IMO this mornings PR did add credibility, but its not going to affect a declining pps. As has been mentioned, we need substance regarding signed contracts and share structure. We have been told some big PR's on the way, so I'll wait patiently.
Okay thanks for that... Or rather OK THANKS FOR THAT!!! XMANCOMETH NOW on BLOCKETH
ASCM on top all day driving the price down, coupled with flippers/high frequency traders taking their few pennies. At least I was able to add twice.
I absolutely love your posts. Keep them coming, don't listen to others. OMVS, I believe!
I've never taken my money as a laughing matter!!
Okay, each to his own. Sounds like you have/had a good broker!!! I will never, nor have I ever taken the advice of a broker. Won't eve grant them an appt. It's my money, and I'm doing fine.
Can't believe dilution will continue to an extent to impact the pps based on the number of shares traded since RM. I also don't believe SR is a bad CEO because you or I lost money! His job is to get this start-up off the ground and running. He could have gone the IPO route, but he chose the shell route. And he chose GP, and OMVS. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for the time being. Let's see what the next PR brings.
I have not done any DD on that stock you mention, but have done plenty of DD on ONCI. What did you like about the other stock, and what do you like about ONCI?
I can respect that. I've only been here since June 1, and he is a bit obnoxious, but imo his relationships with MM's is a plus for his bank account. All the best.
If you want to lose money talk to your broker. They will tell you what they think you should hear.
"If you are new @ investing on this stock read the 8K, and talk to your Broker,he will be able to go more in depth".
IMO its very simple and profitable to short OTC stocks if you have an affiliation/relationship with an MM, which he did, based on his posts. I admire him for changing to a long when the fundamentals demanded it.
Well said!!! wonder when he starts punching the clock!!??
He's not shorting now and seems like a very knowledgeable trader!!!! His latest posts are that he is long and adding!
Sorry Q, I totally disagree. I'm not buying the fact that a CEO from any company, would have terms that you posted based on the k. I understand where you got the information, but business 101, says your receivables must be more than your payables for the first year or two of your business at the absolute least in order to be viable. I'm heavily invested here, and I'm a retired business owner, and an MBA. I don't buy for an instant that SR is that inept to be starting a business with owing more than is coming in. SMP is the key here....interested to see what happens.
Pease tell me/the rest of this board why you think .01 is a price point in the near future. Yeah, I know there was dilution, that's done, and I know there was a bear raid, and that's done. I think we will see .10 before .01.
ASCM def backed off some this afternoon. They may have taken a loss today!!! I'm sure they will be back tomorrow to recoup some of their losses and get a lower entry for their clients!!! With all the catalysts here, this could be a bit painful for them. Let's hope so!!!
That would be awesome!!! I wouldn't put it past Mr. Berman!! If I remember correctly both Ford and Chrysler were around 2m in annual US sales last year. Adding those in the mix would make for some nice pps valuations for sure!!!
2 million yearly revenue....??? Hmmmm, I'll give you the benefit of doubt...maybe you're from a distant planet, landed here over the weekend, discovered alcohol is great and made this post with an inebriated alien mind.
The valuations that I'm running in my head point me there for sure. All we need is a big automaker. For example GM sold 3m autos in USA last year. If Mr. Berman was fortunate enough to land that contract at 200 bucks a pop and with the share reduction (for this example I'll use 2b O/S) and with a 20% margin and a 25 P/E multiple we get a pps valuation of $1.50. That's just one automaker, albeit the biggest. The gross margin and P/E multiple are conservative and should actually exceed these numbers.
I believe your production capacity figures are flawed/incorrect. I have not heard any discussion of the production capacity being an issue at all. I don't think Mr. Berman would be meeting with automakers if he could not fulfil demand for said product. And yes, I believe future revenues in the 12-24 month timetable could exceed 580 mil easily. Ford sold a little over 2m vehicles in just the US last year. GM 3m, Chrysler over 2m. We also met with BMW on Friday, and have been designated a vendor for a Korean automaker with worldwide sales in the millions I'm sure. That's a starting point for all ONCI has on its plate. The math is simple.
I don't think Mr. Berman would be wasting his time with automakers if he could not produce the product in a timely manner. I think his plans include ramping up production capacity to whatever is necessary to handle the demand for the product...much more than 6,000 units per month that you mention.
10 year lead time for orders??? We are obviously on a different page here. All the best!!
Yes, and I was responding to your verbiage that 580 million in revenues with 2 billion O/S was unworkable. I Disagree that it is unworkable because the potential is there for much more revenue...Simple really.
Going to bed, all the best ONCI longs.
Very cool! Didn't know BMW had anything that would accommodate horse stuff...lol. Must be a SUV. We have the 650i convertible, and it barely accommodates 3 of us...My wife and I, and our 10 year old daughter....lol
I'm withholding opinion on the golf apps until I see more.
I own one as well, and not happy they are discontinuing the 6's, but the 8's look really nice!!!
Totally disagree. It's already been posted we are over 9-10 mil annual revenue based on signed contracts. Additionally, 580 million in revs are completely possible if not probable (I think 1 Billion in revenues is on the low side) based on all of the automakers involved.
IMO
Nice to know, thank you! Hopefully he is as knowledgeable and helpful as Q is!!!
Nice to see you here!!! I'm sure you'll agree the numbers look great from the quarterly, AND we are expecting them to get better as we move fwd. Again, nice to you see a respectable member and a CPA here!!!
PR was a little lacking in substance compared to what I was hoping, but it's a start, and I'll take it!! More substantive PR's with signed contracts would be nice, and I expect that soon. Based on the projections PPS will be into he dollars...simple stuff.
Okay, I'm going to vent a little bit here. I don't understand seasoned investors/traders that blame a CEO if the stock tanks. I admire those traders because their norm is making money based on their expertise as a trader. However, there is dilution, and that should be anticipated for a shell reverse merging into a legitimate company that has potential revenues in the billions. That being said the CEO of the RM is not experienced in these things and has now gone quiet until he "can" release the news. All is still good as far as I'm concerned. All the best to everyone.
Well said dude!!! If this stock goes through the roof, I'm happy!!! If this stock tanks and SR is a liar (which I don't believe), it won't affect my lifestyle one bit. FWIW I can't believe SR is saying one thing and doing another.
That is total nonsense. So many catalysts on the near horizon...
That's awesome dude!!! Nice to know another golfer on these boards!!! I'm fairly new here, so I'll follow you and see what you have to say about ONCI!!!
I surely did NOT! Thanks for pointing that out!
I retired at 48, and I play a lot of golf with a low single digit handicap, so they have their goals set!! I would love to help them retire by 48, or sooner!!! Stocks like ONCI help!!!
What that tells me is to the contrary...Knightscope, with a bad product that drowns in a small pool, sells the masses on the AI security bot concept. On the other hand RAD starts off small and partners with a solid robotics firm in building a good robotic security guard, and then finances the startup through a shell which costs much less and has less risk quite frankly than an IPO. On top of that RAD has fortune 100 and 500 partners in their startup. My money is on OMVS/RAD. Simple really!!
Yep, agreed the golf industry is mainly for the higher handicap and that's great!!! My two sons in their 20's are in that realm and striving to get to single digits, so yeah I hear ya and agree!!! Anxious to see what the final product will be! Until further details though, I'm long ONCI base on their other product lines!!! All the best!!
yeah, I believe possible this Friday, especially for SB!!!
No disrespect, but SR say's Knightscope is not a competitor. They are playing catchup and trying to IPO at 3.00 Tells me a little something!!!
