And more dilution, more losses, more bonuses and lower share price.
Now that's funny. What would they do it with, more share dilution?
You're a little sensitive aren't you? Stop being so uptight. Relax and enjoy the holidays.
Zero shares traded an hour into the day. That's not a good sign.
Point? What do you mean? It was a question.
Is this the same company that Michael Vick signed with and did an interview on CNBC the very day Musclepharm announced they signed Vick also?
http://www.usatoday.com/sports/golf/story/2011-11-22/whats-hot-in-golf-tiger-woods-fuse-science/51350494/1
That's 8 months worth of trading at these levels of volume.
They same people that own the UFC own Zyience?
Not sure if they are or not. If they are they somehow are still managing to be the major supplement sponsor of the UFC.
Of course water plays a role in muscle metabolism, it makes up 70% of muscle. But that nonsense you wrote about blood viscosity and pressure is ridiculous. And since you said you read it in case studies, by all means provide some references.
According to you I just have to drink some water and take some aspirin to thin my blood and then nutrients will flow into my muscle cells easier. Seriously? You think nutrients enter muscle cells by a pressure difference and lower blood viscosity. Are you saying someone with high blood pressure shuttles nutrients into muscle easier?
Please show the case studies you are saying you read that explain this.
Wow - this is so lacking in the basic fundamental knowledge of physiology that I am embarrassed for you. You actually put your ignorance in writing with an attitude as if you know what you are talking about.
Bit of advice, stop educating yourself off of bodybuilding forums.
Truly embarrassing.
Water rushing to your muscles? What are you talking about?
Since they have no available cash I'm assuming the $480,000 bonuses will have to be raised through further dilution. Add that to the nearly 300 million shares of stock bonus and we are talking hefty dilution for bonuses paid long before the company will show a profit.
Have you received any response whatsoever from your emails?
Looks like they have quite an extensive distribution network.
http://www.xyience.com/index.cfm?fa=shop.locations
Plus they obviously have a strong connection to the UFC and seem to get more mat placement as well.
Really? Looks to me like they have a more extensive line of supplements than Musclpharm has.
http://www.xyience.com/index.cfm?fa=products.products
So if they do $20 million in revenue Cory and Brad will each get $160,000 cash bonus plus $1.6 million in stock?
Will DeLucca also receive the same bonus structure? If so we are talking $480,000 in cash bonus plus $4.8 million in stock before this company is even close to showing a profit.
Did anyone buy the UFC PPV Saturday? How much mat placement did Musclepharm have?
Give me a break.
You are trying everything you can to turn this turd into a rose.
Sorry but it just not happening.
I think we have a steady decline to sub-penny from here. Dilution simply has a far greater impact on stock price than their revenue increases.
And their sneaky and intentionally ambiguous 10Q has eroded what little confidence anyone had in management.
Add the fact that they bleeding $2,000,000 a month, once it breaks below a penny I don't see it being able to climb back up.
This stock has no chance to go higher.
When you have these types of continuous losses and management's main concern is extracting as much compensation for themselves as possible with total disregard to the very shareholders that have allowed this company to exist - you will not see a rise in share price.
It's really sad to see you guys try and turn this obvious fleecing into a positive for the shareholder.
Tell me, if things are so great and heading in the right direction, why doesn't the stock price reflect your optimism? Can anyone answer this question?
I hate to burst your bubble about Facebook fans but companies and certainly Musclepharm buy them. As much as you would like to think that there is some incredible popularity with Musclepharm, there's not.
There are companies that sell Facebook fans.

I know this is going to be very difficult for some of you to accept.
It's a rented warehouse. They do not own their own building.
More dilution coming.
Musclepharm UFC sponsorship has peaked.
Today's "non-reaction" to the UFC FOX debute is solid indication that the Musclepharm UFC association has had no effect whatsoever of demand for the stock.
Only neophyte investors think this stock has any potential.
Dilution has driven this stock down to one penny. Continued dilution, just to keep the lights on, will drive this stock to sub-penny levels.
So much for the big FOX - UFC debut. That was weak. You guys can try and paint a rosy picture if you like but you know good and well that was a serious waste of advertising dollars by Musclepharm.
Xyience actually got more face time than Musclepharm.
Oh well, wonder how much it fall come Monday?
They sponsor him they're not his agent. They get nothing. THEY PAY HIM!
Good God no wonder you guys have lost on every turn with this stock.
SMH
Pay for a PR? Just how much do you think a PR costs? They could do it for practically nothing.
It doesn't matter, they have ruined any appreciation potential of this stock.
If it pops take the opportunity to cut your losses and move on.
Ha! No clue huh? What's the stock price again? Tell me I can see just how much of a clue I'm missing.
Yeah - you guys keep licking each other's balls enough and maybe the stock will break 1 penny.
Kinda of sad watching you guys ride this thing down like you have, but oh well.
Let me guess your conclusion.
Wow! Much better than the old formula. I'd easily pay twice as much for less servings! Stock price will go up just on this new formula alone.
LMAO!!!
Hilarious! They aren't advertising because the UFC is tired of giving them a free ride. That's what happens when you can't pay your bills - you get no mat time.
I noticed Zyience has been there each and every UFC event.
It appears Xyience is the official supplement sponsor of the UFC.
And yet they are still bleeding money by the truck loads.
I see hardly anyone buying any shares. Reality is you see the writing on the wall. Pump it all you want. It's doing no good.
So much for the UFC sponsorship.
I don't see any Musclepharm anywhere on the mat or the ring posts tonight. I guess they couldn't dilute enough shares to pay the UFC bill when it came do.
I do see Xyience all over the ring though.
Cory and Brad should have probably thought twice before buying that Lamborghini for Rampage. That was nothing but a turd on every shareholders doorstep.
I don't care how in love you are with Musclepharm - the management of this company is what dictates investor's confidence. And a 1 cent there is no confidence in this company whatsoever.
They will do a strategic bankruptcy and then and only then will they be an attractive takeover target. They will have to go bankrupt for any other company to be interested in a acquisition. No one is going to take on the debt or dilution.
Bankruptcy means shareholder value will be zero.
Musclepharm buys Rampage a new Lamborghini for losing with shareholder's money. Wonder how many shares they had to dilute for that? I'm thinking about 15 million shares.
http://www.anthonyroberts.info/2011/09/musclepharm-buys-rampage-jackson-lamborghini-for-losing-fight/
Spin this for the good pumpers.
Here's the Lamborghini Musclepharm bought for Rampage after the beat-down and choke-out he took.
You guys just bought Rampage a new Lamborghini. See 6:20 into the video.
http://www.mmafighting.com/2011/09/25/quinton-rampage-jackson-on-ufc-135-performance-i-choked/
Ok pumpers - I'm sure you can spin how this is a good thing for shareholders.
The only thing that's gone down as brutal as Rampage last night is the price of this stock this past year.
This stock will never go up as long as current management is in place. And as long as they are lavishly spending investors money so they can hang out with celebrity athletes - massive dilution will continue.
Rampage took a beat down just like Brad and Cory have beat down the investors in Musclepharm.
It was ugly.
Sub-penny coming.
You pumpers are delusional. Musclepharm can do no wrong in your eyes. This stock is 1 penny! It's down 98% this year. It started at $1.15 and now it's a penny!
I guess when Rampage gets knocked out by a guy with 1/10 the experience you'll find some way to justify glorifying Musclepharm.
Not to mention you guys have been completely wrong about this stock at every turn. Completely wrong! Not even close to being right.
You're always waiting for the next PR. The next 10K. They come and go and the stock goes down.
You pumpers are living proof you can't fix stupid.
What do you pumpers think you'll achieve posting the same thing over and over again?
Guaranteed money - short every pump and ride down the dump. Works every time with MSLP.
