old shares are in the market.

I highly recommend that someone call TA morning,noon and night (after market close-TA on west coast) before making a move.

Make sure you post here for others to see so Carol doesn't get hit with tons of calls a day. Very nice girl.

Note: I bought last Fiday as market opened. 10 minutes later someone posted here that he called the TA Thursday night and confirmed an increase in OS.

I'm assuming he dumped his shares early-then posted the increase he confirmed Thurday night.

If I had made the call Thursday night I could have saved a few bucks

Pretty bold statement that Vantillian's 10 million shares did not come from AMHD or Aziz.

I know they PR'd a joint venture with PAN-AM Biofuels back in October 2007

Never heard if they were actually planted but are they expecting oil from the saplings planted then or more mature trees owned by PAN_AM?

they hold exclusive rights to the oil but dont have a facility to process into fuel.

I guess they could sell the oil to a real Bio-fuel producer.

I would not pat Aziz on the back for PR'ing a need to raise the OS because that PR was after the fact-not before.

Aziz had no choice but to admit to raising the OS. He was caught and had to cover his azz.

In March He PR'd that he didn't need to raise the OS for the next several months but within 2 weeks he adds 430 million more shares?

IF the LOI turns into an official acquisition then you may have a start but WT statement of "production in 90 days" is premature

It's June 13th and he hasn't even announced a formal Acqisition of 3 Rivers yet.

Let's not get ahead of ourself. The only thing Aziz has PR'd is a questionable signing of a letter of intent(LOI)..

And all Three Rivers Biofuels has is the "rights" to purchase the land for a future plant.

So before anyone states "production in 90 days"

1) PR that 3 Rivers has been officially acquired by AMHD
2) AMHD/Three Rivers has secured the 20 acres to begin phase one
3)AMHD/Three Rivers has secured the permits required to begin construction of a plant

Until AMHD announces a formal signing to actually acquire 3 Rivers, all this talk about production in 90 days and groundbreaking is unfounded and IMO misleading.
