Hey MB/all... nice to see up tick on volume, not sure how long it will last. Nothing goes straight up. I think it is now closer to asset value. (as it was undervalued by the market earlier)
I'd like to see it form a new base .17 to @.21/share for a while. Look for a dip for entry or to add shares. Again this is a long term hold (2yrs) for me or until M/A with USARE$$??
Search has progressed this project too far for it not to be utilized moving forward. USA Rare Earths it "biting at the hook"...=) just like TMRC.

My Niocorp prediction: (Depending upon Finance, schedule & construction timelines etc. - (Note: ~all in my opinion~ 2025 has been my first year at full production worst case scenario for me.)
Timeline:
2020 -shoulda, woulda, could have been lol...
2021 -Financing/partner/s announced. Engineering completed, Critical path components ordered, EPC contracts signed, site prep & shaft freezing later in the year(fall?) ~JUNE MEETING/UPDATE WILL BE TELLING~
2022 - 2023 - Construction completed (resource expanded? REE's/L3 news?)
2024- Ramp up to full production to earnings (@$150 million)
2025- First full year of production to earnings (@$370 million)
(Note: this could squeeze back to 2023/2024 worst case 2025)
My Share price predictions (based on @500 million shares outstanding/depending upon finance agreements reached & "If/when/HOW" they can execute finance/grants/SPAC/other??. (This number is my guess.)
2021- $2++ share (was hoping 2019 to 2020 until covid lol!)
2022-2023 - @5$++/share (up listing NASDAQ?)
2024 - @$11/share
2025 - @$24+/share full production (@16-20 P/E)
Again this is IMHO/prediction/Guess. The timeframe can vary as well as the dates & numbers, the market etc... We could vary well see +/- share numbers or quicker end dates. Our team is working according to their schedule to advance Niocorp's "shovel ready" project.
BM/PC/PM/NB/GM/MB/AO/KMACK/WALT & all would love to see your updated predictions or thoughts here. I think we are indeed on our way. Yes Kmack I also see 5$ to 11$ share in time plus higher! NIOCORP will compare/rival MP materials & USARE once in full production & I may be completely wrong on all my predictions. I do believe we own a "Gem"!
All IMHO no facts to back this up just conjecture...thinking out loud...yada yada....
"Front Row Seats!" Bring on the news & "road show!"=)

Thanks Nebraskan! I too skimmed through many sections of the F.S. when it was released, read through areas of the greatest interest for me...but it's been a while. Worth a re-read for sure.
I appreciate your help & input. That Nebraska website is hit & miss for me at times lol. Thanks for posting updates. From everything we are seeing we should have a few more state permits to obtain.
It's nice to know some investors here on the board like yourself are local to the area & post/share some great information with us all as well!
Looking for more news releases from our Niocorp team. "Too many positive Vibes"!

Chico
"Me too...typo!" NB-would additional permits show up here? I posted the link on the earlier post, but could only find drilling permits going way back. I'm looking for anything in regards to hydrology, storm water discharge etc... would those appear on this site?
During the Nov. 5th AGM...Scott mentions
the following under the "Early Works" As "FUNDS" become available:
*Finalize EPC contracts (Construction Companies, Building trades, Vendors & suppliers)
*Optimize Metallurgical Testing
*Permitting (some need 180 day lead time) Note: the recent drilling permit updated for April 30th!
*Hydrogeology/Geotech drilling
*Detailed Engineering & procurement of (long lead time components) -BM gave a great layout here.
*Natural Gas Supply (18 mos. lead time)
*Electrical Power Supply (24 mos. lead time)
*Water supply (i.e. water tower & additional supply line)
*Land Aquision (Has already started!)
*Clearing & grading
*Temporary office Space @ project site
*Process modeling
*Contractor Mobilization
*Ground Freezing
*Temporary Power (Generators by local vendor?)
Some of these items along with engineering should becoming very relevant due to the lead times needed to remain on Schedule set by Niocorp. I am thinking the clock has been started.
Appreciate your leg work & that of many others here! This is shaping up nicely. Looking for more news releases & the continued "Road Show" from our team.

Niocorp did not present at the 2021 PDAC conference nor the 2020 PDAC conference.
I wanted to repost this reply from Jim in regards to PDAC 2020 & also share with you his response to a similar question posed this year!
PDAC 2020 response:
"Thanks for reaching out. We do not have plans to attend PDAC this year, given that we are intensely engaged on multiple fronts to advance the Elk Creek Project (including project financing) that are not really served by taking time to engage in that particular conference. As we have stated publicly, the closer that companies with projects like ours get to potential project financing deals, the less they tend to say in public. While this can be frustrating to investors -- and is not necessarily indicative of any specific outcome or timeline -- it is prudent practice for publicly traded companies to follow."
All the best,
Jim Sims

The recent timely steady stream of News coming from Niocorp cannot be overlooked. From Mark appearing on Fox News to the following releases. They appear to be having "a lot more to say!"
BM... We are on the same page here. I agree with you & that is why I own more shares in Niocorp (owning 100% of an incredible project) than I do (TMRC owning 20% of a great project).
TMRC will produce other minerals besides the REE's. Both & many projects will be needed to have a secure, stable "diversity of supply" on all the minerals we need.
Many prospective projects have been developing several different separation methods. Some already have/are working & some need more time in the "oven". Some are unique to separate the ore bodies on a particular asset.
I enjoyed your explanation of Niocorp's separation process in a preceding post. Niocorp has chosen the tried & true SX separation process for the ore at the Elk Creek Mines separation facility. It works well & as you have said, can be modified down the road & is adaptable.
On that note...I'm also looking forward to an update on Scott's proprietary supercritical CO2 separation development with L3. (There may be something more there than meets the eye? there.)
We can get an idea of the value of Niocorp's REE's should they decide to pursue that venue moving forward. By looking at the slides from TMRC's presentation. Approx. $100 million cash generated by the top 5 REE's is not too shabby. Dysprosium leads the group @$50 million/yr.
Niocorp as you have stated - will produce a higher grade & more of the aforementioned REE's.(I agree =) ) ... If we only plug in the Dysprosium value, Niocorps ERBITA is close to $400million +/-. Like you mentioned in your talks with Scott. They are "on it!" even back a few years they know what they have!
So yes, I've got to stick up a little for one of my other investments, but I'm with you on the point that Niocorp is a true "Gem"! Appreciate your input Boilermaker & the back & forth. One day should we meet... I will indeed buy you a "shot & a beer!"
All IMHO & do your own DD...

U.S. looks to Canada for minerals to build electric vehicles
https://www.reuters.com/article/ousivMolt/idUSKBN2BA2AJ
"Last week, privately-held USA Rare Earth invested in Search Minerals Inc’s rare earths project in Newfoundland in eastern Canada.
While USA Rare Earth already controls a rare earths deposit in Texas, executives said they wanted access to more of the minerals used to make electronics and weapons.
“You can’t just rely on projects in the U.S. for supply,” said Pini Althaus, USA Rare Earth’s CEO. “You have to collaborate with Canada.”
Pini doesn't mince words nor is USARE collaborating/investing in Search Minerals for "nothing"! Search is "on the menu"! USARE went after TMRC in a similar fashion. USARE needs a "diversity of supply" to feed it's mine to magnet industry. USARE is going public via a SPAC & will be looking to augment the supply coming from Round Top.
Keep Search on your watchlist. This has been a good time to form a position & buy on any dips.
All IMHO & do your own DD...
Chico
Agree Grunt! "Thank you for your opinion as well brother."
I just wanted to clarify my position that TMRC will produce Scandium, albeit no where near the amount Niocorp will produce. (which is one of the 3).
We can bring to bare arguments pros & cons for each. I will give you the fact Niocorp does have the "Grade"!; "open pit" which is easier to mine. Many projects we have discussed have merit & I am glad Niocorp is getting recognized for the gem that it will become.
Niocorp also owns 100% of the total project! & will produce those (Big 3)- Niobium, Scandium & Titanium with a T.B.D. REE kickers. We are on the same team routing for Niocorp. I strongly believe in the team & what they will be producing as do so many on this board.
Again... I do appreciate others opinions on the board including yours Grunt especially on the finance end. I think Kmack may be right on his price point! & yes BM... I am waiting for an outhouse to show up on site too someday, although I agree with you. I may have to wait a while longer for those "engineers" to complete the design for what needs to be built! =)
Respect to all...
"Many Season ticket holder!" I really like the weekly news drops lately on our "Shovel ready" project. Wonder what may be released next???

Doug/MB... I agree Doug that it's all about the "Separation" these next 2 years for all the prospective mine sites SHCMF,APAAF,UURAF,REEMF,TMRC & a good many more. The U.S.& our allies need to prove out a greener workable solution to separate these minerals & establish a secure domestic supply for our defense & industrial security ASAP.
Many of these prospective mines & separation processes will come to fruition imho because we need the diversity of supply for our security. Some separation processes work better with certain ore bodies than others etc..
I'm glad Niocorp went with the SX tried & true method for their big 3. (it leaves them free to research their new CO2 process now & add it in when proven to further reduce OPEX T.B.D.) The others all have merit as the prove them out to "Scale" production.
MB.... As with every stock they go up & down. I think you will have another crack at getting your shares should you still want them on a dip. We all know to well how speculative these plays are, & how quickly they can turn.
Very pleased on SHCMF's performance of late as I do believe they are undervalued to their piers atm, as I laid out earlier. They should have a little more wiggle room up, but must continue to execute their plan. Should USARE come knocking (like I think they will 2yr. timeframe?$$$???)
Time will tell...holding long term here.
Again All IMHO & do your own DD..
Chico
Grunt...you are wrong in regards to TMRC. They are in "Fact" going to produce the entire suite of economically marketable rare earths based on current market conditions. Totaling @ $113mm Potential Total REE Annual Revenue out of a projected $393 total annual Revenue. It has other highly valuable minerals that boost the revenue, but only owning 20% overall as USARE owns 80% of the project & revenue stream.
(Please refer to slide #22 & 23 to prove this out)
http://tmrcorp.com/_resources/presentations/corporate_presentation-20201112.pdf
Opinion:
I think we can all agree Niocorp has always been about the Niobium, Scandium & Titanium. The REE's Scott mentions will only add a little more to the end value if we look at what TMRC is generating for revenues from their production. We can kind of guess where Niocorp will be should they add REE's to the product line.
I'm guessing if Niocorp does produce REE's that NEO performance materials would be very interested in utilizing their output. The "synergy" there is undeniable and might be a possibility moving forward.
So is my guess that Scott intends to utilize the proprietary CO2 separation with L3 to not only improve separation of Niocorp's base metals but the REE's too. (May even be able to get govt. funding)??
All conjecture but Jim did respond a while back with "possibly, yes?"
"Front row seats!" Go team Niocorp!
All IMHO & do your own DD...
Chico
Thanks SAGA! Scott mentions a few possible paths to REE's. They will be in solution during the separation at the mines facility once in production.
The team is seriously looking into adding value here if deemed appropriate. (T.B.D.)
I'm guessing Scott's work with L3 may also be in play here. Time will tell. Keep the good news coming team.
ALL IMHO

MB, Doug, & all... Doug you hit on a very important part of SHCMF's value when you stated - "their proprietary Separation process and dry stacking of tailings may provide a substantial cost advantage in processing the ore into an economically competitive REE oxide concentrate."
We are finding out the it's all about the "Separation" in many cases-
tried & true SX, Rapid SX, Ligand, ION Exchange, Magnetic Separation, Critical CO2, & more some are proprietary or specific to one project or another. Radioactive ore/waste tailings on some projects are a major concern. A few projects being proposed are "greener" than others & Search Minerals with their resource & proprietary separation method for their ore "fit the bill"!
Search is going to build this next larger pilot plant to prove out they can supply this concentrate "at Scale". USA Rare Earths is looking for this additional "diverse" supply not only from TMRC but from ***SHCMF***. Search will be able to also stack ore during winter to feed their proposed plant.
Search has already done 10 years of leg work (like Niocorp) to get to this stage. USARE is going public via a SPAC offering soon & will need to secure additional REE supply for diversity & need & have stated so.
MB...I agree with you as well that Search is going to be closest to a govt/ owned separation facility & will benefit greatly in OPEX/NPV over the matter moving forward. More so than APAAF which has yet to drill & prove out an ore body (albeit ongoing & T.B.D. with it's own merits & negatives)
Doug you also mentioned Zirconium & Hafnium. Indeed the value of these minerals hasn't been yet assigned to the overall projects value. The U.S. DOE is building a new nuclear "test facility". Going green in the future will mean "new smaller nuclear reactors" to be built & niobium, zirconium & hafnium play a big role! I can't wait for SHCMF to do a F.S. & add DEEP FOX, FOXTROT, additional value elements & the proprietary proven separation process value to the mix.
Thinking out-loud & pie in the sky outlook- (of course this could go back .04 cents too)-
(My guess is 1.2B NPV without the other assets/resources & <120 million Capex for a future est. $1-2$/share) When/If they partner up with offtakes & agreement signed $3 to 5$ following TMRC trajectory)
SHCMF & APAAF have my interest & I've taken up a small position in each. I do believe SHCMF is undervalued to it's peers and should eventually get to .30/share. They need a partner & USARE is knocking on the door, kind of like they did with TMRC. "IF" a M/A happens then we may see a much higher price point. Two year hold for me here & may add a little bit more on any dips. Nice to see the uptick in price & volume. Folks are seeing some of the same things we do it seems.
All IMHO & do your own DD...
Chico
Nice uptick in price this week. Looking at Search's valuation as depicted on the slide below only takes into account the "Foxtrot Deposit".
https://static.seekingalpha.com/uploads/sa_presentations/677/29677/slides/22.jpg?1530209320
Deep Fox....assays etc. have not been included, nor has the valuation of the entire REE system at length. What I'm seeing is a much larger "resource" than is indicated in the slide above.
It is my opinion that the entire SHCMF resource size & the current valuation of less than 30 million$$$ is "low" & is going to go much higher.
As they build & prove out their proprietary Separation process at "Scale", Complete a F.S. & seek to "partner-up". The next two years are going to be very interesting, & to me this is long term hold.
This may also be a reason why USA Rare Earth's has been poking around. The team at Search has already completed alot of the leg work. USARE sees them as a piece that will fit/partner & add value moving forward. They need the diversity of supply for their magnet factory on North Carolina.
After watching what they did with TMRC... this play is moving along on the same trajectory.
I am also watching APAAF & the synergy with NEO performance materials as a supplier for them?? Let's see what the Fed does today?? If they kill the market or make it go higher???
All IMHO & do your own DD...
Chico
Thanks Antler! the article points to some more future great announcements from Niocorp as the team "Quickly" moves the project to construction! Niocorp is getting the recognition it so well deserves.
"NioCorp Developments is engaged on multiple levels to continue pushing the project forward. Chief among their priorities now is to obtain project financing. However, Scott Honan, president of Elk Creek mining project, and his team are working on a number of things that are key to preparing the project to move quickly to construction. More detailed announcements on these initiatives and activities will occur as things progress.
Activity in the field will depend on additional financing, but may include preparatory work such as surveying, installing temporary facilities, and land clearing. NioCorp will be doing some work with the existing drill core over the next few weeks, in parallel with working through the process of completing the land acquisition. There are other land parcels that are needed for construction and initial operations, so again depending on financing, NioCorp may exercise its options to purchase additional land parcels."
Happy St. Patrick's Day to all & may we see more "GREEN" today.

If a drill crew or any crew is there for a week or more with a drill rig or other set up, it sure would be nice to have some where to "drop anchor". lol
The list below isn't in any particular order but all must/will be procured at some point along the chain. Local vendors & suppliers I think would be utilized for some. Folks in the area may very well get an early heads up due to that fact & many are items that will be discussed in town & public works meetings or other local means.
Scott did mention they would do "grubbing" & such too, engineering wont be needed for that.
Niocorp will need a fence around the property. (local contractor - to protect building materials & the property)
A Fire permit & safety plan with the Fire Marshall & local fire/rescue departments.
Storm water & Hydrology state permit (180 day lead time).
We know they need additional water supplied to the site because in a prior town meeting (a water tower was mentioned public works dept.).
Temporary power (generators local supplier)
Temporary office/conex units ( local supplier)
Road work (town/state)
Site clearing (possible local contractor)
Port-o-potty guy (local vendor)
other additions :
Surveyors
Core Drill team (like on Oak Island! rofl!)
more... a long list to be sure... heck they might need a security guard too...
All IMHO ....time for a shot & a beer!

https://scitechdaily.com/new-aqueous-lithium-ion-battery-low-cost-improved-safety/
Niobium is still quite the focus for us as investors in Niocorp. As you can see just by the recent new battery technologies being developed. Niocorp's "shovel ready" project will be a stable secure U.S. supply of niobium adding to the diversity of supply.
We've all talked about how many uses the critical minerals Niocorp will supply (Niobium, Scandium & Titanium) are & will be moving forward. I think that is why so many of us have been invested for so long here. We believe & know what Niocorp has to offer. =) yourself included...
I've looked at alot of the "niobium contenders". Many are very isolated & far from the beaten path. Few offer the quality that Niocorp has, nor are they as far along the process as Niocorp - being "shovel ready!"
I still watch a few of the other prospects to this day. Hudson Resources is sitting on one heck of an ore body but are "years" away as well as a few others I won't mention. No where near as close as Niocorp.
Then there is the Scandium bro... Rio is starting to produce the first supply here in the U.S./Canada. I posted Jim's reply to Rio's entry into the market & Niocorp welcomes the "diversity". (see older board posting)
Wow what a nice green day!!! What do ya say PM...what's the chart doin??

MB/DOUG/NB et all... This govt. facility will play a role in both Search Minerals & Appia's playbooks reducing CAPEX etc... I think Appia being closest will benefit the most using this facility (first strike capability)
I've had SHCMF on my radar since 2010. - "OPEN PIT"-
a) They have a major REE proven resource district (more resources to prove out along the belt!)
b) They are building out a larger Pilot plant separation facility to prove out their proprietary separation process "At Scale!" & to begin to train a "workforce!"
c) What made me jump in now: "The collaboration with USA Rare Earths" & more recently them purchasing shares in SHCMF. This is huge because they have stated they are:
1) Looking for a diverse supply chain of REEs to feed their (mine to magnet strategy here in the U.S.) & Search has the REE's & Synergy they need!
2)USARE followed the same trajectory with TMRC leading to them taking over 80% of the Round Top project over by M/A. Search Minerals is "on their radar!!" as a similar play.
3) Going public via SPAC soon!!! Rival MP materials "USARE will be in a very good position because (MP materials cannot supply the U.S. with REEs until 2024 because they are under contract to supply CHINA until that time!!!)
d) SEARCH & Canada Rare Earth (in the back yard of SHCMF) have a good Synergy too-
http://www.canadarareearth.com/redwine
Search's synergy with USARE is just "too interesting" to pass up for me at this price point! lol
I purchased some shares in APPIA a while back because they have the "HIGH GRADE -OPEN PIT & MONAZITE(the best ore to mine)!!!." They are drilling to prove out the resource & if they strike/find one at depth along a trend this will be a #1 Canadian source, & be able to bring REE's to market quickly. The share price will follow. Plus Uranium as a "Kicker" & the use of a govt run Separation facility in their "back yard".
Doug really has a good handle on the Separation process's for many of the REE prospects we are looking at. I enjoy reading his postings & input! UURAF is very unique in it's own right. I do not currently own shares but did once a while back. They are back on track & should be getting that separation facility with Rapid SX in good order...
All IMHO & do your own DD...

Appia triples exploration budget at world’s 2nd richest rare earth prospect
http://www.canadianminingjournal.com/news/jv-article-appia-energy-triples-exploration-budget-doubles-drill-program-at-worlds-2nd-richest-rare-earth-prospect/
Appia Energy, (CSE:API; OTCQB: APAAF) a technology metals company exploring for critical rare earths at its 100%-owned Alces Lake property in Saskatchewan, has begun bench scale monazite processing and metallurgical testing at the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) pilot plant using sample materials collected from the high-grade rare earth elements (REEs), gallium and uranium property at Alces Lake.
The SRC and Saskatchewan’s provincial government are developing a first-of-its-kind in Canada, rare earth processing facility, scheduled to begin operations in 2022.
Rare earth elements are used in industrial applications, electronics, clean energy, aerospace, and automotive industries and demand for critical rare earths material for electric vehicles is set to soar.
About 80% of North America’s rare earths supply currently comes from China, and the US government, first under President Trump and continued by President Biden, has emphasized the importance of establishing domestic supply chains in North America to reduce foreign dependence.
Appia’s Alces Lake Project is a 43,434 acre (17,577 hectare) property in Northern Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. It is located approximately 30 kilometres north east of Uranium City, where last year 2,506 meters was explored in 18 drill holes, with 15 of those drill holes intersecting the REE minerals system.
“Of global rare earths deposits, Alces Lake has the potential to be No. 2 in terms of grade, it’s one of the richest prospects in the world,” Tom Drivas, Appia Energy CEO said.
Since detailed exploration began at Alces Lake in 2017, a total of 74 surface zones and occurrences bearing REEs, gallium and uranium over 45 kilometres of strike have been discovered on the property – and less than 1% of the property has been explored by drilling so far.
Exploration has found that high-grade gallium is contained within the monazite. Monazite is one of the most important REE-bearing minerals producing REE oxides. The testing at the SRC focuses on the separation of REEs contained in the monazite and producing a mixed REE carbonate.
The well-financed company has now increased its exploration budget to over three times last year’s – to nearly $4 million and will double the drill program and aim for at least 5,000 metres in 2021.
“Alces Lake, from what we have seen, is the second highest grade of total rare earth oxides in the world – it’s up to 49 wt% total rare earths. The average grade from our seven samples that we have so far is 16.65 wt% total rare earths. Out of that, 3.85 wt% is critical rare earths. All of these zones are on surface, or near surface within 10-20 metres. It would be an easy mining scenario,” Drivas said.
Drivas said the property is comparable with mining operations that are now successfully producing REE oxides.
Two REE major producers in the western hemisphere are MP Materials, which owns Mountain Pass in California and Australia’s Lynas. Drivas said Alces Lake has higher in situ REE grades than Lynas and MP Materials have. Appia has a small fraction of either of those two producers’ market capitalization.
Since Appia has only looked at a small portion of the 100% owned, 43,434 acre (17,577 hectare) property with ground and airborne surveys, Appia’s exploration program this year will include a property-wide airborne magnetic, EM and radiometric geophysical survey with additional ground radiometric surveying and geological mapping.
This year, Appia is ramping up exploration so they can move to development.
“We feel Alces Lake meets all the criteria for a viable rare earths project. It has the right location near a processing facility and technology, the right mineralogy and the right composition. It’s high grade, and grade is king,” Drivas said.
“Almost a quarter of the rare earths in Alces Lake are critical rare earths, and that critical rare earth component has about 85% of the dollar value.” Of 16 rare earths, if we extract only the two or three most valuable of them, we get 85% of the dollars.”
“Our goal is to become a major supplier of high grade critical rare earths in North America,” Drivas said. “We’re on track.”
Consider putting a few k shares away long term & at a price point of .37 to .52/sh on any dips. If Appia proves out this resource (& they are well on their way of doing so) This will be Canada's best REE source with a nearby govt. separation facility. Upside potential is there for me...

NIOCORP/SCANDIUM on the move! Rio Tinto inks deal to sell first batch of scandium alloy from North America
https://www.mining.com/web/rio-tinto-inks-deal-to-sell-first-batch-of-scandium-alloy-from-north-america/
Reply to Rio Tinto's entry into to the Scandium Market:
Question:
Jim-
"You are all probably aware of Rio Tinto’s entry into the Scandium market via the elementnorth21 venture. Could you offer an opinion in regards to this market competition in the Scandium market, and if a lower price point offering is a concern for Niocorp moving forward?"
Reply:
Rio Tinto's effort to more widely commercialized scandium products should be very much welcomed by all prospective scandium producers. In order for large prospective consumers of scandium, such as companies in the aerospace, vehicle transportation, and energy/battery industries, to move aggressively toward incorporating scandium at scale into their manufacturing operations, they will want to see multiple scandium suppliers serving the market. Ensuring diversity of supply for specialty materials like scandium is key for these companies, as it helps them manage supply chain risk.
We believe that multiple producers of scandium will create a rising tide of demand that will benefit all. After all, several independent analyses forecast latent demand for scandium in the several hundred tonnes / year range, if not higher.
Pricing for various scandium products is likely to vary significantly as these markets mature. Some scandium oxide and scandium master alloy products will be sold as commodity products. But other scandium products sold by producers are likely to be custom chemical formulations or alloys or fabricated scandium alloy products that are custom engineered for a specific application. Pricing for these types of value-added products is set between the materials producer and the customer and is often based on the value delivered to the customer of the custom product, rather than an advertised 'commodity' price for scandium.
Hope this is helpful.
Jim
In regards to future investor presentations. Just wanted to share with board.
"The short answer is yes! Our plans are to wage a continuing and aggressive investor outreach program in 2021, including participating in a number of virtual conferences and virtual "road shows" to investors around the world."

Video of NIOCORP Nov. 5th 2020 AGM presentation
Hey Doug! Appia is looking good. They just have to prove they have a larger resource now & that means drilling!!! They have the grade for sure!!!
They prove out a larger resource & this goes $$$$. With a Gov't owned separation facility just down the road Appia could be a top "Early REE" supplier in Canada.
Please view this video:
Thanks MB for creating board! - USA Rare Earths needs Search Minerals REES!
A little about USARE- They have already partnered with TMRC & own 80% of the round top mine. They plan to create a U.S vertically integrated supply of REE's. Separation of REE's in Colorado facility & manufacturing of MAGNETS in their North Carolina facility. They plan to go public soon via a SPAC offering! They will need a Diversity of Supppliers to secure the chain!
The following data lays out a pretty good case for Search Minerals becoming a "Key" supplier of REE's to USARE in @ 2 year timeframe.
A little about Search Minerals-
http://searchminerals.ca/projects/district
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2021/02/10/2173422/0/en/Search-Minerals-Provides-Plans-To-Explore-and-Develop-the-Critical-Rare-Earth-Element-District-in-SE-Labrador-Canada.html
Search has been around since @2010 to present. Their team (which includes Dr. David Dreisinger, Ph.D one of the best in Canada for Metallurgy) have over this time established & developed their PHS mine district to become one of the early major REE Canadian suppliers IMHO.
a) They have a "mine district" with labor, port, roads & power all nearby. In a mine friendly jurisdiction & have the support of the local population!
b) They have developed their source (visit website) & will look to complete a F.S. soon.
c) Dr. David Dreisinger has developed a proprietary "direct extraction" method for their ore production at the mine. Have already completed a small pilot plant & proven out the process! They are building a larger separation facility to "SCALE" out production & to train a work-force with the help of the local Gov't. (note local gov't has a Separation facility in progress nearby)
d) USARE - recently signed an agreement to "collaborate" with Search Minerals (see below) Why?? "Because they need to secure a Diverse supply of the REE's, more than one supplier!!! to feed out their mine to magnet strategy"
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/search-minerals-usa-rare-earth-100000523.html
"Greg Andrews, President/CEO of Search stated: “We believe our synergies both with our technical collaboration and our resources will provide a strong partnership to help with our goals to support a North American rare earth supply chain. We are excited to work with USA Rare Earth, as they build out their Mine to Magnet strategy.”
Recently USARE doubled down & have now purchased shares in Search Minerals: (See article below)
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2021/03/11/2191742/0/en/USA-Rare-Earth-Participates-in-Search-Minerals-Private-Placement-With-Strategic-Investment-Of-630-000-CDN.html
I have started to lay out the case for all.. that USARE "may indeed" be looking to add (M/A) Search Minerals or their assets to USARE's portfolio once they go public via SPAC. (Not so unlike their efforts with TMRC for supply diversity. SHCMF has the REE's USARE needs!)
This would/may be a good time to take/start a small position here. However each investor must make their own choices & asses risk!!
The downsides I see-
a) Might not happen at all!
b) Proven mine life right now 14 years & NPV not that robust. (however they are haven't added Fox Trot to the menu yet! & F.S. to prove out & they have alot more assets unproven!)
c) Out-standing shares (alot) & may reverse split 5:1 at some point??
All IMHO & do your own DD....!!
I have taken up a small position here for disclosure.

Antler/GM - In 2019 NioCorp Filed for a Special Use Permit with Johnson County, NE for its Proposed Elk Creek Project & it was secured:
https://www.niocorp.com/niocorp-secures-critical-local-permit-for-its-elk-creek-superalloy-materials-project/
Company Agrees to Upgrade and Maintain a County Road and to Reimburse Johnson County, Nebraska for Additional Law Enforcement Costs
CENTENNIAL, Colo. (December 24, 2019) – NioCorp Developments Ltd. (“NioCorp” or the “Company“) (TSX: NB; OTCQX: NIOBF) is pleased to announce the Johnson County, Nebraska Board of Commissioners has approved a Special Use Permit for NioCorp’s Elk Creek Superalloy Materials Project (the “Project”).
Mineral extraction is already a permitted special use in the agricultural zoning district where the Project will be located. In approving NioCorp’s permit, the County Commissioners found that the Project was not incompatible with agriculture use, was designed to minimize impacts on neighboring property, and would likely result in an appreciation of value of surrounding structures and property.
NioCorp plans to produce Ferroniobium, shown above, and two other critical and strategic materials at its proposed Elk Creek Superalloy Materials Project in southeast Nebraska.
NioCorp agreed to enter into an agreement with Johnson County to upgrade Road 721 from the Right of Way of State Highway 50 to the entrance to the Project site. Currently a County maintained gravel road, Road 721 will be upgraded to a paved road which NioCorp will engineer, construct, and maintain for the County.
Additionally, NioCorp agreed to enter into an agreement with Johnson County to reimburse the County for the costs for additional law enforcement required during the construction phase of the Elk Creek Mine project, including costs of an additional Sheriff’s Deputy and equipment.
“We wish to thank the Johnson County Commissioners, the Planning Commission, Zoning Administrator Mike Davidson, and all of the Johnson County professional staff for their consideration of this permit and their efforts to forge a good outcome for both the Project and the County,” said Scott Honan, President of Elk Creek Resources Corp. and Vice President of Business Development for NioCorp. “We believe that working cooperatively with the County to address local concerns through the Special Use Permit Process is the right way to do things. We look forward to being able to move to a construction start, once we secure sufficient project financing, and to serving as good neighbors with the people of Johnson County for decades to come.”
NioCorp Secures Extension Agreements With More Nebraska Landowners
In separate news, NioCorp announced that it has secured legal agreements with southeastern Nebraska landowners to extend the Company’s purchase option on two additional parcels of land planned for use as part of the proposed Project.
The extension agreements, which cover a total of 469 acres of land, involve two land parcels that were subject to agreements set to expire in 2020. The Company has now secured extension agreements on five land parcels that together cover more than 1,000 acres of land planned for use as part of the Project.
In the event that sufficient project financing is obtained, the Company intends to purchase land as required by the Project schedule.
Antler/GM others in the area keep an eye out for the following. You folks know the area & the websites to look better than anyone! =) Nice finds by the way GM!
Again some of these will need a "Lead time" for Niocorp to keep to their appox. timeline as Scott laid out in the Nov. 5th AGM 2020 meeting. They will need some of the following (in no particular order):
a) Water/Hydrology permit (180 days lead time)
b) Fire Marshall/visits & Fire permit (can't do much without this**)
c) Road work with Township/State (possible local contractor)
d) News in local paper or town meeting minutes, local township public works depts. - in regards to police reimbursements, fire house donations/equipment, Water tower (as additional water is needed to the site)
e) Port-o-poty vendor (local vendor for obvious reasons lol)
f) Temp. Power - Diesel generators from a local rental company
h) Garbage/trash collection/dumpsters (local vendor)
i) Temporary office trailers/conex units (local vendor)
j) H20 delivery (local vendor)
k) Construction permit to build once/as engineering is completed for mine & above ground structures. (BM input here please)
BM & others can sure add in more here I'm sure! Welcome to all the new investors. Oh & Go team Niocorp!
All IMHO & do your own DD...

MB- thanks for posting that info. SCHMF has been on my radar for a good many years. They too have quite a good opportunity & project. A few weeks back I mentioned them on this board & that I was starting a position there.
All because USA rare earths collaboration & their need for the REE's from SCHMF to diversify & augment the supply they receive from TMRC mine partnership to feed the North Carolina magnet manufacturing!
Doing my DD ... I really believe USA rare earths once they go SPAC will indeed look to M/A with SCHMF moving forward. This is a good time to accumulate shares (.10/sh) as the price action could mimic that of TMRC in @ 2 year timeframe.
Only downside I see is that a 5:1 reverse split of the outstanding SCHMF shares could be in play in the future do to float size. So plan accordingly. Something similar happened to UURAF.
SCHMF has the "goods!" they are proving out a "larger pilot plant to scale out the output!", train a workforce & are indeed looking to partner. Not to mention there is also a state owned Separation plant being built nearby. (USA rare earths has them in their sights imho)
The two REE sites I believe will come into play in Canada early on are Appia Energy & Search.
Of course all IMHO & do your own DD

Hey Norcal... In the Ground Assets can/could be monetized for part of the finance. As could the German Loan guarantee be used for a part. As could a number of other possibilities many have brought up here previously on the board.
In-Ground Assets are assets that a company or individual owns that are in the ground such as: oil and gas, coal, gold, silver, platinum, silica, kaolin, diamonds, copper, aluminum, nickel, liquid traded metals, and other minerals. Many companies, even some enormously large multi-million and multi-billion dollar companies do not know there are ways to monetize their in-ground assets even before they sell them through conventional methods or they do not know where to go to do so. Others need cash to make their mines operational and profitable. All it takes is for you to provide us with an Assay/Geological Report of your in-ground assets (and some other minor documentation), which we will submit to one of our private lenders or investors for compliance evaluation, hopefully followed by acceptance and then monetization.
Mining Financing
Mining financing has changed dramatically over the past few years but mining capital is still available in substantial quantities if a client has a good project and they are committed to completing the funding process. A common mistake many mine owners make is prejudging what is possible and not investigating all types of financing. There have been many mining projects financed from new sources of capital that did not even exist before 2015.
Types of Projects
We will consider all types of mining projects but most clients have the following types of ventures:
Gold
Zinc
Silver
Copper
Frac Sand
Cobalt
Rare Earth
As I mentioned in the previous post... Scott & the team seem to be following somewhat the same plan they laid out during the last AGM. Hopefully the KYC rules & Covid are close to being in check & the recent Lind pp has allowed them to do some of the things they mentioned in that last AGM! "The clock has started for me..."
Looking for more news releases & the like on the following catalysts:
a) Last 25% Niobium production under contract with major U.S. Steel producer.
b) New Separation process with L3 update (possible U.S. funding "possibly, yes"?)
c) Cementation finalizing build out costs/starting engineering.
d) A good number of (easier) Permits from the state of Nebraska i.e. water discharge, Hydrology, Fire Marshall visits & plan etc..
e) Temporary power, additional water to site i.e.(water tower), temporary offices, roadwork, site clearing, port-o-let dude etc...(some local contractors could be utilized before the big guy's come in?)
f) Additional funding i.e. various tranches or other?
g) Announcement of possible partner/s or other??
h) each can add to the list I'm sure...
i) News releases for many aforementioned & more....
j) Should be an interesting June update!!?? =)
Again the plus's far outweigh the minus's for me, but each can draw their own conclusions.
All IMHO & do your own DD....

Please all read: Scott & the team are following their plan as laid out during the Nov. 5th 2020 AGM! (I transcribed as best I could please see the following based on the link below)
Thanks Ge! If you live in the area be on the lookout for state & local permits if possible around the time Cementation completes costs estimate & starts engineering.(May/June?? -my guess...listening to Scott per last AGM is interesting!!)
Water discharge, Construction, Fire & safety should be some of the early needs prior to site work starting. The Fire Marshal will play a role, even the port-o-potty dude & roach-coach's may get an early lead. Office trailers, waste disposal & housing for workers as well as a satellite Niocorp field office will also be in play.
Some of these permits will need a little bit of a "Lead Time" to complete & I'm guessing Scott & the team have a schedule they want to stick too!
http://dee.ne.gov/NDEQProg.nsf/OnWeb/NPDES
Storm water & Hydrostatic testing come to mind -180 day lead time?-
BM or some others may be able to add to the conversation here. If Niocorp announces a partner/s or another tranche/Finance then we are off to the races $$$!
Expecting more news releases from Niocorp too.
"Many season ticket holders here! & I'm one as well..."

Nov. 5th 2020 AGM timeline is laid out by Scott Honan:
Another good article which explains & lays out in detail the
Approaches to Securing Access to Critical Minerals for the U.S. starting on page #21 of the report.
https://polarconnection.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Report-The-Case-for-a-FVEY-CMA.pdf
MP mountain pass cannot supply the U.S. with rare earths until 2024 when it obligation to Shenghe Resources is wound up.
"This US-led consortium, paradoxically, includes China’s Shenghe Resources Holding Co Ltd that holds a non-voting 9.9% minority interest, while the firm sends more than 50,000 tonnes of its rare-earth concentrates to China for final processing and also depends entirely on Chinese customers for its annual revenue.61 Its offtake agreement with Shenghe Resources commits all of its rare earths concentrate to Shenghe until the repayment of the Shenghe Offtake Advance (USD 78 million), estimated to be in 2024.62 Nevertheless, as the only active rare earths mine in the US and “the largest rare
earths producer in the Western Hemisphere” reportedly producing “approximately 15% of global rare earth content”, MP Materials remains strategically important to the US.63"
I encourage all to read this article!!! Many of the U.S. companies are mentioned therein including (Rare earth Salts & Niocorp , Nebraska)
The US also has other REE projects at Bear Lodge, Wyoming, being developed by OTCQB-traded Rare Element Resources Ltd.
(RER); and Elk Creek, Nebraska, being developed by TSX-listed, OTCQX-traded NioCorp.107
In January 2021, DOE awarded more than USD 50 million in funding to 15 critical material extraction, separation and processing projects, with Rare Element Resources, Inc., RER’s wholly-owned US subsidiary, and General Atomics, an affiliate of its largest shareholder, awarded almost USD 22 million in funding for a REE separation and processing demonstration project.108
The U.S. needs a secure supply of the Niobium, Scandium & Titanium the Elk Creek mines facilities will produce.
The U.S. & our allies finally understand & are working to build & develop a secure supply chain with many of the aforementioned projects possibly coming to fruition.
It sure is time for Niocorp to announce a partner/s & or Finance so they can have a fully operational mine & separation facility starting @2025! Which may also include REE's (T.B.D.) & a new C02 separation process (T.B.D.) & could it also qualify for U.S. funding?? (T.B.D.)
"possibly, yes"....
All IMHO & do you own DD...

BM... It's a good article. & Yes!...I know about Ucore. I've posted information on this board on the subject. They are pursuing the build out of their Separation facility first using their Rapid-SX tech. along with their partner (Innovation Metals) & then later seek to build out the Bokan complex. (They even have Tin along with other minerals including the a high % grade of REEs all of which have merits.)
Of course they too are seeking finance & permits etc.. for the separation facility & may indeed qualify for AIDEA funding through the state of Alaska (T.B.D.) Ucore is a bit behind the curve in regards to permitting, Enviromental, F.S. & the like & are far from a "shovel ready" mine project. Niocorp is "shovel ready."
We can debate which U.S. mines will/could be built & the prospective timelines & merits out of the 4 prospects (NIOBF, TMRC, UURAF & REEMF) & have done so...
I respect your thoughts & opinions. You have brought alot of great information to this board through these past years. I think we all are looking forward to seeing Niocorp finally announce a partner/s & or Finance this year?
I also welcome articles that help drive home the need for the minerals to be supplied by Niocorp & some of the other prospective players because our country needs a stable domestic supply of these elements! Many have invested & recognized this need many years ago & have continued to believe in that fact & hold shares in that belief.
All IMHO...

"The specialty metals domestic sourcing restrictions apply to
all DOD prime contracts and subcontracts. For the purposes
of the restriction, 10 U.S.C. §2533b defines a specialty
metal as any of the following metals or metal alloys:
? Steel with a maximum alloy content exceeding one or
more of the following limits: manganese, 1.65%;
silicon, 0.60%; copper, 0.60%; or containing more than
0.25% of any of the following elements: aluminum,
chromium, cobalt, niobium (columbium), molybdenum,
nickel, titanium, tungsten, or vanadium.
? Metal alloys consisting of nickel, iron-nickel, and cobalt
base alloys containing a total of other alloying metals
(except iron) in excess of 10%.
? Titanium and titanium alloys.
? Zirconium and zirconium base alloys."
https://fas.org/sgp/crs/natsec/IF11226.pdf
You can argue they need all 3 (Niobium, Scandium, & Titanium which the Elk Creek Mine can supply as a secure U.S. Source with ESG principals... The mine is after all "Shovel Ready!" lol
