"The SRG technology is very much needed in space -- given that it works at very cold temperatures and produces Megawatts without nuclear products. It is ideal for close quarters living in space. I like to think this concept could be used to produce our first single stage to orbit aircraft as well as provide the energy to run very large ion engines with enough thrust to reach Mars in 2 weeks." -- Eddie Sines (Feb. 18, 2007)"

Synergism...More opportunites to expand. Mr. Ree's does have a varifiable successful track record of M&A's
"Jack and Rose Stoller have built a tremendous business, and we look forward to supporting their efforts to continue to provide top notch service to our customers. We believe that the future of this business is unlimited as the demand for energy continues to increase. We look forward to working closely with the Stoller's for many years to come," he said.
Rose Stoller is the daughter of Cementers founder and is chief financial officer of the Greeley company.
"We are pleased to have found partners who have the same commitment to servicing our customers that we have had over the years. Since my father started this business, we have always put our customers first and look forward to continuing this great tradition and business," she said."
"David Rees, WRNW CEO stated, "We are very pleased that our investment bankers have confirmed that Cementers is a quality acquisition and that funding, subject to normal audits and due diligence, will be in place to close the transaction on or before the anticipated timeframe.
" Mr. Rees continued, "Cementers fits perfectly with our strategy of acquiring solid, growing businesses run by intelligent, ethical operators. I continue to be immensely impressed with Jack and Rose Stoller, the founders and managers of Cementers, who will remain WRNW officers and continue to grow their core business following completion of the merger.
"MY SPIN remain means not discard"
The Synergistic Effect of combining complementary companys will increase profits for each entity better than standing alone. They are building a Micro full service O&G Company.
Also in regard to Mr. Rees Stating that they will "stay on"...My interpretation is that they are not going to be discarded in the aquisition thus keeping them as NEW partners to assist as they are suited to do so, it is their business , who better to run it...DUH!
Now that's funny!
From Cementers Site: "Cementer's was established in 1960 by Everett W. Palser and purchased in 1999 by Mr. Palser's daughter and son-in-law, Jack and Rose Stoller.
For over forty years Cementer's Inc. has provided cementing services for oil, gas and water wells.
Today, Cementer's Well Service, located in Greeley Colorado, is one of the largest independent cementing service companies in business.
We offer excellent surface and production casing services, and plug to abandon wells throughout Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming."
Well Renewal Issues Open Letter to Shareholders
TULSA, Okla., May 18, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Well Renewal,
Excerpt from open letter...
Financial Update
"As you know, we are currently trading on the pink sheets as a
non-reporting company. The primary reason that we are not trading on another exchange is that we do not yet have audited financial statements. We are currently working on remedying this, and anticipate having audited financial statements before the end of 2007. At that time, we will make application to move to another exchange."
Folks it takes time to put things in order. Yes I wish it would happen faster but I am sure it will. I personally have not spoken to Mr. Ree's yet but I intend too soon.
My 2 cents..Some are unloading here to move to Hemi that seems to have bottomed and is now moving up. JMO

Top,
What a change of tone from the message you sent to me! GLTY
I hope one of my other plays pops before we get the news arrives here. At theses prices it pains me I have no dry powder to pick up on the POTENTIAL EPLOSION! GLTA IMO we are about to be rewarded!
Onemaninnj, I agree with you completely. Once Ree's anounces athe first Complete M&A we WILL be back to penny land for sure. I let others know the share amt for 1 reason There are plenty out there like me that are not unloading. I know of at least 3 others with 7 mil shares or more that are not selling anytime soon.
Folks this is a 10 bagger from here in short order. If you don't see it, and you have read all you can about our opportunity here you should not be playing in the pinkies because you have now clue. The information is there...No reading between the lines
GLTA
Still holding every share I have purchased here! Well over 7.5m now and will add more in the .003's if it comes in.
we will see FMV soon. IMO, FMV = .02-.03. Long means Long.
10,000 share trade brought it to .0042..LMAO!
Chart, Nice to see you post again. Welcome Back
.0047 just printed on the way past .005 imo.
Looking @ L2, delayed, 1 mm on bid @ .0042, 1 on ask @ .0043 then the nexrt is 3 on the ask @ .005!
Looks promising for today!
I like what we have here ladies & gentlemnan. The bashers have done what they want, now we move forward.
As I have said as well as others, know what you own sit back and relax until PROVEN otherwise. The only ones who loose are the ones with a weak stomach.
Mr. Rees is doing what is needed to build a respectable O&G company.
Me too!
I still don't believe we have seen enough volume to be concerned. If anything the lack of volume this close indicates the shares are for the most part in strong hands. If there was bad news surely we would see millions trading. JMO
wtc
No noise today. This is good. The longs here know what we have and are being patient. As thingds unfold in regard to firming up the M&A's we should move rapidly to the FMV which could easily move to over a dime by end of summer.
PS. Lowan Nice to see your presence here.
wtc
