I put a buy order in tonight. Won't be home tomorrow.
Tomorrow is two weeks since the original PR that stated the board of directors had agreed to sell Baron's.
IMO We would have heard something if the DD did not go well and buyer backed out of deal. We will not hear anything until the deal is closed, papers signed on dotted line and BIH has money in hand.
I'm still holding!
Youl missed alot. This topic was covered last week several times. Go back and read it. Or just go away!
I also expect to make a large profit here. And will leave some portion invested in the compay. Mr Galo is certainly proving he is worth it.
I want to know who figures out these numbers.
Are they using the 25 million float figure?
Much of that has been bought back!
MM's are a whole lot more than 200,000 shares short.
It would be amazing if we held the stock.
But the profit margins will be ridiculous. Could be 1000%, 2000% or more for some who got in early. Who could hold that.
The MM's will do whatever they can to get the naked shorts back before dividend day. There are alot of those naked shares out here. It will be very interesting!
Selling here gives me thirty thousand dollars.
Selling after PR Three hundred thousand????
I think I'll wait!
Yeah sure 200,000 shares short.
Look a little lower. States the short interest increased 9999.99% That's the number I am counting on.
My only question is 9999.99% from where?
Because we all know they have been more than 200k short.
Not the whole company
I'm still holding tight!
How do we kno;w if someone is really selling or the mm is just making more air shares.
"accumulate"
With the volume we have been having. They could have bought all they wanted before now. Antd got it cheap!
What do you think Mr Galo has left in the float?
One million? Two, three, any guesses?
Wow, if I were him I think I'd leave about 500,000 maybe less. Like to see the MM's get the "air shares" down to that. Imagine the chaos. I wonder what he is thinking?
37 million traded today. I realize some may have been in and out several times. Even if 10 million traded four times.
Many on this board and Yahoo claim they held all day.
My 2 million did not move. How many more did not move?
IMO and I am amateur The float is several times what it should be. They were safe with float at 25 million. Did not count on company taking it out sooo fast. They have to shake up ones who are holding.
Say short was two times 25 = 50. If float is now 5 (It could be lower. Company said they were continuing buyback) 50 would be ten times current float. Was it short only two times.
I bet they captured some today. But maybe not. Probably don't care. If burned here they can make it elsewhere. The dividend will require an accounting. All shares must get paid. They will try to remove short ones.
Company will take out as many shares as possible. Why pay a 7 cent dividend on a share if you could have bought it back this week for a penny or two.
Of course all speculation.
float should be
25 million April 30 PR share structure
-15 million June 19 PR buyback
-------------
10 million Current float?
Does not account for
7,950,000 "bought back yesterday" June 20 PR
What's left? Got the picture?
Stock would crash! Investor's fear.
Mr Galo must know that. Believe he might say how many more were pruchased. So we could add them up and figure it out. Doubt he would say float is gone.
Probably against SEC rules or something. Because wouldn't that mean the owners of restricted shares took it private. No float - not publicly traded.
Squeeze! I'm holding at least half to $1.00
Have 2.1 mil
This is the first pink for me.
Read every PR I could find before buying!
Can't always trust the boards!
Turbo,
TAKK was not new. There was a January 10 PR that stated they were field testing the TAKK system. They passed the test and now signed a contract.
Nothing to do with this new investor that approached them.IMO
I have 2 million. The I'm swinging ten and twenty grand at a time. What a ride.
The magician disappeared?
Joe, can you back up your statements with facts.
I hope so because I am copying and pasting your post into an email to BIH Corp.
When I looked over the April 30th PR Mr Galo put out I believe he gets upset with people who misinform the public about the share structure of his company without proof.
Where do you get this. I have L2 with ameritrade but is does not work for this stock.
Where do you get these numbers for this stock.
It would probably retreat. But Baron's is a moneymaker. And with the Authorized Shares being removed the price would go up again if we wait patiently. If the Authorized shares are lowered the mm's will have to remover some of the short shares or air shares as some call them.
There is not a question about the float.
The question is why they(whoever they are) were allowed to put more shares into the market than there should be.
If there was a huge float like some on this board try to say this stock would be moving. It can't move if we own it all and don't sell.
But all hell will break out when the dividend is confirmed and they have to cover.
They are still counting on this falling apart.
If you sell. Raise the ask. They will buy. They have to cover. We own the float. The stock can't go wild there is no float. Don't give the mm's and shorts a break. They are trying to make us sell.
Joe, in reply to: "The facts have been laid out here. At this point, it's up to each individual to make personal decisions on what to do. The run was amazing, but the truth always catches up to every scam. If no one believes the share structure I posted on this scam 2 months ago then so be it."
I read your post of April 29, 2008 with the included share structure.
Are you the one referred to in this PR:

IF NOT I AM SURE MR GALO WOULD BE INTERESTED IN KNOWING THERE IS SOMEONE NEW SLANDERING HIS COMPANY.
I am new to this board. This will be my third post and last for day.
If Bihc says float is gone who pays me? And how much?
I trust the PR and believe in this company. Do not plan to sell. But what happens if the shares are IOU from MM.
What would happen if the company wrote a PR saying they own the float?
Because I also own shares.
The April 28 PR states:
Authorized Shares: 180,000,000 Common Shares
Outstanding Shares: 87,586,348 Common Shares
Restricted Shares: 63,000,000 Common Shares
(In Managements Control
And Restricted for Two Years)
Public Float: 24,586,348 Common Shares
The 155 million restricted shares is from an older PR I remember seeing.
