There are other ways to reduce the float without doing a reverse split. A reverse split is not on the table - getting the stock back up to 13 cents and getting back to even (we we're 1.3 cents when the split happened) is our initial goal.

HEMP is out of balance. They need to do some mechanical classes on machinery. No doubt the farmers are watching what is going on. The way it sounds theres a lot of people looking at HEMP and expecting results from the same. They have just about used up all excuses why things aren't running. IMO

I can only speculate, supposedly the SEC will have to prove it. I don't like that kind of situation. My main concern is for HEMP INC to stay intact, however the outcome. I'd like to think the charges are invalid, but money can be a temptation. The CEO of another stock I had has been out of business for a handful of years. He won't be released from a federal prison in Oklahoma till 2031. He had a slam dunk system to raise the share price in leaps and bounds. The SEC halted trading at about $3.50 a share. The company didn't have a single asset, everything was gained by exorbitant, ludicrous PR's and a few other bells and whistles
But let the company survive by it's own merits. Spare having to make the shareholders get damaged.
