This is what I was referring too. I checked the Reg SHO list and dont see SANP so I guess that a good thing.

It just looked odd to me that the stock could drop so much in 10 minutes windows two days in a row which then lead to massive volume and price decline.
I own a significant number of shares and hope and really expect a bounce within a few days. Make your own investment decisions.
It is only good if they require accountability for the actual stock certificates from the brokers. It could rid a stock of naked shorting if naked shorting is present and if done right..I think this stock is seriously being naked shorted and or manipulated.. Just my opinion!! Remember trades dont settle for 3 days in the mean time the MM can do whateever trick they want to scare shares from an investor. Obviously a FS has no other value in fact it kinds of sucks as it dilutes the stock. You would be a retard if you didnt realize you get twice the shares but the price of the stock is instantly cut in half.. All splits are kind of dumb unless you are trying to get the stock price up to a value for mutual funds or for a listing but you dont do that doing a forward split anyway.. OVER AND OUT.. Make your OWN trades based on your own conclusions.
Thats the whole problem the company did not say when. If they want a release like this to be important you have to tell the shareholders when the forward split will be effective to matter. This will make all the shorts be forced to cover their positions before the forward split date... Have no idea why you put out a release like this today without an effective date.
I think the forward split is a good idea but have a hard time getting excited about it without and effective date.
No, it all depends on pre-market action if any.

It looked to me to be a huge drop on low volume to scare out a lot of weak hands and allow mm some accumulation. It worked great it appears to me. I think 1.20 eod is very possible. I bought a ton more.. Didn't everyone notice they dropped it to a 1$ or less almost instantly that tells me it was just a way to scare shares out and it worked cause the volume didn't even show up until after the instant drop. Looks like a huge shake of the trees to me. Just my opinion. Loved the opportunity

They (MM) look to be taking price down on very little volume. I might look to buy a few today and hope to get them on the discount. Suspect and Counterfiet parts are rampant, this technology is sorely needed in all types of industies.
Hi Raw,
Nice earnings and good to see they are back to earning a net income of .01 per share. Seems like fair value puts the stock at .40 to me.
Here are few things I noticed of interest in the filling:
(1) They gave the employees some restricted shares valued at .18
EMPLOYEE STOCK AWARDS
In July 2012, 1,465,000 shares were authorized to issue to employees as share compensation valued at $0.18 per share, the market value on the date of the board authorization. The value of these shares will be amortized into operations over the one to two year restriction on the shares.
(2)There inventory was high due to subassemblies fabricated by their vendor/subcontractor that were not done to quality requirements and were returned for replacement.
INVENTORIES
Our inventory includes $349,000 of certain subassemblies which did not meet our specifications and were rejected by us and returned to the vendor for correction or replacement.
(3) G/A was flat with little to no increases:
Selling, General and Administrative costs were nearly flat, increasing 1.1% from $656,338 in 2011 to $663,432 in 2012. A non-recurring bonus payment to the CEO in 2011 was offset by the addition of staff in the sales and marketing areas, higher administrative expenses and increased marketing expenses for a more intensive schedule of advertising and trade shows in 2012
(4)Their cost of goods sold increased due to increased payroll which was expected.
Cost of goods sold increased $173,171, or 35.1%, from $493,064 to $666,235 due to an increase in sales, an expanded production payroll, and the addition of a cost differential for a night shift with related benefits. The gross profit margin increased this quarter to 65.9% compared to 63.8% to the same quarter in 2011
(5) Added space nearby their exsiting facility for sales growth.
In August, 2012 we acquired a residence adjacent to our facility for use as additional office and R&D space. We continue to invest in new equipment and facility improvements to accommodate our sales growth.
(6) They do not need to dilute and continue to meet the companys liquidity needs.
We continue to experience an increase in sales. With these increases and the capital we currently have at the end of this period, we will continue to meet or exceed the company’s liquidity needs for the next twelve months.
(7) Medicare Reimbursement - "A very Important fact".
In order to receive more favorable Medicare reimbursement for our FREEDOM60® Syringe Infusion System, we had submitted a formal request for a HCPCS coding verification with the Statistical Analysis Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carrier (SADMERC). It was the determination that the Medicare HCPCS code(s) to bill the four Durable Medical Regional Carries (DMERCs) should be: “E0779 Ambulatory infusion pump, mechanical, reusable, for infusion 8 hours or greater.” The new code significantly increases the reimbursement for the FREEDOM60® for billable syringe pump application approved by Medicare. Current approved uses under Medicare include among others, subcutaneous immune globulin, antivirals, antifungals, and chemotherapeutics. In June 2007, Medicare issued a letter of clarification stating in part:
“The FREEDOM60® Syringe Infusion Pump is the only allowable pump to be billed with the Subcutaneous Immune Globulin (SCIg). The code for this pump for dates of service 1/1/00 - 5/16/07 is E0780. For dates of service on or after 5/17/07, the correct code is E0779 per SADMERC. The items being billed must be supported by corresponding documentation. All other pumps or modifiers will result in a denial.”
(8) Competition/Risk:
COMPETITION FOR THE FREEDOM60®
Competition for the FREEDOM60® for IgG is consists mostly of electrically powered infusion devices that are more costly and can create high pressures during delivery that can cause complications for the administration of IgG. However, there can be no assurance that other companies with greater resources will not enter the market with competitive products that will have an adverse effect on our sales.
(9) RES-O-VAC - meets OSHA
A critical component and advantage of the RES-Q-VAC® system is our Full Stop Protection® filter, a patented filtering system that both prevents leakage and overflow of the aspirated fluids, even at full capacity, and traps virtually all air and fluid borne pathogens and potentially infectious materials within the sealable container. This protects users from potential exposure to disease and contamination. The Full Stop Protection® meets the requirement of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration ‘Occupational Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens’ CFR29 1910.1030. The Company has received a letter from OSHA confirming that the RES-Q-VAC® with the Full Stop Protection® falls under the engineering controls of the Bloodborne Pathogen regulation and that the Product’s use would fulfill the regulatory requirements.
(10) Competition to the RES-O-VAC:
COMPETITION FOR THE RES-Q-VAC®
We believe that the RES-Q-VAC® is currently the performance leader for manual, portable suction instruments. In the emergency market, the primary competition is the V-Vac™ from Laerdal. The V-Vac™ is more difficult to use, cannot suction infants, and cannot be used while wearing heavy gloves such as in chemical warfare or in the extreme cold. Laerdal has more resources than Repro-Med Systems and had begun marketing the V-Vac™ before RES-Q-VAC® entered the market. Another competitor is Ambu, with the Res-Cue brand pump, a product similar to our design, made in China. We believe that the product is not as well made or as versatile, and may not be purchased by the military segment of the market due to lines of supply concerns. We believe that the addition of Full Stop Protection® substantially separates the RES-Q-VAC® from competitive units, which tend to leak fluid when becoming full or could pass airborne pathogens during use. There is a heightened concern from healthcare professionals concerning exposure to disease and we believe the RES-Q-VAC® provides improved protection for these users.
(11) Current Ratio Remains well above 1:
Total Current Assets $4,253,536
Total Current Liabilities $558,853
Current Ratio is 7.7 and shows this investor their is little risk of bankruptcy and I think is a very important ratio for investing in pennys stocks.
Overall the results look pretty good and very solid I think, any other opinions out there?
Thanks,
Eric
True, its a shame. My experience says big volume proceeds big price moves and the market always knows before the retail investor. The one good thing I try to remember is when the volume ever does pick up this thing could fly as they dont have many shares outstanding/issued especially compared to many other penny's. It wont take much to get a nice move on this stock. If it ever did get recognized or became the potential buy out candidate I belive it to be, we could get a nice return on our investment. I too have held my shares a long time and those of us that have hung in here will hopefully be rewarded. Good luck hope we picked a good one, I am sure betting on it.
If record revenues are around the corner probably hard to find a better time to take a risk on this one since its near its 52 week low. If I wasn't already loaded it would seem a decent risk to reward opportunity at least for me. Hope many of the loyal shareholders here get rewarded. I have notice the company is far from a pump and dump and in fact is hard to get even get a hold of. Keeping my fingers crossed and wouldnt be surprised to see a little rise in the next 9 days especially if record earnings are coming???? Good luck guys.
Eric
Just bought and held today
Got back in at .22. Was about time it took a little breather. good luck to all.
Why cant it be verified just call the transfer agent just like any other penny stock? Etrade shows bid .269 X .273 so looks to be a nice open.
EschewVice,
Only been here a few days and do own the stock. I think your scenario/estimate is an important one. I have invested in many penny stocks and I am almost always very skeptical of everything you read about on any of them and I can surely understand the quick buck and get out. While I still strongly support taking profits as each investor sees fit, your model is exactly what one should consider especially when talking penny stocks. When you see over 600M shares issued by the company and 1.2B shares authorized it makes an investor believe this is a paper factory issuing shares as their business and paying for their business on unknowning shareholder backs. However this technology really caught my eye and has caused me to dig a little deeper on my usual quick flip. I have been trying to figure will the company continue to dilute to pay the bills or will they soon have a significant revenue stream? DO they have a product that can go to market tomorrow or is it still in R&D? Will the company do a RS with so many shares outstanding as many do so they can print more certifiates? These type of questions are ones all astute penny stock investor look at right and also why I think your model is so important.
You state "An aggregate 59% was earned from two customers amounting to a total of about $311,859, resulting in an average quarterly revenue of $155,929 per customer."
Obviously the above is a big assumption with lots of room for error (ie number of chips encrypted under each contract and contract size) but isnt totally un-reasonable. To be conservative and skeptical an investor could suggest say half of what your suggesting or even 1/4 of what your suggesting and that still gives around 7 or 8M a quarter and 28-32M per year or even half of that is still decent. This also ignores anything outside of DOD contracts or anything new and would make one believe they can start covering their own expenses and stop making the shareholder carry them.
Based on the fact that it is mandated that the chips are encrypted for DOD and if it accurate that they have 100 customers, why would they need to continue to dilute with this very near future coming revenue stream or am I missing something? Please any skeptic tell me what I am missing?
From what I have read it appears the technology is ready for deployement so there isnt 1 or 2 more years of development work on the shareholders back and why do a Reverse Split when they can still issue over 600M shares right now if they really need too. We can watch the MM on level 2 and or call the transfer agent frequently to keep track of the oustanding shares (so that doesnt concern me). Eventually they might want to do a reverse split to get listed on a reputable exchange but they dont meet the other criteria yet so I cant see a need for it any time nearterm.
Based on these things and your model it makes it worth sticking around at least for me,epecially with the DOD MANDATE. One of the reasons I think maybe we arent seeing the typical pull backs on runs, is that I think some penny investor may be modifying their usual flipping strategy.
All just my opinions and do what works for each of you and I still say take profits when it makes sense to each individual. Love to hear from the naysayers on these pennys as they usually are closer to reality.
Good luck to all and Congrats to the longs that are reaping some reward for carrying this penny stock to where it is today.
Hey Raw,
Seems like the support to our stock has been very positive as of late.. The market usually knows ahead of the retail investor so maybe there are good things to come.. Could we see a nice jump in revenues? I hope so and if so I think this one could go off to the races.. I really felt this could be a good buy out potential.. I know insiders bought this stock at .25, knowing that they expected a return on that investment. That always calms my nerves.
On a side note have you invested or do you know about a stock APDN? I dont usually ask about other stocks but found this one the other day and thought the technology looked incredible. If you would rather not chat on the board send me email at erpy7@charter.net instead if you have any thoughts on this.
Thanks,
Eric
Raw, interesting spread .17 to .26, not sure what kind of market that is.. I honstely find it surprising to be under 24 cents. Hope revenues start kicking in and our loyal patience pays off.
Eric
Raw, have you talked to the company lately? Are they still working double shifts or utilizing outside manufacturing capabilities? Are they still hiring or do you know current staffing levels? Just curious as we never get any updates and at some point I really expect to see revenues ramping up? Wouldn't mind seeing a few more insider buys since they thought it was a good buy at .25 you would think they would really like it at .17 or.21 . Just checking in too see if we still have a pulse ?
Wow at or below 52 week low. Stock has no interest and few that apparently believe the future Outlook. At some point even I will have to just cut my losses. How disappointing.
Market is crap down 15% on 75 k shares whatever. I am sticking With repr 1 more quarter. Expect better sales for sure
Raw even with continued sizeable improvements quarter over quarter market interest in repr feels to me to be at an all time low. They really need to start having a few press releases over each quarter. Not asking for pumping but just a few updates might help get it some exposure and closer to fair value. I guess continued patience is our only options hoping results will eventually get recognized by the market.
I think I will add a few more. It's not like I need them but stock is near 52 week low and had record quarter and insiders were buying at .25 ..... I will assume market will eventually give it fair value. Will try to get a few cheapies at .215 or .22
Nice results stock should be over .40 to be anywhere near fair value but it appears their results continue under the radar screens. No volume even on open after results like that. Looks like waiting for buyout is all I can hope for since they are not on many radar screens. I really like the results. Nice quarter repr
I agree but want to see it continue and/or even larger increases in revenue then prior quarters. Also why insiders would buy their own stock at .25 cents if they are about to loose market share. Those are the reasons I have continue to hold this stock. Seems like big balance sheet improvements may be around the corner. Insiders obviously think ........ Hope the aerobics pay off.
Raw if I don't see increase in revenues this quarter I am going to have to wonder if it is not competition. As you know I want repr to succeed more than anyone but by now the increases in revenue should start showing up.. look forward to their quarter results and get a good look at revs. That will speak louder than anything IMHO.
Apparently a .11 per share improvement year over in net income isn't viewed well in today market. The results were great.. Very surprised on stock reaction especially on an up market day. Oh well hold those core on pick up a few cheapies when u can
Raw aren't earnings due out this week? Still holding my 100k shares faithfully. I wish company shared just a bit more with the faithful investor throughout each 3 month period but as always will wait for the 10 q. Eric
12.15 per share looks good to me consider people believe it value over 14 last week.. I pulled the trigger!!!
As a king flipper that you are what prrice you buying flip shares
One thing for sure is the few loyal shareholders have been here for awhile. I hope we finally get rewarded. It's a shame it goes completely unnoticed. I have had my boat loaded for awhile as I too think it is a nice buyout Target. Insiders in a company this size buying shares on open market instead of taking them for free( ie options) is one of the reasons I am loaded to the gills. Best wishes to the loyal.
Lol, apparently the market doesn't like all those great facts. I will never understand the stock market
I think an excellent choice. Thought maybe it was MM taking out margins but 3.5 M is a lot of volume. I feel pretty confident coming quarter will be very good so weakness surprised me today. If market up tommorow I expect a bounce. Just my opinion. Glta
When are Ftk earnings due?
Hey raw. Still at work will try to read it more tonight so sales went from 1.3 M up to 1.5 M. Good news I think!! Hope I will have more time tonight and happy to see the continued net income.
Well then I want a 7 or 11 on the comeout roll.. I kind of felt the last quarter was slightly disappointing but did see good increase in raw material and inventory if I recall which is what made me believe we would see improvement this quarter. At least this was my basis for adding all quarter on weakness. Should be interesting but I can't see why the company stockpile inventory last quarter for this to be a weak one .. In addition the insider buying indicated to me a better future is expected. hope I'm right....
Its nice to see the long term retail investor is making significnt money here.. Nice strenght today for sure.
Eric
Raw. Sucks seeing weakness in the stock right before earnings. We usually get a little bump. I think it pretty clear people/investors are not sure or confident in this coming quarter. I guess i would be surprised to see too much disappointments with the companies re-occurring revenues and with new fda approval. Am I missing something obvious??? Just surprised to seeing weakness as market is rarely wrong in my experiences.. thoughts?
