Ragin, if you believe the stock is going to go lower next week, why would you have bought this week? To help all of the shareholders out of kindness? Are you trying to be a hero? Sounds like that from your post... LOL
Any idea how many companies they work for? EOM
I think we are very close to heading north again and sustaining the climb. IMO GLTA
OT: Sox, was that GZFX by chance?
Thanks guys EOM
Not really to beat a dead horse, but can someone tell me a good reason the TA will not give the OS count on a day to day basis? Has anyone directly asked Mark or David that question? I want to know why and how that benefits the shareholder. Is there a good explanation? And Ragin, I don't want the "dumping" answer. TIA
Mac,
Did you ever end up e-mailing Dave like you said you were going to? Curious on what response you got...
Did you get it Be Squared?
My guess is that they will make more on some items by listing them on E-bay and less on others. The main thing is that they will get more sales using E-bay and make people aware of the websites in general IMO.
What about the unrestricted shares? That is what I'm concerned with.
If they are unrestricted, doesn't that mean that they can be exercised right away for cash? I can understand them cashing in some in lieu of getting pay, but maybe they are holding on to most of them. If they believe the SP will increase (which I'm sure they do), then it would be in their best interest to hold on to them, right?
Question for the board about the S-8 shares (I posted this on RB as well):
Does anyone know what the "Stock Incentive Plans" are? Is that documented somewhere or does it even have to be? Is the plan giving the employees shares for repayment of debt owed. If so, why is debt owed to them? It it basically in lieu of regular pay or salary? And since they are S-8 shares and are unrestriced does that mean that they can be sold at any time or immediately on the open market? I'm just trying to understand it a little better. TIA

MSEP can choose whether or not to show questions from E-bay members and their responses. They can respond publicly or privately to the person asking the question. Not sure why they would post that question publicly. Maybe showing that they aren't afraid to reply to bashers?
1 mil vol in first 15 minutes... and up to .027. Looking good! GLTA
Time to turn off the ticker... I'll check back later this afternoon. GLTA
I didn't think there was but just thought I'd check though. I don't trade pink sheet stocks much so I'm not sure it would be worth it to pay for it.
OT: Anyone know where I can get free real time level 2 for pink sheet stocks?? Ameritrade won't show pink sheets on level 2. TIA
He finished 7th but should have been in the top 5. Before the last caution, with only about 5 laps to go, he was 4th. I'm not sure if he pitted right before the caution or not but it appeared that he did. They (ABC commentators) were talking about him possibly being able to make it to the finish without stopping to get gas. They didn't say anything more about if he did or didn't pit right at the end of the race. I'm sure Rich (scalecarfan) will know since he was there. Overall Bryan ran a good race! Lots of competition and a great race overall.
I use Ameritrade Apex and most of my shares are sitting at a $1 GTC. As far as I know, there isn't a restriction on the price you can put in for a sale.
Count me in for the cert. plan... I would be willing to request half my shares in certificates.
mac, correct me if I'm wrong--
According to that chart, it shows there should be a downward trend until that apex is met at .03?? How reliable do you think that chart is??
I'm fairly new to reading charts so just trying to understand the logic.
TIA
Sounds like you are mistaking the OS for AS.... AS is 500,000,000 I believe. That doesn't mean all of those shares have been issued.
OT: colorado, who do you use for a broker? Lately I have been wiring my funds directly from my bank. My bank charges $20 but the funds are usually available within a few hours. Much better than waiting it out for the funds to clear. I use Ameritrade.
Mike- Any idea when the next PR will be out?? ;)
BTW, this is a much better board. It's like a breath of fresh air. :)
Sentinel, I think that means local as in regional. Eg. Fox viewers in Chicago see the Bears/Packers game. Fox viewers in Philadephia see the Eagles/Lions game. The commericals during both games may be different (national, regional or local). JMO
