Longs can only try to support the PPS for a certain time buying all the "cheapies", then the flippers leave because the swings are gone, we wait for PPS to settle to new lows, then the swing players come back. It's like clockwork.
It's still quiet around here, good time to load up from day to day. Big blocks are a little harder to come by.
Let's forget about BVIG shares and RR results and see if we can rope in another round of suckers. Maybe another share distribution?
Trust? You realize you're talking about a pinky CEO right? The only time those two words should be said together is in a sentence like "you should never trust a pinky CEO". RR drilling results? BVIG shares? Any day now right? Lol, trust is earned not given.
KATX finding anything worth mining is highly unlikely as with all juniors. This stock is no different than other juniors that end up with bloated share structures and no assets. This is and has been going down the path of a typical pinky exploration play for quite some time. The only thing the company has accomplished is paying themselves some nice salaries.
$700k plus in salaries, 5 workers. It's all in the filings. Comparing the CEO of a global investment bank to the CEO of a pink sheet exploration company is pretty silly.
Yea cheepo you just gotta trust pinky CEO's with what they say, and when they don't say anything you have to trust that they're always working for the shareholder's benefit, and not paying themselves a six figure salary off of stock sales. It's all about trust man.
Yep this is going to move quick when it goes, great time to slowly load up right now.
Yep thanks to Cowboy for getting the I-box in order. Much better than skimming posts.
Whoops I had no idea that they had updated it. It looks just fine, just the needed info, no need for sparkles and ponies.
Yep I can see the fundamentals are there and I have only been following this for a couple weeks now. I think we should get a proper I-box thrown up there unless we're trying to keep it quiet for a reason. lol.
Not to be a downer, because I've been following this stock for quite some time, but isn't this news just a little coincidental considering we were supposed to get full disclosure next week? I've considered that this might be a good old switcheroo considering there wasn't even a company name to which they're supposedly in negotiations with.
It appears Popunjay already busted this one wide open. Does the wording look familiar? Lol, are you sure this isn't a scam?
You can always average down a little bit more. Bonus points for selling kidneys to do it.
Who needs a whole roof when we're on a space shuttle to the MOOON!!!!
I can remember guys talking about pulling equity out of their houses and selling possessions to buy more KATX stock. Ken thanks those who did as it enabled them to pay themselves very well. lol.
Lol, yes the KATX experience left my wallet a little lighter also, but I don't think we're alone.
I know a couple guys here are already aware of this play but take a look at NWGC. Low floater and just secured financing to upgrade it's mills to triple the gold ore it can process. I think it has potential to be a huge play.
For starters never try to call a bottom with this stock.
I'm not sure how KATX or BVIG is going to be a SEC fully reporting company when they can't accurately complete the most basic of filings. It's all nothing more than a dog and pony show imo, I'll make a call and say both KATX and BVIG will still be trading on the pinks a year from now.
Did you get that info from the T/A? They would have the most current info., unfortunately they won't give out SS info for KATX when I've called, which makes this a dangerous time. Do you think Ken is going to give you a heads up that he's going to start dropping shares on your head?
Fact and reason will defeat blind faith any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Some of the ideas that have been thrown around here and some continue to hint at have cost people a lot of money. Fact is KATX isn't worth anything, and they probably will never be. They probably won't find a minable deposit let alone the Olympic Dam. We saw what happened when RR results came out, there's a reason the rest of the results never came out, there's a reason there's no drilling going on a RR.
It gives you a glimpse of what will happen to the price if the company has to dilute further directly into the O/S if they aren't already. Too bad we can't find out the O/S, as we know it has already gone up almost 50M.
I'm well aware that it takes more than two holes to determine a minable deposit, my responses were directed at the idea that sub-eco copper meant something because OD has sub-eco copper also. I was pointing out that it only means you have sub-eco copper, it does not imply you have minable copper anywhere nearby.
Nice, it's a start, better to have the ducks in a row before the storm.
The results from hole #1 were described in 3 words, "sub-economic copper", the results from hole #2 showed mostly light REE's in uneconomic grades and intersections. So yes, from what we know about the results, they need to vastly improve to justify further exploration.
I'm aware that only 2 holes have been drilled, and the results we know aren't good. This doesn't mean that RR is a bust, but there's a good probability it will be, despite what others on here would like you to think.
That's your opinion, but at the end of the day OD and Voisey Bay are mines that are worth billions and billions of dollars and RR is not, and to say that because OD contained deposits of sub-eco copper and so does RR, therefore this points to a minable deposit at RR, is simply wish thinking.
Absolutely 2 holes don't make a mine, minability is determined by hundreds of holes compounded with a feasability study. My point is to compare RR with OD or Voisey is absolutely pointless, there is no comparison.
I'm not sure if you're referring to OD or Voisey, but OD was found by BHP Billiton, Diamond Fields found Voisey. Regardless, sub-economic copper doesn't have any bearing on whether youre going to find economic mineralization in the area or not.
Sub-economic copper is not good, it is not special, and mines are not made of it, it's called sub-economic for a reason. Olympic Dam has many things including sub-economic copper, if all it had was sub-economic copper it would not be a mine. It is a mine because it contains economic deposits of gold, silver, copper and uranium. If you think that because RR had sub-economic copper this means that it will somehow become a minable deposit like OD you are thoroughly deluding yourself.
The company themselves said the copper mineralization they found so far was sub-economic, from what we can tell it wasn't even worth their time to assay it, and that's it. Sub economic is called sub economic for a reason, that's the stuff that never makes it out of the ground. If you like to believe that mines can be made from sub-economic ore, by all means then.
Indeed, THIS is the last chance to load up with the sheepies, not the time before, or the time before that, or the time before that, somebody said there's a PR coming soon and this time they mean it, but not like last time, or the time before that. lol.
Or maybe with the promises made here (such as BVIG shares) it keeps people around to remind those thinking about buying in that this company is one red flag away from being a complete scam.
When you put it like that it almost sounds ridiculous.
By seeing how it trades, it's not going to take a whole lot.
Just some rough math with developed reserves.
1,175,000 oz. - cummulative developed reserves
x 1500 - gold price per oz.
1,762,500,000 - gross value of reserves
- 376,000,000 - cost of processing at $320/oz.
1,386,500,000 - new worth of reserves
Now consider the current O/S of only 58,355,175 shares.
This puts the potential share value at almost $24 a share if reserves are anywhere close to where they think they are. I also didn't factor in that they only have a 54% interest in Andes' mines, so the overall net worth might be lower.
That's what I've been thinking also, when a pinky company can actually get a loan from a real bank that says something to me. If NWGC's reserves and known deposits are anywhere close to the numbers that they've been estimating this is waaaaaay undervalued.
Yep, and get ready for the next round of pump and promo as the company unloads 250M shares onto the sheep to finance the next round of salaries....I mean drilling.
No pumping here, looking for a solid mid term play. We saw a $150 eod bidwhack on a MM that was sitting on a huge spread. I'm not worried.
