Yes and the dollar has been very weak to the pound,euro and other foreign currencies.I feel that the investors off shore are starting to sell their investments here and buying in their own markets. This will drag down the Dow but the pennies should benifit from that...

Its really the way to go.They could have filed bankruptcy 3 months ago but didn't.They got something that others want, that I know. I also feel something else like another plan could be in place here
at much higher levels.

There is gonna be another hearing before the NASD committee.The shares are under heavy pressure this morning. I picked up more at .09 because I feel this is all gonna come out fine.

Market didn't like the news but I sure do.I got more @ .23 which is my lowest entry point....Good luck to us longs.

jj= my partner had a good point today, said "where are the oil and gas sales"? Said the market is treating the Company as though they are in the Property Management and sales Business that are very similar to the large ones on the NYCE with very low share prices and PE's under .10 The only difference is the ones that trade on the NYSE give out large dividends of 10% or higher and if PRVB continues to grow this way that they should do the same as those.
So my idea is this, PRVB should break into two seperate Companies, spin off the land, property management & sales into a seperate Company which would give the Shareholders stock in a Real Estate Company and We keep our PRVB shares as the Oil and Gas concern.So we would have investments in two Companies Powder River Property & Sales Management and Powder River Oil & Gas Co.

Oh I have to agree with you on that one....My partner at the office wants to know what all the HO HUM is about with PRVB.He bought in Sept and Oct and the share price is still pretty much the same as where he bought it.

i did see that and another just 10 minutes ago. I already have a boat load so no biggie if it runs without that fill however may hit the offer before the close if it stays this way.

interesting you say that. i have had an order in all day for .35 and not a fill. may have to move it to the offer before the close unless it comes to me first.

This one looks fantastic! Oversold last March/ April on FDA safty controls on its product.Very low shares out, Comp has cash in da bank and this NASD delisting issue makes for a sweet low entry point.... :)

Booter, I got an e-mail from them with the interview just a few minutes ago.The interview was fantastic but being this is pink I have yet to buy...I know they were doing WNBD and it took a big run up to .04 then came back down, thats another pink and they have the same IR as MCCI.

another 2 mm's with NITE the ring leader on top of ARCA..Again they want to buy cheap on da bid.This looks very bullish to me.

Mick, I have a bid in @ .17 and ARCA just jumped me. He maybe trying to cover?? ARCA has been a large seller since early last week.

This release is telling us how aggressive the company is in getting drillings done with less delays. It's a good move imo.

Doubled down for less @ .19 as I was very impressed with those buying on da bid @ .18

think they settle for 1/2 of that...ok by me.

nice, I know you did well. I like this kind of suspense and still feel something is still pending to get the Company from avoiding bankruptcy, IMHO they would have done that 6 weeks ago if there were no other options.

leftcoast I left 2 messages this week for him and well i guess you might me right as no call back. Yesterday I asked the girl who answeres the phone what the guys name is and she said she didn't know.Maybe Fox is reading this thread so maybe a good idea to keep it all PM'd from now on in.

hillz, i just don't like to see our money used in these radio shows, they never work but what really PO'd me is the fact that there was absolutly no PR on it and the way this Mike King spoke to me like how could I not have known that Fox was on the radio last night..The guy is a creep and wouldn't give me the time of day like he is better than all of us. I am ok now and I will buy more because like you and the others here know that January will be the start of something big.Bet its also a tax thing for these guys so they can pay their capital gains in 08.

Chippas should be ashamed of himself for not knowing his last name. He has been on his crummy radio show at least 5 times that I know.And Mike King sounds like a complete retard and if you ever saw his Sunday night newsletter you will know he is.Do yourself a favor and subcribe to his newsletter. That Mike King is the one that sets those stupid radio shows up. Nobody listens to them live unless there is a PR on it before the show airs but there is a tape if anybody here is even interested.

Just found this out and get a load of this! Brian Fox was on the Bill Chippas radio show last night.How did I find out you ask? I called Princeton Mike King just before to ask him a question about the the discount to market the stock is currently trading at and what he thought the shares are worth..He tells me "oh Brian discussed that info last night on the Bull Chippas radio show and that I should have listened"
This King guy is brainless!!!! No PR on it and even Weiss did not know this and couldn't believe his ears when I called him to bitch. This King has got to go.He is a waste of our shareholders money!!!! God only knows what Chippas gets paid. It would have been a good PR and maybe some buying would come in if we had a PR on it...Now it is up to you guys to contact Chippas radio station
