exceo old friend, how ya doing ? One of the very few people who saw this scam for what it was very early on and expressed his opinion. Kudos to you pal, for you are a rare breed. I hope 2011 is a banner year for you and yours and that we shall all
see justice done.
As a side note exceo, maybe you didn't realize that the SULJAS belonged to a God fearing cult called the Apostolics. According to the Elmira Grand Vizir, all of the cult's men and women called each other "brother and sister" mainly because that's what they were....interbred. "The men wore their hair short(no beards or sideburns) and the women all wore long dresses". Surely a sign of devout worship or...... really really ugly legs.
Show me a born again Christian and I will show you someone who has done slammer time.
I think you are totally correct. It's the same old pinky pattern we've all seen a hundred times.
You know what George Bush said..." Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice and er ah, no that ain't right".
An SLJB Christmas
Twas the week before Christmas two thousand six
the PPS lie in ruins , it had taken it's licks
The longs were certain it was only a blip,
they would never, not ever abandon ship
Both family and friends were told not to worry
Vucicevich would never lie though the truth was a bit blurry
The holiday cheer which had been so prevalent
had suddenly turned loud, malicious and malevolent
The people who saw though the scam and the lies
were labeled "bashers" and roundly chastised....
for the brave the stalwart, the loyal followers of Sulja
would say "the crash was only orchestrated to fool ya"
The bashers, the maligners shall all be taken to task
just give us their names, that's all we ask
So said the thieves the liars the crooks
as they secreted away their stolen loot in hidden nooks
The chief liar, the crook of renown
was none other than Black Pete Vucicevich, a veritable clown
an ex house painter and not a very good one at that
was the SLJB head cheese, grand poobah, chief rat
The story seemed sad yet what did suddenly appear
but the OSC bringing investigation, charges and great cheer
to those who had suffered loss and chagrin
and hopes that a jail sentence for PV would soon begin
So this Christmas we hang our stockings with care
wishing that Back Pete will soon be where
there is no casino, no Maserati no Range Rover
there's just a cell mate who wants him to grab his ankles and bend over
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND TO ALL.....HAVE A BETTER 2011 !
There exists an appalling degree of naivete when it comes to those who believe a government agency is responsible for returning lost funds to bilked investors. The best ( read ONLY) opportunity to recover funds was lost when the class action lawsuit attorneys determined that there were insufficient assets to pursue. At that juncture, the die hard "longs" were averse to taking action thus the $3000 per year tax write off is their only other option and ain't that a shame.
The SEC, NASD and Securities Law Information Center helps investors document their cases in order to best explain how their funds may have been improperly managed. Clients can then follow up on their own or with a law firm in an attempt to recover their losses.
Our goal is to help you:
· Determine what options you have
· Prepare your case
· Understand the arbitration process for recovering money
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is the main regulatory arm of the federal government in the financial industry. It sets and enforces rules, and is charged with ensuring the integrity of the markets. The SEC does not work for individual investors.
I don't know about you but I've been waiting to hear what transpired in the fifth dimension to bring SLJB down. You know of course that the fifth dimension is real although the proof of it's being real is a bit murky at the moment, much as are the OSC findings. As soon as we find that elusive dimension, all lingering questions shall be answered...... like what REALLY happened to SLJB, the true meaning of life and who invented the donut.
Another year will prove to be much too late frenchy.
Extreme Unction is being prepared this very moment.......
REST IN PIECES SLJB
Per istam sanctan unctionem et suam piissimam misericordiam, indulgeat tibi Dominus quidquid per (visum, audtiotum, odorátum, gustum et locutiónem, tactum, gressum deliquisti
CAN I HEAR AN AMEN ?
What criteria would the "investigators" use to determine "those individuals who have involved themselves in the affairs of this stock beyond the normal interests of shareholders". For instance, would you say a party who urged unsuspecting and unsophisticated "newbies" to invest in The Scam should be liable ? To what extent would they have contributed to raping and pillaging when they posted "I spoke to **** ******* at the OSC and he assured me it was just a silly registration and prospectus issue".
Perhaps a letter to the authorities urging them to further investigate would soothe the savage beast beating beneath the outraged long's heaving breasts. Be certain to include the image depicting the Mountie with the simian countenance. It was a creative touch.
The hypothetical question sounds much more like an accusation than a legitimate query.
Is it not as likely that a burned shareholder would relish seeing the Sulja scam taken down and all of those who have ranted at the "bashers" over the last four years finally receive their just rewards (read $3000/yr tax write off) ? Rather than closing the book on the scam, some continue to dissemble. Again, the question is, to what end ? Is it to further the discourse on "the alternative conspiracy theory ? If so, it is more than a little inappropriate.
I believe now is an opportune time to inundate the SEC with protestations regarding the trading of SLJB citing the OSC's findings.
There is no lingering doubt remaining that SLJB was and is an illegitimate scam that should not be allowed to trade in any manner whatsoever.
To allow SLJB to trade is an onerous oversight and if allowed, provides a precedent for other scams to be perpetrated and perpetuated.
Thus far, the SEC appears to have left the investigatory chores to the OSC. The OSC fulfilled it's obligation and now it's time for the SEC to step up. Possibly, the Securities and Exchange Commission should assume the same motto as has been ascribed to the Hippocratic Oath, FIRST DO NO HARM.
The SLJB CTO was imposed one thousand three hundred ninety eight days ago. The wheels of justice grind exceedingly slow but inexorably forward.
I heard somewhere that Vucicevich was asked to relinquish his passport quite a while ago. No more trips to the casinos in Abu Dhabi. No more Land Rovers or Maseratis, no more honeys hanging on his arm. Oh the wages of sin.
YESSIREE, big money.
If someone bought 1,000,000 shares of this pos @.0009 and sold @.0015, they would have pocketed $600 less commissions. After capital gains tax, you would have enough to buy approximately 180 gallons (or ten tanks)of gasoline at today's pump prices.. Judging from the volume of late, there haven't been that many who bought a million shares.
The "hooped" are smiling big time :)
Barring complications, tomorrow should be the last day of the hearings.
Hopefully there will be some conclusion drawn, some ultimate statement made to put this travesty to bed once and for all. Of course there shall remain the contingent that will forever decry the commission's decision if it decrees that this was indeed a scam but that is something they will just have to live with, along with their monetary loss. But there is a bright side. Some will have a $3000/yr. tax write off for life.
Yet another case of SLJB deja vu. I wonder if we have heard all of the conspiracy theories yet. It seems that there was a new one each week for a while but now they are becoming repetitive....and boring.
I still believe the astrological influences upon stocks and Sulja Bros. in particular is one of the more credible of the alternate theories. It makes as much sense as any other that has been forwarded to date.
The "sangfroid" exhibited by SLJB longs is admirable but not very credible. The loss caused by PV and others has been difficult to endure.
To suggest that newbies must be lined up around the block to purchase shares in the scam is a gigantic departure from a reasoned, calm discussion that is called for. No "naysayer" on this board is attempting to "save" anyone. I, for one, have not said "I told you so".
To discuss the illusory causes of the demise of SLJB is comparable to discussing the great tulip bulb debacle, it's causes and effects. Never mind that it occurred in the early 1600's. Regarding Sulja Bros., it's over and all the king's horses and all the king's men, etc. etc.
No one other than the named respondents are subject to prosecution, therefor what purpose is there to the conjecture ? Unfortunately, some have carried this way beyond reason and relish the controversy. Too bad since there are other topics which are much more significant.
The final disposition (in Canada) is imminent. Some have learned from their mistakes, others are destined to repeat them.
It would appear that the married putz theory has taken a back seat. Now we see the launch of a campaign (albeit not new) that asserts that Vucicevich was not the only culprit. My goodness, I thought that was established a very long time ago. Over 300,000 posts on this board and no one has pointed out that Vucicevich was not the only perp ? Maybe it would be better to revert to the married putz theory only this time, bang the drum louder.
The reply was in the form of Sulja et al being excluded from bidding on DOD contracts for a protracted period of time !
Best kind of reply !
A letter addressed to where it was felt it would do the most good...... and it DID !
Dear XXXXXXX
As succinctly as possible............
Steven Sulja is the C.E.O. of International Trading CCT LLC which has apparently been the successful bidder on several DOD contracts. He is listed as "manager" along with Murtaza Gurmani, when they filed their corporate papers with the SOS of the State of Nevada.
Steve Sulja was part and parcel of a security scam..known as a pump and dump. If you read the attached pdf, you will see that Sulja was hip deep in this scam. Please read (ALLEGATIONS)
As I indicated, regardless of whether IT CCT LLC has successfully completed contracts in the past, I feel that it should be on the exclusion list.
Mr. Sulja is a Canadian citizen. I do not know if he possesses a green card or a work visa. He lives in Windsor, Canada and works in Livonia, Michigan. Since the Canadian government has imposed severe constraints upon American citizens working in Canada, I feel a little reciprocity is in order, especially considering Mr. Sulja's business dealings.
IT CCT LLC is a private company but there is a (limited) possibility of it going public which increases the chance of securities fraud.
Considering the number of American firms and contractors that are suffering economic strife and the number of unemployed in this country, the fact that scam artist Sulja is having his pockets lined by the United States government is somewhat more than irksome to me.
I feel strongly enough about this to take my case to my congressman and senator. Hopefully, you can help point me in the right direction regarding proper channeling within the DOD agency.
Thank you in advance
Sincerely, XXXXXXXXXXX
Another leisurely stroll down the Sulja memory lane....
A local businessman who has created a sensation on North America’s penny stock market with plans to develop a US$645-million hotel complex in the Middle East has been accused of stiffing his landlord for the rent on his former corporate offices in Windsor.
“They did a midnight run on me,” said Joe Mikhail, a major commercial property owner in Windsor and Essex County.
Petar Vucicevich and his small staff bolted in the night about eight months ago owing $100,000 for a yearand-a-half of rent, the unpaid portion of the five-year lease and cost of renovations for the offices, said Mikhail, who recognized his former tenant’s picture in Thursday’s Windsor Star.
Interviewed at his Colchester residence later Thursday, Vucicevich, the CEO of Sulja Brothers Building Materials, denied owing Mikhail any money. He insisted he paid a few extra months of rent just to get out of the lease. “I don’t owe Joe anything,” said Vucicevich.
According to a news release issued by one of his companies, Vucicevich — as director general of Consultech Construction Management Inc. — was in the United Arab Emirates in April to buy land and launch construction of a $US645-million luxury hotel on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. He showed The Star his passport to prove he was in the UAE in mid-April.
The hotel project is the largest of a number of multimillion-dollar deals — including a $20-million commercial development in Colchester Village — that Vucicevich and his companies have promoted to investors.
Sulja Brothers is one of North America’s hottest-trading penny stocks. On Thursday, more than 171 million shares of Sulja stock were traded, with the price per share dropping from nine cents to four. About 67 million shares traded Friday with the price closing at three cents a share.
Until the website for Vucicevich’s Consultech company was taken down “temporarily” earlier this week it still showed the Mikhail property as its Canadian headquarters. The Star paid a visit recently only to find an empty suite with workers painting it for the next tenant.
Mikhail said he heard Vucicevich describe deals that were in the works when he tried to collect the rent, including the big hotel project in the Middle East. “He lost all credibility with me with that story,” he said.
The Consultech office appeared to be used mostly at night, Mikhail said. “Nothing made sense.”
Mikhail said he didn’t pursue Vucicevich with a collection agency or lawyer because he didn’t think he had any money at the time.
But Vucicevich now has a choice of a Range Rover, BMW or Maserati to drive, all leased, he says. And between June and September this year he and his wife purchased four parcels of land in Colchester Village for $609,000, according to land registry records.
Vucicevich said Consultech doesn’t do business any longer in Ontario or Michigan, but is active in Middle East projects. He insisted the hotel project was still in the works with the land — worth about $29 million according to a company news release — already purchased. Construction will start next year, he said. “We’re looking to expand into Lebanon.”
Vucicevich gave The Star a tour of the Sulja Brothers’ Harrow construction materials yard to prove that it was a bustling business with 28 employees. “This is not a fraud; this is a serious enterprise,” he said.
Asked where were the employees of Consultech and Kore International — another of his companies — Vucicevich said some work out of their homes, but the majority of about 40 were stationed in overseas offices. He said the reason no employee was in the Kore office on Pelissier Street when The Star dropped by was that renovations were being done.
Vucicevich complained that while the facts in The Star’s story about him and his company in Thursday’s paper were “absolutely true” the picture painted was misleading by not pointing out the busy lumber business. While close friends do call him “Black Pete” because of his fondness for all- black clothing, Vucicevich said the story appeared to give that a sinister tone.
Asked if the audited financial statements for Sulja thousands of shareholders have been promised for months are done, Vucicevich said: “You’ll get them when everyone else gets them.”
Vucicevich said he doesn’t own any Sulja stock and doesn’t benefit or lose when the price goes up or down. “It’s not like I’m selling off lots of stock and making money off it,” he said.
Because the volume of shares traded was so high Thursday — more than 10 times the average volume for the stock — Vucicevich said the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission would probably take a look at the reasons, but he wasn’t concerned that anything was amiss.
The criminal phase of this travesty isn't due to begin until next year. In the current proceedings, the OSC is virtually powerless to mete out anything much beyond censure. They can insure that the slobovian crook isn't an officer of a Canadian Security and they can insure that SLJB does not trade in the Canadian provinces. I guess they can levy fines and order disgorgement but I'm not even certain of that. They can make recommendations to the SEC but other than that it would appear that their hands are tied.
Justice will be served albeit in an excruciatingly slow process. I'm anxious to read the concluding remarks of the Commission.
Speaking of disgorgement, I wonder if there are meds to help a bagholder when something is stuck in their craw ?
Vucicevich proved inept at running the SLJB scam which is why he is where he is today. Somehow I don't think he would fare much better at games of chance.
Of course he is not the only sleaze. There were those unscrupulous practitioners of married puts who also stole your money and contributed to SLJB's demise. (They were invisible and undetectable of course)
Instead of restitution, I for one would insist upon a pound of flesh. Preferably, a vital organ.
I can think of no situations other than SLJB where the following is so applicable regarding alternate "explanations" for SLJB's demise.
"When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child, but when I became a man I put away childish things."
Cast about as much as you want, the simple fact is people were conned and ubiquitous greed, always being the underlying factor, trumped common sense. It's a difficult admission for some to make.
Based upon the "alternate explanation theory" of the failure of SLJB that was introduced here, I began my own investigation. I was astounded to find that there was an astrological event that occurred the day that Sulja Bros. cratered. The planet Rahu changed it's position that day which proved disastrous for building supply stocks with huge pending cement contracts.
Further investigation revealed the science that predicts these events that can be found at http://www.astrostocktips.in/Artcl_Astrology_Stock_Market.php. Imminent scientists such as Raj Govi Kumar whose market predictions are 100% accurate have lent credence to the stock-astrological correlation.
I scoffed at the "outside influences" theory but I see now that Due Diligence is meaningless and the only real factor is what is happening in the heavens. Thanks to Senior Gurus, I now have faith in my ability to pick winning stocks with the help of my personal astrologer.
As a side note the financial planet, Jove, is in Sidereal Capricorn til Dec. 19. I caution investors to be aware of this fact. Now you know the derivation of the term "By Jove".
"Your right, facts and due diligence should not enter into a decision to buy any pink."
_________________________________________________________________
Never, NEVER allow facts to interfere in ANY decision, pink sheet stocks notwithstanding.
YOUR ?
Facts and due diligence should not enter into a decision to buy ZENG. Look at the astounding possibilities if all the world's oil fields are depleted in the next few months. ZENG would then be one of the most valuable securities, ever. Ooops, I forgot, they aren't producing anything are they ?
Actually, the married put theory is no more ludicrous than say, the supposed "worth" of Sulja Bros. that was attributed to a report by Dun & Bradsteet (Canada) according to SLJB HQ in Elmira, N.Y.
ROFLMAO...FORTUNATELY DUN AND BRADSTREET'S DD SAYS...
Dec-09 03:44 pm
Sulja Brothers... 8.1 million
IBP Michigan 2 million
International Door Inc 2 million
International Trading CCT LLC 10 million

Dear XXXXX, 12/12/2009
I have confirmed with my investigation/data team regarding the case below. The subject company (SLJB) in D&B’s database
has already been flagged. D&B does not issue financial information for securities that are under investigation. There is no report available directly through D&B channels at this time.
We again do appreciate your input in this matter.

Eine Lüge ist eine Lüge ist eine Lüge
Words to bolster the flagging spirits of SLJB loyalists from Il Duce del Elmira.
"Bottom line...this will help speed up this Mickey Mouse OSC thing...all over a registration and prospectus issue so that they can get past this CTO thing and get this stock moving again."
Rally round the flag boys !
Why then is the market's perception that the "JUGGERNAUT" is worth less than .70 at the time this post was written ?
Are they ALL shortsighted and unsophisticated investors ?
Maybe you should write a note to Warren Buffet and his Berkshire Group. I'm certain he would be interested in a "JUGGERNAUT" !
The "longs" constant mantra has been........."provide a link". They obviously know that the OSC will not release anything until such time that the hearings are concluded. Why they cling to this last nebulous claim that "the OSC hasn't published their findings" is anyone's guess. It's all part of the 5 stages of grief I guess. DENIAL
The question still remains......what does it take to get the SEC to take an active role in taking SLJB to it's final resting place in the scam graveyard or are they too busy watching porn ?
The fact that there has been no visible action thus far is beyond my comprehension.
How does something that doesn't even have corporate status continue to trade ? I have posed this question to several agencies and the only answer I have ever received is......because people are still interested in buying and selling it. To me this isn't plausible, it's unconscionable and criminal in nature.
It has become evident to me that there is no such thing as a market regulatory agency in the U.S.. The SEC and FINRA are doing nothing other than feeding at the public trough, sucking up taxpayer money and providing nothing in return. Both deny have jurisdiction over the situation that Sulja Bros. poses.
Maybe, after the OSC has done their work for them, they can turn off their porn channels long enough to ensure this pile of garbage never sees the light of day ever again. Maybe it's time to write congress persons regarding this situation to determine if something can be done.
It's interesting that PV pleaded nolo contendre to "allegations". You would think that if the "allegations" were groundless, he would fight the righteous battle, stand up and protest his innocence loud and clear but obviously there isn't a righteous bone in his body.
Until such time as Vucicevich is pilloried, there will be those who say that lawyer Ducharme has already come to PV's rescue. He (Ducharme) is such a "renowned" attorney specializing in pleas bargains, that there is no doubt as to the ultimate outcome i.e. a slap on the wrist and a small fine. After all, look what he has done to reinstate Sulja and have him removed from the EPLS.
So say the "true believers". We shall see if there are correct. They haven't been correct about a damned thing thus far. Why ruin a perfect record.
I must be prescient because I just KNEW the Deluded would see this as some sort of victory. One even dismissed the "no connection between SLJB Harrow and Nevada" as hogwash and said the OSC is negotiating with PV and the others so as not to lose face.
"I would assume that after all of this time and dragging of feet by the OSC to shelve this for virtually years for some mysterious reason, that some sort of settlement/deal is already under lock and key. The rest seems no more than a lame sideshow act in a (quite pathetic in my opinion) attempt to instill legitimacy for those extended delays."
But then the OSC is guilty of extortion also, according to the Senior Interdimensional Guru.
"So what you are saying is that even after skimming the recovered assets that really belong to shareholders, they (the OSC) are still unable to operate at a break-even, let alone at a profit. Certainly doesn't sound very well run to me from that description."
In an earlier post, I wrote that this will end up as another "sponge" debacle, ad nauseum, never to end. Let's hope there is a final resolution to put an end to this garbage.
Day 1 of the hearings. No lifting of the CTO. No apology issued to Vucicevich. They must have spent the day on formalities and just reading the charges, yeah ? Maybe tomorrow PM will be better for the perennial illusionists, eh ? LOL
Ah, but the collapse of the market cap is what ultimately brought down Sulja. That, along with the illegal activities that Vucicevich pulled. Again, you are making assertions that are virtually impossible to prove. It is tantamount to playing the air guitar.
So the "outsiders" were operating so surreptitiously that no one realized that they were the culprits responsible for the ultimate failure of Sulja Bros. Is that what you would have people believe ? If so, their clandestine activities (A) have been so successful that you have the honor of being the only person who purports this activity taking place. It seems to me that while the "married put" scenario will be quite difficult to prove whereas the criminal activities of PV and others (B) are quite transparent. Hmm, which choice to go with, A or B ? I think I'll go with the Pythagorean theorem and the distance formula which states the shortest path between two points is along a straight line.
It would be even more interesting if you would cite your evidence that this event ever occurred with SLJB shares. If there is no proof to the fable, then it remains just that, a fable and a frenetic attempt to make sense of an event that resulted in what I assume was a sizable loss in the value of your portfolio. Even a Senior Interdimensional Guru who sometimes just sits and thinks should be required to provide proof of his assertions, or is it just a 'what if' type of feeble fable ?
Thank YOU for your many educational contributions where you postulated every imaginable scenario possible (except the perps being guilty of running a scam.) They (the posts) proved to be highly educational as well as humorous. It's nice to have a chuckle once in a while and the SLJB debacle has been chock full of them, from married puts to reverse mergers to an OSC conspiracy to fund itself with monies from firms like Sulja Bros.
Once again, thank you for your dedication. I and many other "non believers" have learned a great deal by dint of the placement of your observations on this board.
I submit another revised SLJB post from a few months ago.............
.
Going forward, the only things that aren't dead and buried re: Sulja Bros. are the people who have clung tenaciously to the hope that the OSC are a bunch of untutored slobs. What, I wonder, would lead them to believe that fairy tale ? Which of the " Educationally Elite" has something to offer other than total speculation ? Why would a Government agency expend the time, effort and expense it takes to "Persecute" as opposed to "Prosecute" a private firm that was innocent of wrong doing ?
Will the OSC findings end the controversy ? I think not. There shall always be people who cling to the conspiracy theory regarding the fall of the Twin Towers, the JFK assassination, Pearl Harbor and yes, Sulja Bros.
I suggest these are topics for barrooms and remedial psychotherapy sessions.
Revised post #302168
But there WAS a great amount of invisibility associated with SLJB. Invisible cement contracts, invisible audited financials, invisible partners. The whole thing was shrouded in a cloak of invisibility.
It's interesting how these theories have evolved over the years. It's almost as if people have read how other scams are perpetrated and then apply these schemes to SLJB.
I guess that's what happens when you're a member of the pseudo Illuminati incessantly posing questions.
Whereas, the United States Post Office is a thriving organization. Why, our government operates so efficiently, the Social Security system is broke because the funds have been 'borrowed" over a protracted period of time.
I am quite certain that the OSC will be heartbroken when they learn they haven't received your endorsement.
I urge you to contact the OSC and complain bitterly about the points you have made regarding their inefficiency, their "skimming", and all of the other complaints you have lodged over these past four years.
Forget the "what you are saying" and "in other words" and "if I understand you correctly posts and take your complaints to the OSC complaint dept.
