SO even if MJ becomes completely legal they wont grow, harvest, distribute, or sell? Why not? Seems like there is a lot of upside in doing so...
I saw this article the other day http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-06-19/electric-hogs-roll-across-u-s-as-harley-tests-no-exhaust-demand.html.
Seems like electric bikes are getting pretty popular. Anyone know how Brammo stacks up to the competition? How will they compete with companies like Harley?
Interesting timing with the Brammo news. Anymore info on how being the "exclusive importer for the Brammo bikes" will effect GACR's bottom line?
Nothing, just wishful thinking...
I think OSLH might have some good stuff happening but I think most investors, myself included, want to hear more. Looks like no one wants to sell at these prices, we just need some buying pressure to reverse this downturn IMO...
Up 35% on the year. Anyone who has stuck around that long must be kicking themselves...
Are you talking about GACR?? The sell off in December was 200 mill shares coming off 144 restriction and Ironridge getting free trading shares.
A 100 mill value is rich but let's just say it isn't impossible. You look at the way tesla trades and it seems possible.
When did GACR make 56 mill??? Three months 3 mill in rev...
GACR: good company bad stock IMO.
Still here, waiting to hear more from the company before I make any decisions. Not good to see all the selling today. Looked like no one was giving up cheapies the last few days but we saw some unloading today. Investors getting impatient IMO.
Fingers crossed for more news/info from the company next week...
That wouldn't b good. Why do u say that?
Seems like a great place for material... I'm just curious to see how these guys would pitch their companies. Probably get an idea of what is coming next...
Do you think the presentations will be filmed and posted somewhere? I cant attend but it would be interesting, not only to see MF's presentation, but to see some of the other otc presenters...
http://www.weedstockconference.com/agenda.html
What is this discovery??
Come on FTW, catch up lol. Vinny is fleeing to Costa Rica and taking the assets with him lol.
But seriously we need volume to pick back up and then we see some positive movement in the PPS imo...
I really hope you can afford to make a mistake.
CANV can be fun to play but there is Bo sign of long potential here IMO...
Are you sure? MDBX is one if the biggest public mj stocks that all have targets on their backs from the SEC. You honestly think that if MDBX is the biggest scam out there the SEC wouldn't have halted them by now? When the SEC wanted to start coming down on mj stocks MDBX was probably the first on the list. With the SEC begging for a reason to shut any mj related stock down you think with all of the alleged issues with MDBX it should b trading on the greys by now...
All of this stuff about MDBX being the biggest scam is just getting old IMO...
Ask is super thin to .068. WE need some buying pressure here...
It's good news but not unexpected news by any means IMO. Most mj investors are pretty confident that legalization will happen. It's just a matter of picking the companies that are going to succeed once it does happen. Hopefully AGTK has enough of a head start to make it once the industry explodes on a national level.
MF is certainly full of it but he typically falls short on promises of things that will happen in the future not things he claims have already happened...
Fingers crossed for some revenue. Im long OSLH, holding for .50 plus. If I see some more action here I will probably pick up a few more. The last few 8-ks seem pretty good from what I can understand/speculate. IMO OSLH could become a top tier mj stock in a few months if my speculation is correct.
Not sure if I understand the b plan enough to bet more at this time but OSLH is my sleeper stock with massive potential.
The only news CANV ever has is that it is being sued lol
The announcement of the top 10 bank could restore a lot of belief in AGTK. That was the big news that got me interested again and that is the news that imo will get others back into AGTK.
My complete guess is capital one...
Why havent they told us yet???
imo OSLH is a complete wild card. The lack of clarity from management makes me think there can be either amazing things going on or very little happening. The prs that have been released lately are basically in code. The 8-k look pretty good but how good is open to interpretation imo. I cant find anything from OSLH on how the 8-ks and prs tie together and what the overall mj b-plan is.
IMO OSLH is a big risk with massive upside potential. Let's see if OSLH lifts the curtain soon and lets us know what is happening...
Tara stated, "I'm so excited to join the prestigious Mont Blunt group and their brand. This comes at a time when I am making lifestyle changes that are better for me and I encourage all cigarette smokers to do the same, smoke free and live rich."
Smoke free and live rich go AGTK!!
Haha. Actually no, we closed above $20. Lol
Haha I was also once hooked on GACR until i realized the share structure did not benefit the common shareholder just the dealers, i mean diluters. Like most drugs those addicted to GACR will spend a lot of money while those selling get rich . I believe in their business but their stock is crap. Eventually management will get their act together and the business will start turning a profit. Then they will do a reverse, issue a bunch of new shares, and convert insider preferred into common. Current investors will have the crap diluted out of them with little to show for their early support of the company and insiders will make big money off of their successful business.
Just look at the profit Ironridge made. Us common folk will never see those kind of returns with GACR imo.
Like the company but cant see anyone buying their stock long making a profit.
GLTA
If we hit .30 i think we can make a run to .50 (old .05) with some solid updates and buying pressure...
Ive been looking through the recent OSLH 8-ks to try to figure out what is going on here. I feel like OSLH has not been very clear on what they have been up to in the last few weeks.
8-k from may 21st this is under the services Exhibit in Anthony Tucci's consulting agreement.
Exhibit A
Services:
1. Physical Presence at “Koreatown” or other designated location by OSL Holdings for at least 40 hours per week.
Maybe OSLH is offering value and they just haven't done a good job explaining it. It looks like they convinced someone to take option 2 so lets see if OSLH gets a check. If they do thats almost a mill in rev.
A real roller coaster today. I was hoping we could get some of those who bought in at $30 their losses back....
As long as OSLH actually gets a check this could be huge!!
I dont really know much about dispensaries but google turned up this link: http://theweedbusiness.com/how-much-income-can-i-make-in-the-medical-marijuana-industry/
The link says $12k a day in revenues at a 50% margin is "more than possible". That would be revenue of over $240k a month. Take out 50% for COGS and overhead which seem to be about $8k per the lease agreement in the 8-k that leaves about $110 in profit. Should leave room for the management fee plus profits to the "franchisee".
I have a feeling these numbers are somewhat accurate as OSLH recently purchased all of the assets of two LA dispensaries so management probably knows how much money dispensaries can make.
It is my suspicion, after reading the last few 8-k s, that OSLH might be moving the "franchisee" into the current natural way space. When i first looked at the 8-k about acquiring the Natural Way's assets the thing that popped out to me, as being kind of funny, was the mention of a "Decorative chandelier" as an acquired asset. If you look at this new 8-k the first thing on the list is the "Decorative chandelier".
If my suspicions are correct that would mean that the flagship store is already up and running. If they are asking for that management fee they must think it is reasonable based on current revenues.
OSLH could in theory use the same method to move franchisees into other dispensaries in which they have acquired all of the assets. As im writing this it is all actually starting to make a lot more sense. Seems like an amazing model. They step in and take a management fee, which appears to be a large chunk of dispensary the profits, but never actually "profit" from the sale of MJ. This could be huge....
I will call this the Decorative Chandelier Theory lol
I could'nt disagree more.
It looks to me like the $75k a month is to license the Natural Way of LA name:
On May 26, 2014, OSL Holdings, Inc., (the “we”, “us”, “our”, “Manager”) entered into a Management Services Agreement with Sean Ridgley (“Ridgley”) (the “Agreement”) whereby Ridgley appointed the Manager as its sole and exclusive agent for the management of the business affairs of Ridgley’s business (the “Business”). The Manager accepted that appointment, and will receive $75,000 per month from the Business for its services. The Manager will arrange for the Business to lease, acquire, or otherwise procure a location reasonably acceptable to the Business. The Manager will provide all equipment, fixtures, office supplies, furniture, and furnishings deemed reasonably necessary by the Manager for the operation of the Business. The Manager will provide or arrange for all printing, stationery, forms, postage, duplication or photocopying services, payroll, and other support services as are reasonably necessary and appropriate for the operation of the business, including billing and collection.
The Business represents and warrants that, during the term of this Agreement, the Business will conduct its professional business under the name of, and only under the name of, The Natural Way of LA. The Manager and its parent and its affiliates own certain common law mark rights to “The Natural Way of LA” word mark, including, but not limited to, any and all corresponding logos or similar marks and all usage of said word mark (collectively, the “Service Mark”). The Manager hereby grants the Business a non-assignable, non-transferable license (the “License”) (without the right to sublicense) solely to use the Service Mark, consistent with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The Business may use the Service Mark to identify, advertise, and otherwise promote a retail business within the geographic territory of the State of California. A copy of the Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
OSL Holdings, Inc., (the “we”, “us”, “our”, “Lessor”) entered into a Business Furniture and Equipment Lease Agreement with Sean Ridgley (“Lessee”) (the “Agreement”), effective as of June 1, 2014. The Lessor shall lease to Lessee the business furnishings, equipment, and all related software and materials as described on Schedule A to the Agreement (the “Equipment”). Lessor shall maintain the Equipment in good operating condition and repair except for repairs necessitated by damage to the Equipment by the Lessee and/or Lessee’s employees, agents, and assigns. The Agreement shall have an initial term of five (5) years and shall automatically renew for three (3) additional periods of five (5) years untitled terminated as provided in the Agreement. The Lessee agrees to pay $8,333.33 per month to the Lessor, in monthly installments, on the first (1 st ) day of each month.

Looks like Ironridge isnt getting any more shares...
Are there only 5 licenses up for grabs?
Might be tough to partner with one...
Yes I believe that the broken record about MDBX being halted is funny.
Those who got in at $30 will b fine. SEC and DOJ shorts will let MDBX run to $100+, shorting the whole way. Then they will suspend MDBX and cover under $1.
Just saw this: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/osl-holdings-executes-management-services-agreement-with-los-angeles-client-2014-05-27
So vague. Still waiting for the 8-k describing the Melrose deal.
The lack of detail is starting to make me nervous...
Oh yea, i forgot that the SEC has been building its case against MDBX for the last few months and will shut it down any minute. While typically the sec moves quickly when halting companies they are taking their time with MDBX because the doj is involved. Most people might think that the SEC halts trading in suspicious companies immediately to protect investors while a formal investigation is done but that is not the case. The SEC and DOJ are working together to get as much evidence as possible before suspending trading. Im sure they have enough evidence to halt them now but imagine the great stuff they can get by secretly monitoring MDBX for a few more months. Why suspend them and open a formal investigation when they can secretly collect all of this great info and let the investing public lose all of their money. Classic SEC always keeping the common investor down...
I actually heard a rumor that the SEC and DOJ have been working together to short the stock before they suspend it.
LMFAO
Video was... interesting.
GACR is a company and it is growing. The problem is it will be a long and difficult process for any long term shareholders to realize a decent return. Cap structure sucks and there always seems to be a new round of dilution or group dumping into the market.
This board over the last few days is a good example of why GACR is going down. Pump campaigns will not save GACR!!!!
IMO they need to consolidate and clean up as much debt as they can, do a reverse, and do everything in their power to avoid toxic financing. I know this is easier said then done but if they can start turning a profit and stop relying on the market to support them I think longs can make some serious money.
I thought the acquisitions would make the company profitable but that doesn't seem to be the case. If GACR can turn a profit and clean up its balance sheet I will buy all day long but until then i will only keep a small position while siting on the sidelines watching the show.

Great news!! Its good to see MDBX entering other areas of the mj industry. Their machines dont really make sense and that is probably why no one is buying them!!!
Diversification in the mj industry is what MDBX needs and it looks like management knows that. More news about diversification in other mj businesses and we go much higher imo...
Just saw it. Wow that's great news!!
I wonder if Ironridge will appeal. In the similar case that was shared here a few weeks ago the issuer had to pay Ironridge the cash amount Ironridge payed to creditors.
Cap structure is still a mess but at least Ironridge is out of here...
Nice! I wish there was more of an article. TRTC getting a shout out too.
