Brendan,
We will be the ones who get to laugh at the rest of the world! I really like the dedication this company has shown in attacking all the problems and obstacles that have been thrown at them. It will pay off soon. The light at the end of the mineshaft is in sight. Keep positive, & GOOD LUCK!
Hey pgilmore!
Didn't know you were in on PFCG too! Looks like we have 2 hot potatoes to juggle! Maybe we will get lucky with both? So it's true, great minds do think alike. Or is it more like "its a small world"? Good luck!
Well, then I'll see you there! I wonder if Rice or Guyer know we plan on invading Silverton?
When you are done there, you need to hit the Grand Canyon & then on to Vegas! I'll show you around town. It's where I hang my hat for the last 20 years! Then on to San Diego to catch the boat. Sound about right?
bigone, I like the way you think! Go big or go home! LoL
FWIW, the average cruise goer puts on one pound per day they are on the cruise! Can you afford a weight gain of 90 pounds? I know I certainly would like to try resisting the weight gain in that environment.
Thanks for the numbers. Good Luck! I hope you get the cruise. That will be me waving to you from the shore of Tahiti, or Bora-Bora!
Read up on it. There is none in what you are posting!
HEY Bob, That comes out of your share, you know!
Holding on to the 9's very nicely! Do I dare hope to see us drop a zero?
Crossing my fingers!
Go CGFI!
I admit I have at times raided the cookie jar, searched the pockets of the laundry, looked under the mats of the car, looked in the kitchen junk drawer, and the cushions of the furniture. But I NEVER, EVER, LOOK IN THE BOTTOM OF THE WIFE's PURSE! That's a scary place! Like sticking your hand into a black hole! You never know what you will find in there, and you really don't want to know either!
Buy shares any way you can, but beware of the dreaded purse!
JMHO!
You for got the secret ingredient... A dash of gun powder! Just to add that extra kick!
Does this mean the pool is open for the July 4th picnic!
Bring your pail and shovel, we will be having a golden sand castle contest!
Great news! More to come soon I expect!
We'll have to make sure he gets his extra ration if grog! He certainly deserves it for putting up the good fight!
Thanks, 567.
Man the guns, you scurvy bunch!
More powder to the guns!
Give 'em a broadside on the up-roll!
AAARRGH!
Go CGFI pirates! Booty awaits ye all & a double measure of grog too!
Just trying to keep everyone in a realistic expectation mode.
That's what I like about this board. We have people with all type of real world experience to draw on. If everyone shares info, we all get to benefit & hopefully get rich along the way!
Glad I could help a little. Good luck!
AU-SLV, This is a complex question, so there is no quick answer that would make any sense without explanation. So get ready for an extended answer!
I can't speak to the warrants, someone a little smarter or more informed in that area will have to help us with that.
As far as production goes, as you know the mill permit is the biggest question mark in the equation. But, for discussion purposes, let's start a time line based on that as the starting point.
So, mill approval, day one. The next major part to production start up is electrical power. The transformers in the sub-station need to be replaced. (they were removed or stolen) This is a relatively costly item, but totally doable. I would say they need 2 weeks to get that accomplished.
The production equipment in the plant is in good shape. It has been well maintained and probably only needs minor repairs. I would say this and any other items needed can be done during the same time as the transformers. But, let's add a week or so just to be conservative.
Procurement of additional process equipment may be needed. (earth moving items, or supplies) I think these things can also be done during that 3-4 week time frame.
There are plenty of mines and used equipment available in the area, so I don't think any of these items will be difficult to get.
The key items I see are cash and labor. Cash, I assume can be obtained with a line of credit. Guyer should have that one up his sleeve now, if not shortly. He's a smart guy and should see this need coming up.
How fast can they get an efficient repair/start up crew on site, and how fast can they get the mill manned for production? I would say it would take 2 weeks to find & hire the necessary labor.
So, where are we on time? I would guess from mill approval to relatively full scale production will take 2 months. That would be for the toll milling operation.
Revenue should be seen within 3 months from mill approval.
I know that may seem like a long time, but it is a realistic time scale for a factory start up.
Realize that I am taking some guesses on quite a few things here, so this whole time line is a wild a$$ guess. However, I do have experience in production systems and manufacturing start ups. (I worked in industrial process design for many years) Also, some of the repair work is probably being planned and done right now.
I hope that gives you an idea of what we are facing here. It doesn't scare me. In fact, just the opposite. As long as we get movement on the mill approval relatively soon, this operation looks very promising!
You make thoughtful points, bobh! And pose difficult questions! Very thought provoking.
Keep it up, I value your comments.
Thanks!
I may be up that way in Reno in late July. (i live near Vegas). If I get the chance, I'll drive out there to look around and take some pictures.
I hope so! Trouble is the older I get, the worse my memory gets! So I don't remember if it happens this week or next!
I may have to consult my magic 8 ball to answer that one! Let's give it a try... (sound of shaking).... The answer is..."outlook unclear, try again later"
Darn, even the magic 8 is failing me! I may have to resort to the ouija board next! Now what did I do with that pointer?
Keep your sense of humor, Star Gazer! It's refreshing to find someone else who lives of the fringes of reality like myself!
Seriously, something good is coming soon. PCFG is bound for glory, or at least a good pay day! IMHO, of course.
Star Gazer, you got that wrong, Picard is from the future history of man. So you should state it as "he will say", "Make it so!"
Temporal dynamics are hard to grasp at times! (And, FYI, PCFG has made a fortune in the near future!)
Gone PCFG, am now RICH!
Brendan, I added you to the list. So, now we are up to 453 million shares! Good luck, hoping we all get filthy rich! Go CGFI! Go Gold!
Official iHub CGFI "FLOTILLA" Update!,
HOLY SHIPLOADS Batman! we have a total of 62 Membersof this board who have declared their holdings of CGFI stock to me. Together we have accumulated slightly less (and I mean only 9k less) than 450 million shares! Give yourselves a round of applause, that is a Significant amount of stock.
Let's do some calculations. Float is 3,314.400,000 shares.(I use the float because the balance of the O/S are restricted in one way or another.) We have 450 mil. So that means we control almost 13.6% of the Float! Factor in the undeclared "BOATLOADS" that the infamous "CGFI ARMADA" holds, and I think we can say that less than 70 people control 20+% of the float.
Hey guys and gals, how does it feel to control that much power? If we all stick together, we can have a significant say in the direction of this company.
Now all we need is a spark to light the fuse that will blow this powder keg (and by that I mean price per share) skyward!
GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US CGFI INVESTORS!
Buy your shares today! Tomorrow I'll do an update on the "iHub CGFI FLOTILLA" holdings. Everyone can tell me how lucky they got with their buys! I'll update the list. Won't be able to do it today, I'll be "taking care of bidness", as they say, for most of today. (Won't have the list with me.)
If you have any powder available, it's the time to use it, IMHO. I believe the time is right.
I placed my buy order last Friday night. Got 525000 @ .0008. I'm up to 3,025,000. Now let it run! I'm loaded for Bull! (no bears, please!)
Come on CGFI! my Sweetie wants a whole bunch of new shoes! and dresses, and jewelry, and... well you know how women are! Gotta keep her happy! LOL!
I just tried again, through several different pages and links. None are getting through. So I'll just rely on you guys today for any breaking news!
If news breaks today, it won't be the first time I found out important info second hand! Just look at my avatar, and you'll know I'm a "little slow" on the uptake! LOL! I'm 3 hours behind the market in NYC, and that's just about the speed of my life, a little behind the curve!
Save a few shares for me, I have an open order in for a few more today! Good things coming soon, ficose! CGFI the buy of the month!
No, Luc, I'm still not getting thru. It keeps timing out. Could be my ISP, or the fact I'm on my iPhone. I'll try my desktop PC later.
Thanks for trying to help. I'm sure if there was news someone else would pick it up first and shout it out to the world! That's the benefit of having the good people of iHub's CGFI board watching your back for you!
I can be patient, and wait till I hear all you guys cheering. (I'll bet I wouldn't even need my PC to hear the cheer when the mill permit goes thru!)
Here's to the good news! PCFG!
Good deal! I was getting a "no response from server" message.
It would be nice to see something this week, but don't sweat it if they wait till July to release anything. Government agency and all, you know how they are!
Patient and waiting quietly!
MT
Luc,
I'm getting to laserfiche, but no DRMS server response when I try to look up the file number. The message is telling me the server stopped responding. Are you getting thru to DRMS with a search?
Ray,
It's 0800 Zulu time, and the server isn't responding. FYI, incase you are having the same trouble connecting with the server as I am.
I'm sure someone will be trying again in a few hours.
Let's hope for news today!
Right On the Money, hinkeydink! The one thing I have learned with age is patience! We will see the light at the end of the tunnel (or should I say mine shaft) soon!
Good luck everyone! PCFG!
Let me look into my crystal ball.
(shaking sound) the answer is.... "Decidedly So!". OH WAIT, that was my "Magic 8 ball"! Darn!
Well, let's go with that, it is a good answer anyway!
Good luck to all, PCFG is golden!
TNP,
We had that yesterday, it hit 108!
It's only 102 today! I know what you mean about the pool!
Have a friend who lends us their place in Prescott whenever we can get there. Great area! Love the hills and cooler air.
For an old East Coast boy like me, it is a nice change of scenery!
If PCFG gets high enough, I might look into a nice cabin in AZ! Let's hope!
Dreams do come true.
GRIZZ,
I got this from "Trapper Jim" on another gold mining board. It made me laugh and wonder if they were talking about you in the clip! Watch it and tell me if it's you!
Can't wait till Silverton! Go CGFI!
I'm real close to Arizona, right next door in Nevada! Arizona is really beautiful country. Great people too. Real friendly folk. Let's hope we can put a whole bunch of them to work for us real soon at the mines!
Here's to getting rich!
PCFG = the new gold!
Td, I'm having the same trouble. Maybe IT is doing a fix to all the trouble, or better yet, an update to the Mill permit? (strictly speculation, I don't know anything special, only praying to get this baby on the way)
I would pay good money to see that! I'm not trying to be vindictive, just can't stand people who think they are superior to the rest of the world. Oh, and I would LOVE to send a few of the YAHOOLIGANS back to grade school to learn basic spelling. Not like they do now, the old fashioned way, with an angry nun and a metal edged ruler, with a dead eye aim for your knuckles!
Ok, enough picking on the unfortunate!
Let's see what CGIF has in store for us & maybe our wishes will come true! GLTA, even the yahooligans!
Mnts, got it! You are now on the list of future rich guys! Thanks for the numbers! GLTY!
We can only pray, and a success with this company would help a lot of average "Joes" get a leg up on life. And I wouldn't mind sitting right here and on the Yaholigan's page and screaming "I told you so!"
That would be almost as good as the money. Almost, but not quite!
CGFI! SWEET!
AK, This same phenomenon became apparent on a couple of other boards I visit. That's why I asked about the shares held by this board. It is almost unbelievable the power that a board has when it comes to controlling the O/S of a company!
On one board it was discovered that they controlled 60 to 70% of the float. Nay sayers challenged that almost every day, saying we were lying, and it was impossible! But the numbers don't lie!
Now, if everyone in the Flotilla sticks tight with the "Armada's" lead, we can make an impact on the direction this stock goes. All we need is a catalyst to get us "off the penny" to paraphrase an old saying. That catalyst is the Mill, and production that follows.
Boy it feels great to have power in the palm of your hand. CGFI, the new gold!
Hopefully this stock will stop being seen as a guessing game and soon become a getting gains stock! I feel good things coming!
CGFI = GOLD = $$$$!
glengold47,
Welcome to the crew! I have you on the list, and thanks for the numbers!
We are just short of 384 million shares, held by 57 members!
Good luck to you. Let's all get wealthy together!
