I must say that the volume in the last few weeks has been telling. Factor in the FT and it's a good possibility IMO that we will be over $2 real soon regardless of eye popping news. The trend looks positive and the other catalysts are on there way as well. Next week should be even more interesting than this week.

Eye. My point is that we probably will never see a completed 600 patient enrollment. I do not expect pphm to carry the ball into the end zone. A BP will pay the s/h's for that privilege.

Granting us FT IMO just solidified the expectancy of results a lot sooner than if we needed to complete the entire enrollment.

Nothing personal Eye....I liked it better when we played on the same team. Why so negative ? Eg. 16 months to enroll ? I'm sure with well over 100 sites and an early look we can get a large patient population a lot sooner than that.

If a portion of your holdings are for trading that's great to sell on run-ups. If your in for LT investing than close your eyes to the ups and downs until your target price is met.

Btw I believe EBS spoke about writing covered calls the 1.50 strike when we were trading around the 1.35 - 1.40 level last week.

That's his investment strategy. I respect it. I wouldn't write or sell shares at this critical period of time. I waited too long for a shot to blow past our September highs.

My point is that regardless of insider buying or selling it doesn't tell anything at all.

The best I can advise you is that you have to believe. You won't verify the burning of the bush until you meet your maker. As far as CP and PPHM they speak to us and either you invest or not. At least we have a choice.

One other thought I would like to opinionate on is the pps. Your train of thought yesterday is exactly my angle on investing. You invest in a company before the product is developed and buy in at ridiculously low pps or you can wait for the product to come to market and pay multifold prices. If and when PPHM pps is above $2 in the near future (hopefully this week) and then drifts north then some will begin to believe once again. By the time some deal is made it will be buying a stock with a product that will be marketed by a BP. All IMO

Sounds plausible. Bottom line is it comes down to money. A deal is pending or tentatively signed IMO. Too many things are pointing in that direction. I'm not trying convince anyone....not even myself. I feel good about my investment here and at some point in this q we will have a bigger picture.

IMO the reason you bring in a closer with such caliber is because you have "the goods".

I do not believe that your trying to pawn off some placebo and would need a con-man to sell it.

End of the day I believe that the potential of Bavi is what will be the cream that rises to the top. We shall see soon enough.
