i actually heard about the ceo change as a rumor through friends a few months ago.... whatever the rumor was i didn't expect much since i've heard so many good ones in the past and nothing good happened.... so, what is going to happen after that? hope aotl can sell their patent including shareholders (company) to another bigger, better, trustfull company like verizon, at & t, cable company..... etc... anyway, thank you. you have a nice sunday.

i did my dd, which was reading you people's posts.
there are no products and no sales history so this is the easiest way to do my dd (my friend told me about this ihub mb last summer)and you posters sound like you've already done a lot of dd.(so what's wrong with my dd since my dd=you people's dd)

don't assume everyone you come across is an experienced stock investor like you people. some readers are trying to collect reliable information about exbx, people like me will tend to believe what you say because of your experience and my lack of.

i'm not an experienced stock investor like you and yes i read ihub mb to gather reliable information about exbx and i trust most of them (except some are obviously joking) ....anything wrong with that? .... do you blame me for reading you people’s posts and being brain-washed??? some posters keep blabbing about EXBX Royal Shareholder, that needs to stop sometime. what does it mean? if it is a term used to describe shareholders who never sold their EXBX shares, than i am one... if i were to stay a ‘royal’ shareholder of exbx to the end and the stock went downhill, would you poster pay me back and recover my loss?
most of you seem to obey eagle and he may be ok (except too much pumping) but can he guarantee your cost of investments? please think about it.

don't get me wrong, i'm a EXBX sharehodler and wishing the best to come like rocketman said.

however, i repeat, the real rewards for all of us(we, exbx shareholders) will be delivered with business contract(s).... sales of their products.... if there is no business, the new office will be ended up as huge expenditure on the form of financial statements.... as someome indicated already, business can be conducted under pink sheet, too. (doesn't have to be otc.bb)....coding, as well.... of course, under otc.bb would be wonderful....have a great weekend to all.

Filing a Form 211 to Receive a Trading Symbol

Rule 15c211 was designed to allow non-reporting public company’s securities to be quoted on the National Association of Securities Dealers’ (“NASD”) Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”) by filing some simple disclosures.

Now, companies seeking to obtain a quote on the NASD OTC/BB are required to file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), under Section 15D of the Securities Exchange Act of 1933 (the “Act”), as amended, or section 12G of the 1934 SEC Act. A company who has filed a registration statement with the SEC using an SB-1, SB-2, or Form 10, will become a reporting company when the SEC declares the registration statement effective. Once the company is reporting, it is eligible to have a market maker file a Form 211 with the NASD. The 211 must be approved by the NASD, which normally takes 3 to 6 months, before the company can trade its stock on the OTC/BB. The NASD will require 40 to 50 shareholders and sufficient public float to approve the 211 application.

so, according to his post, i (kei) think it depends on market maker to decide the pps on the 1st day of trading as a stock of otc.bb

starting at $4.00 to $6.00 will be nice (no complain from me)
