Many, many thanks Prae for your time and efforts; I appreciate your input and value your thoughts.
Best wishes,
Captskip
Prae and other GLCC IHUB folks: thanks a lot for letting us know about your progress re: the DIVY situation. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your findings with the board.
Prae, I have always believed, and still do believe, that Garr Winters is up front and honest. It's reassuring to me that he returned your call and took the time to go over the situation with you. What is your general impression of him from your call? He seems to me to be a good businessman and wants us to reap the benefits of GLCC via the divy.
TIA.
GLTU!

GM all. GOATOMICDOGG. eom.
The co. says there will be a Divy: "BEIJING, April 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Good Life China Corporation (TLGP) continues to move forward in North America and China.
Status of Ticker Symbol: The Company and its IR firm has been responding to various NASD queries regarding details of the recent reverse merger, and asset purchase on a timely fashion. The company acknowledges that its shareholders are anxious to see this new ticker symbol take place, and to see the company commence trading. The company believes that it will be receiving its long anticipated new ticker symbol shortly.
Status of Dividend: Once the ticker symbol is received, the company will be able to immediately issue share certificate related to its Sale and Purchase of Assets with MonArc Corporation - MONA.PK."
-For now, I still believe the company will come through as promised and i will get my Divy. I don't think they would reiterate this in the 4/4/08 PR if this was not the case.
All IMO.
GLTUA!
Thanks Mr. Newt, I agree. GLTU!
I agree. It would be good to have some reassurance from someone at GLCC.
Welcome back, Mr. KA. Re: GLCC divy, there are a few who claim to have received their Divy, but I have not..as of yet. I'm hoping by the end of this month for them to sort things out, but that's my own take on things.
GLTUA!
Marvelous, Go ATOMICDOGG! "CEO Robert Rosario said, "I just got back from my east coast trip with Calvin Ross COO that involved meeting and starting negotiations with some of the largest distributors in the country and can say that it was a 'very successful trip.' I believe a favorable agreement and deal will be completed within 2 to 4 weeks.""
Good Morning all.
Good morning Jim and SRSR folks, put the coffee on...
Howard, put the coffee on with a side chaser..lol.
GLTUA

Congrats on getting filled Mr. algol. MSTF shares at these levels are quite a steal, imo.
GLTU!
Thanks for sharing that article as it relates to SRSR. Sarissa
meets the criteria set forth and scores with an A+++, imo.
"Remember to look for experienced geologists and engineers, promising properties with historical mineral findings, favorable regulatory and governmental environments, constructive precious metals pricing and supply/demand conditions and strong management teams."
Member mark for you.
GLTUA
Glad to help, Good Life to all of us!
:)
Good Morning Mr. N4. I can only speak from past experience with other companies that I've bought shares from; I owned stock in these companies and they have sent me proxys and divy information to my personal address. In each of these cases I NEVER supplied my name or address information directly to them.
So, I hope this may shed light on your question, the companies can get personal information, I believe, unless you sign something at your Broker indicating that the Broker cannot give out your personal information.
-I am hopeful we will see the GLCC Divys, perhaps this week. If not, I will give them until the end of April and then consider other alternatives to address the issue.
GLTU!
Thanks for that link Mr. TripleA. SRSR seems to me to be a very good long term hold (at least a portion of it) as protection vs. the weakened US dollar, IMO.
GLTUA!
Good Morning Soldier, looking forward to the upcoming week.
Sounds great! Nice day in the NYC area too. I gotta get the grill out and dust off the patio furniture, save me a rib, lol.
Thanks Sonar and Mr. z! Have a great Week End all!
Thanks for sharing your email and SRSR's response Jim! Certainly seems extremely positive with uplisting in the plans.
Time for me to lock and load some shares more before this pup's PPS flies out into space. lol.
GLTUA!
Thanks for that Info on GLCC Mr. Breezin, I entered the cusip# and GOOD LIFE CHINA Cert. showed up, so I am reassured and will be patient ...until the end of the month.
Great work, you 'da man!!!!!

Good Morning MSTF shareholders. Have a great weekend!
I'll catch you all on Monday...
Good Morning Soldier.
Niobium as it relates to SRSR: "Niobium, also known as columbium, is a rare exotic soft metal that is primarily obtained from pyrochlore; a mineral found occurring in carbonatites. Well known for its corrosion resistant and highly conductive properties, niobium's melting point of 2,468°C enables the metal to maintain its qualities at very high temperatures. Approximately 89% of worldwide niobium consumption is dedicated to the production of steel; while 9% is used in the production of "superalloys" and the final 2% is used in the development of superconductor applications within the technology, electronics and medical industries.
The Nemegosenda Property was identified in the mid-nineteen fifties through aeromagnetic surveys conducted by Gulf Minerals Canada Limited. Subsequent exploration and testing, as summarized in the Ontario Geological Survey study 34 by R.P Sage in 1987, highlighted a number of "higher grade niobium zones." Of particular note, Zone D indicated "20,000,000 tons of 0.47 percent Nb2O5 material in a block 600 by 800 feet in size and to depths up to 600 feet," based on Gulf's drilling and a 580 foot adit which penetrated 235 feet into the zone. Based on this historic (non-NI-43-101-compliant) data (Pg 34), this indicates the potential for approximately 9.4 pounds of Nb2O5 per ton of ore in situ. Other zones within the property have also indicated smaller, but meaningful niobium mineralization."

Great MSTF DD on this board. Good Morning all!
SRSR Top-notch ties & team: "Due in large part to long-standing industry ties, Sarissa has been fortunate in being able to attract a top-notch talent to lead us forward in 2008, and there is no better indication of our depth-of-talent than Dr. Cam Cheriton, Sarissa's newly appointed Chief Geologist and Director. Dr. Cheriton, who received his Ph.D. in Economic Geology from Harvard University, has over 50 years of experience in the mining industry, working for companies such as Atapa Minerals, Consolidated Mining Company of Canada, the Anaconda Copper Mining Company, Texas Gulf Sulphur, Conwest Exploration Company, and the Geological Survey of Canada. In my many years of knowing and working with Cam I have always been enormously impressed with his extensive and detailed knowledge of the geological implications of any areas we have discussed."

It's fantastic to know that Scott Keevil's father is the C.E.O. of the BILLION DOLLAR mining company Tek Cominco listed on the NYSE (www.teckcominco.com/).
I like this part of Scott Keevil's Shareholder's Letter dated 1/10/2008:
"Fortunately, our "back yard" happens to be widely considered as one of the best places on earth to look for deposits of untapped economic mineralization. The Province of Ontario is an area that combines vast regions of high mineral potential with comprehensive mining laws ensuring secure land tenure. In addition, through the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines, a world-class geo-science data infrastructure is available to assist in the identification of significant exploration and development opportunities.
In 2008, we will focus our energies and resources on continuing to evaluate other opportunistic projects that will yield economic fruit in addition to extracting value from our current property portfolio. As the product of a successful multi-generational mining family, I have become acutely aware of the truths-in-industry-adage imparted to me."
PEACE AND PROSPERITY.
Sounds good to me, we've waited a long time, huh Garde?
Nice to see things sparking up with GLCC..
Goodlife to you!
