I'm holding for the dividend. After that I can't say what I'm going to do. If the stock would move up a little and stay there I probably would hold and give it another 6 months. I know when you acquire companies it take a while to see what you really have and get a grasp on things. imo
Barry Bought some more common yesterday at .34
So what is your best guess is going to happen? Close up shop? Stick it to Dominion? Leave the lab results at the lab? What's your best guess?
Why should he when it seems they have things under control. The bigger question here is why would he be involved at all and risk his reputation and good name and make positive comments about the science if there wasn't something to this company!! imo
Gerald has purchased around $25000.00 of the company's stock on the open market this year using private funds. He now owns around 7.7 million shares. He hasn't sold any that I can find in the records. I view this as a positive. imo
Ha Ha But I will add that to my previous set of questions. Why would a CEO buy shares of his own company in the open market?
When I Google that it's comes up the ceo buying a lot shares in the last year on the open market!!!! Thanks GO AMBS
Will check back in later to see if we get any answers. Gotta go watch McHale's Navy!!
MANF and LymPro crickets chirping.... Go AMBS!!
Interesting that posters that are so negative on this stock did not answer my question from yesterday. I'll post it again. And add another.
"Can someone tell us why Dominion continues to be involved with this company. Why did Neuro take stock in lieu of cash? I'd sure like to know the answer. Dominion could have pulled the plug instead they are helping AMBS with the accounts payable department. BD wouldn't release financial terms either.
What do they all know that we would like to know?? Or do they just throw money away?" Why is Dr. Rubinfeld here?
I wonder who the private investors are that are purchasing the series e stock?

68 tell us why Dominion continues to be involved with this company. Why did Neuro take stock instead of cash?
15 million debt vs 1.5 billion potential within a couple years. It doesn't take a dr. of finance to tell they are running a pretty taught ship,
If Dominion wanted to hurt the company they wouldn't have even done this. They own 7% of the company now and this will only raise that number. My opinion is they are on board just like the rest of us longs!!imo
Bares Repeating "Amarantus has delivered on each of its stated milestones over the last several months," said Mikhail Gurevich, Managing Partner at Dominion Capital. "We believe this transaction will pave the way for the Company to access more substantial financing and we are very pleased to be able to assist the Company in reaching its full potential."
As I said before Dominion will not let AMBS starve for funding!! imo
Nothing on EDGAR yet.
WOW those 33's bought this morning looking good!!!
They are trying very hard to hold this down this morning. Some selling below the bid.
ssssshhhhhhh... Can't let the cat outta the bag until I have another 100k shares at these low prices!!!
So why does this open every once and a while and trade? Why would a MM waist time on this. Why didn't the SEC shut this down long ago? hummmmm Inquiring minds want to know..
I'm getting a little whiplash the way AMBS is trading today!
Props to Betelgeuse he has been spot on!
aaarrrr welcome back aboard Jack
By identifying Retinitis Pigmentosa as an indication for MANF, we have identified a potentially reduced timeline to get MANF to commercialization with a very substantial market opportunity." said Gerald E. Commissiong, CEO of Amarantus
That would be HUGE!! and it could be!!! imo
Imagine if you were losing your sight and something was in the works to stabilize it. You would spend every dollar you had getting it. I only hope it gets fast tracked..
AMBS continues it's business plan!!
We all know who really does DD!! (and who doesn't)!!
If BD become's a jv I'm sure they are interested in it!! imo
I see BD even more interested now!!! imo
I had no issues with Schwab and the stock. They emailed me some paperwork I filled it out and sent it back. They sent me an email authorizing me to sell the shares in my account. P.S. I have not sold any...
It is estimated that the market opportunity for Retinitis Pigmentosa exceeds $10B annually!!!
Private investors investing in Pershing.
Neither Dominion Capitol or BD are going to let AMBS starve for funding. Remember AMBS said financial terms were not disclosed when BD testing began. BD has a lot of companies knocking on the door for there services and one of the few they picked was AMBS. imo
Buy vol. 62.3 million vs 138 million sells.
So why does this open every once and a while and trade? Why would a MM waist time on this. Why didn't the SEC shut this down long ago? Don't speculate just the facts. Do you know??? I respect your views.
911 put out and someone responded with 4 million shares. Another 911 put out and someone responded with over 20 million shares. Another 911 put out and response was over 5 million shares. Maybe there is something to these urban legends!!
