Completion of the third prototype is very important and is going to be by end before end of the year because the acquisition is targeted to complete by January of 2014.

The transaction is expected to complete by January 2014. Things are looking bright. If they double the revenue from 2013 to 20 million dollars, this thing could be at .75 by end of August 2014 indeed.

Well, the development of any technology needs different stages before manufacturing production to improve the outcome of the product and cost of the manufacturing. Third stage is usually the last stage for most technology before pilot manufacturing. They've been working on this technology since 2009. The stock price is very low because usually when they don't get funded by the government, they need funds during development stage but 200 million outstanding shares in five years is way better than billions like some companies on the market. They came out with first successful prototype then they came out with second one with 10 percent improved collecting energy over the first and now they completing the third one with much more improve over the first and second prototype that is ready for pilot manufacturing. As far as buying SUNworks, the definitive to acquire the company is signed and done last week. Both company seems to come to an agreement already so it's on it's final stage to finalize it.

Buying out SUNworks alone should boost this to Market Capital of at least 13 million dollars because SUNworks is going to revenue 10 million total with next profit of 1 million this year. Next year, Solar 3D put out pilot manufacturing of their 3D solar cell panels. There is not a 3D solar cell panel on the market as of today, so when they manufacture their 3D panels, this is going to a dollar or two for sure. Its common sense. Look at the solar technology that exist now, they're 40 year old technology. Solar 3D is the next generation producing nearly 3 times the energy with a single panel. They have been working on this tech for about 5 years and I follow them through out these 5 years and seeing the progress they made within those 5 years is tremendous. They're finishing the third prototype. Usually the third one is the last one of any technology before manufacturing. Besides the technology buying SUNworks should increase the Market Cap to about 13 million due to SUNworks revenue total alone this year is 10 million. I hope this help. I research all over and there is not a solar panel with 3D cell technology on the market. This will shake up the world when they commercialize the technology. I just add half of million shares to my position and very glad I did.
