I would imagine the 6M or so convertibles which someone said was still owed on twitter will be absorbed by the new shell owners. Hell of a lot cheaper than a full fledged IPO I reckon. The MMG group hasn't put out any scam R/M's before that I can recall, in fact we can't even post their name here because of a lawsuit way back in the day about someone calling them scammers.
