Codie and ID SuperMoney both got burned in the past and they are very negative. There are several others that have been burned in the past but they can actually see both sides of the coin.
Really, and why would he? Does he need the cash? Was he in it for a $2 profit?
He and Arnold will be holding for the bigger picture? That is profitability , huge revenues and a buyout at a much higher price. Probably in the $40-$50 range.
they are sandbagging big time.
I wonder if any of the new products including the dropz has any of the Fuse Science (Drop) technology in it?
That is BS . They are all doing a fine job. Right on with the answers as well.
ID SM is just trying to buy in at a lower price. He has an agenda. Look at every one of his posts. Nothing positive. Either short or trying to buy lower. For me, this is low enough. Now lets go higher.
World Wide Apparel , Has anyone been able to find any info on these guys. They just signed up with them to manage this side of the business.
10K shares at 8.58 avg on my second go round with this stock. First trade made a lot so I am break even right now with this sitting at 6.5.
LC, I am still holding here as I do have some faith that this will turn around in time. Even with crappy management the will do over 150M in rev. and they are figuring out how to make that profitable. At some point in time, they will sell out. If that takes one to three years I can wait because I believe it will be at much higher prices. It just sucks to have to go through the BS in getting there. Remember, many on this board think that having 13M shares outstanding is a lot. I do not. If they can get the manufacturing under control, new products etc. even if they are only making a few pennies per share, so big company will want them for $300M - $500M. This is why I believe Brad and company could care less about the retail guys or the one or two institutions. They know that thee money will be there.
I also did not follow you into Gol or cvm. I'm all tied up in MNKD, OPK, BZNE and TNXP
TNXP just took a big hit today with a hit piece from SA.
What made you sell? Just wondering. A day early I guess but I am following the smart money. That being the leaders of this company. They will jack this thing up to the $2 range within a year. I'm in avg at .58 with 80K shares.
Right now BZNE vol is picking up along with price.
My email was all just very facetious.
Maybe they can up the guidance already, announce 2 more distribution partners, come out with new products from the DROP relationship, announce new products from the CDXC relationship, update positive info on SEC,$5M in share buyback complete, Brad steps down and Steve Jobs comes back from the dead to take over, etc.
This should result in only a 15% drop in share price.
this sounds like to me just SEC stuff for the potential uplift.
Come on guys. I live in south fla and these planes are all over all the time. they constantly fly back and forth and do the turn arounds. this is great advertising especially during spring break. This is why brad moved in with frost, to help with the advertising. He probably has a buddy with a plane.
MNKD will have a ADCOM meeting on 4/1 April fools day and 4/15 is the PDUFA date. Risk / Reward is great. 6-10 up or 3 down. this will get approved.
Anyone going to the shareholders meeting tomorrow??
CVM, this just came out. Could be a good thing in the long term with a $1 floor.

BZNE is out tonight with about 5 Form 3's listing insider holdings. Each exec has about 15M shares , the CEO has 17M and Frost has 13M plus 200K of the Preferred B Series.
LC, did a bit of homework on gol and all charts are points to lower prices. Just wondering what you think is the bottom and the entry point.
I know there are $9 targets out there from Imperial and I read through the ihub msg board but I am not sure that this is going up anytime soon just looking at the charts. Also, RSI and MACD still pointing down although they are both very low , oversold even.
OPKO upgraded yesterday by Oppenheimer with a price target of $13 and an outperform rating.
So Learning Curve, what are the other 4 positions do you have so we can help you out and get the price jacked up for you. Always looking for the next 50% winner.
That is pretty much how I feel. Only get involved if the SEC issue turns out to be something worse. Remember Brad stating that their independent in house test showed nothing wrong and they are not worried about the SEC thing. Then he says we are going to be buying back up to $5M of stock because we are undervalued, then he says this is a long term play. He just keeps putting his foot in his mouth. Not sure how he gets out of something like this but the company really needs a seasoned pro to be running the show. Bump him up to Chairman Emeritus. Get him on the sidelines. Maybe one of Frosts guys will take charge.
With the silence, I am currently leaning towards a strategy that 2 individuals have put out feelers that I am very reluctant to do. I have been contacted to potentially join a class action suit and go after management for all the BS that has transpired. Now much of it was before my time but I have now seen some of the things that have angered some many over the last 6-9 months.
I still don't think I want to go this route because once it's out there we drop another 25%. I would love to see something really positive out of Brad and team before the end of the month. If not we may be in bigger trouble. Has anyone else been approached?
I would like to understand one thing, how could Brad go from saying that the company is tremendously undervalued to now saying this is a long term play within a month.
This is very old news and happened anywhere between Sept and Dec of last year.
There is no date announced just yet. Best rest assured you only have 15 business days to wait.
March 31, 2014.
OK the "Long Term Play" quote is the value that our new IR guys are bringing to the table. I heard this now 3 times out of them over 2 phone conversations. They need to say conservative things all the time now because people are watching. This tells me that they are covering the behinds and letting everyone know that there is some pain ahead.
Now watch as they catch everyone off guard and this thing starts to rip forward over the next 3-6 months beginning with the conf call at the end of this month.
I hope.
The SEC is not in business to shut businesses down. Yes that could be the byproduct of its actions but they only hurt the employees doing that. The action that must happen now to turn this around is to have the SEC issues out in the open with the plan to rectify. Total transparency. Then and only then will the stock move up.
If the sec issues are bigger than expected and hinders last year as well, then we go back down to $4 and brad needs to go. Right now they could move him to just the Chairman of the Board and bring in someone from the outside to run the company as CEO day to day. That could bring back wall street.
BTW, anyone buying at this level?
I am a very cautious person so I look to worst case. If Brad and company did something like fraud, theft, insider trading, illegal transport of minors across state lines, etc what are the potential penalties?? We know at they don't want to put companies out of business and I hope they don't want to hurt the poor retail guys like us , so what is justice. Make Brad step down? New accounts and or CFO? I don't have this type of experience so I ask the question again, what could the potential ramification be if the SEC investigation is really bad?
I am not so sure that they got nothing out of the bzne transaction. I believe that you will see new products coming out of this along with the west coast distribution and manufacturing. I say new products and new partnerships are coming.
I also think that the SEC issues are larger than they make them out to be, but for things that all happened a couple of years ago. I do not thing it will affect them going forward or for last year as well. What the penalty is for the past sins I don't know.
Anyone have any idea as to how the SEC handles past sins ?
You speculate as if what you say is fact. It is not. I am very long but stick to the facts please. You do not know what bankers Dr. Frost has working and you do not know if soros is doing anything .
Lion's tigers and bears or beers oh my
Does anyone have any thoughts on what the BZNE assets will be doing for us? Remember the Qusomes technology that they have along with the contract manufacturing , etc. We have heard nothing on this front. BZNE had a nice day today.
Large volume keeps coming in over the last 2 weeks. Take a look at the Feb 25, 26, 28 and today volume.
Anyone notice the unusually high volume on BZNE on Feb 25,26,28 and now today.
Assume a 13.4M outstanding shares as that is what their IR guys told me last week.
IR said that both frost and arnold must file. They also stated that 13.4 is the number. I followed up in an email as what the frost relationship really is, formal with comp tied to it or more casual.
they also would not give Brad's email so I could ask the questions myself. they said he is much to busy and that is why they hired them. I said that every ceo that I have come in contact with over my 30 years in the high tech corp world would welcome contact with investors, customers, etc and that I hope that Brad was not hiding.
I get the feeling just seeing him on some of the interviews that he can not handle himself quickly on his feet and that he may say things that could get himself in trouble. So it is best to keep him out of the spotlight. That is my opinion.
Well i was always under the impression that he was a 5% guy. Does he have more than 650K shares? That would be 5%. I also asked Pondel if Frost was under any contract with mslp. The speak to the point that he is an advisor for the company. My question to them is he under contract for $$$ or is he getting shares for his advice.
