I'm still holding, but I will sell if it hits .10 and lose half. That's my plan. I'm not offering advice to anyone else out there...playing pinks requires a larger tolerance for pain--perhaps even a little masochism. Big money can be made too and that's why they're exciting.
Let's hope a bottom has been put in today. If the company wants to retain any respect and legitimacy they SHOULD be supporting their stock price right here right now instead of letting potential investors get chased away under the whip of dilution and shorting.
No, I'm not excited about it. I bought at .20 yesterday and promptly lost half my money. So much for speculation! I realize many here have lost far more than me--and I'm not here to rub it in. I'm just interested in speculative silver stocks like this one.
We all know that this is the sort of thing that happens with pink sheets. The same ol' pump 'em and dump 'em routine we've seen countless times. If you look at the chart, this is officially in that category. Thought this could have been different considering their prospects. In retrospect, their 'investor relations' link being down was a clue. Wouldn't surprise me if the TA was gagged too.
That said, I hope this is the bottom here, but I sure wouldn't bet on it, nor will I be averaging down. There are no bottoms on dodgy pink sheet stocks. They can go down that rabbit hole and start adding in zeros in front with amazing alacrity.
GLTA
Dilution + shorting. This will be under a nickel again next week. JMHO.
You could be right. Dilution (along with shorting) is a constant occurrence with pink sheets. If this keeps heading south, dilution is probably the reason. JMHO. One can only hope that the money they're raising will be spent on developing the company rather than just padding the pockets of insiders.
The bid is .175 and the ask is .22. I picked up a few shares at .20 just for grins.
--M
Anyone trying to pick up shares here at this price or are you waiting for something lower? What's the bottom here?
If they truly deliver results, this won't stay on the pinks very long. Silver is way, way undervalued and has traded sideways for way too long. Unlike gold, silver has industrial uses. All the easily mined silver is gone. Worries of shortages could spark fears of higher prices--causing the industrial users to start stockpiling. Look out above if that happens. The U.S. has no silver left and must buy it to mint their silver eagles.
The traditional silver-to-gold ratio is also way out of whack. Silver in particular is manipulated downward as a means to help prop of the fiat dollar. The uneven Comex playing field enables the central banksters to get away with it. This first started happening after the Hunt Bros. cornered the market. They changed the rules to make sure it was easier to sell and short than to buy.
I think silver can and will break the $15 resistance this year and when it does it could run like a freight train. If this company can deliver, it will be aboard for the ride. JMHO.
Of course I did. We all know that with pink sheets it's not about getting there. It's about hopes and dreams and tittilation. I'm glad they're keeping us posted--good sign.
Rarely do pinks accomplish what they say they will. It's a matter of putting out PRs and making the future sound rosy. I had to laugh at the phrase "earn-in" agreement. That's pretty creative.
We all know/have known this a POS, just like most pinks. You can still make money on them. This one has been particularly exasperating, though.
Why not go to Australia? The stock has aready been 'down under' for quite some time, mate!
Seriously though...they're getting their shrimps on the barbie lined up in a row and it will take time for them to cook. We WILL have a pop sooner or later. One day you'll see this thing go up and down faster than kangaroos in the mating season. I'm still sticking to my prediction of early summer for a chance to pouch some profit.
Meanwhile, it's hurry up and wait. Have a Fosters.
I tried three different browsers. The site works--just not investor relations. Maybe it's because I use a Mac. I suspect the float is not very big from observing the huge spread here. I may pick up a few shares on this pullback. This stock reminds me of SRLM somewhat.
I agree with you 100 percent. Buy 'real' money--silver and gold for ultimate protection. Not stocks. Pink sheet stocks in particular are a gamble. You can make money on them, but the majority are scam-tainted. It's time to short the major markets.
JMHO.
.0003 with CLYP at .0004. Can't get much worse than that.
Despair, thy symbol is IDCN, LOL
Excellent post-well said. eom
Why is their investor relations link down on their site? Anyone know? Anyone know the float of this thing?
TIA
I may buy again--but not until we see .0005.
Right now it doesn't really matter how 'nice, hard working, honest' or 'pretty' the people are or who is still confident. That is laughable. I've heard those same lines hammered over and over here for way too long. Perhaps that stuff is designed to keep people hanging on--wishing and hoping and averaging down while someone else sells.
The chart looks terrible. Another long, red candle today. Reality sometimes trumps patience. Patience isn't always a virtue. Sometimes it's just costly mule-headedness. This thing will most likely see the three zeros before it ever sees a cent. That's not nice, but it is most likely our fate. Before anyone tells me to shut up and sell...I already have sold half for a big loss. Maybe I'll buy it back at .0005
I truly hope I'm wrong, but thus far reality has been on my side.
JMHO.
This is exactly why I'm here too. The chart shows regular runs and we are past due. It could be because we're getting set up for one whale of a run here and, like a tidal wave, the water goes way out for a while before it comes rushing in.
Or I could be wrong and this will never run again. I choose to be optimistic!
--M
". . . the reason I stay is the chart. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that the stock runs 2 or 3 times a year. "
I for one appreciate your work on this--thanks!
--M
I for one made a lot of money on this last year. My problem was that I thought I was being clever by buying it back again on the lows based on the chart. Trouble is, the lows got lower. (Picking the lows on a pink sheet is always a challenge). IDCN has gone lower than a snake's belly in Death Valley and it slithers along on that low month after a month...perhaps due to dilution. I'm sure Frankie made money too, but complaining about this stock can be an entertaining past time for those who are waiting for the next run. I predict that won't occur until early summer. Since many of us are averaged down here, even a modest run will be fine.
AH 'last sales'
16:10:01 0.0004 7,090,000
16:08:57 0.0004 7,090,000
16:08:38 0.0004 9,710,000
16:08:38 0.0004 9,999,900
16:05:00 0.0004 5,400,000
16:05:00 0.0004 5,400,000
I did get filled at .0004. I know a lot of you have a lot more than me. I'm up to 7 million now. I wish I could say my average was at .0004, but if I did I'd be lying, ha ha.
Taki, did you get filled at .0004? For some reason they won't fill my paltry order for 1 million more.
FF--this all looks very encouraging to me. Glad to see you added the Australian gold at the top too. Who knows, maybe we'll finally get a nice pop by the summer.

Lowman moderates a lot of boards, doesn't he? Some go up, some go down. For all intents and purposes, Frankie is the moderator here.
I'm sorry--but until I hear something concrete, I'm no longer impressed by Sam's impeccable trustworthiness or the alleged warm glow of his voice. Selling has not abated and I see no evidence that this will turn around any time soon. It may never turn around. Everyone is a bag holder here and the bag is getting heavier all the time. I'll never again buy a pink sheet stock with any relation to Russia whatsoever. They're the dodgiest of the dodgy.
No, I'm not selling--I understand this is what happens when you believe in any pink sheet stock. I'll go down with the ship. I just don't feel any obligation to salute Sam after how his shareholders got treated.
Okay, I got it off my chest and I'll say no more.
GLTA
Well said and bravo.
----
"If the ethics of Sam are without question, he certainly leaves a question in his ethical treatment of his shareholders...its not a 5% decrease....its not a 50% decrease....its in the 1000's..."
I guess with this one it's sell on the rumor, sell on the news and sell at all times in between. I won't be selling mine, though . . . I'm a contrarian, ha ha.
At least IDCN now has a flurry of PRs released and some possibilities going on. It sure beats abject silence. AGYP seems to be doing well lately too. I just hope they obtain something more substantial than a memorandum of understanding for all that money. IDCN needs to get something written in concrete.
It must be coming from the proceeds of another holding. What do they think IDCN is--a cornucopia capable of producing endless shares to be dumped?
Uh, okay...don't answer that.
Does this mean we should add a gold bar to the top of the page?
There's the dilution footprint AH...right on schedule.
They sure are playing games. So am I. I got my paintbrush out before the close and bought some more just for grins. You can thank me after the paint dries, lol!
I don't think anyone disagrees with you. I sure don't. Anyone who plays the pinks should know how the game works. Those that don't know WILL learn the hard way. Frankie had it right--most pinks go up on news or rumor of news of expected good events. That's the time to sell because often the good news never materializes and the event fizzles.
Believe it or not, I got out with a whopping good profit on IDCN earlier last summer. My mistake was buying it back at the bottom. Guessing bottoms is tricky and I guessed wrong. I am just playing around with this stuff for laughs anyway--my serious investing lies elsewhere. That said, we all know some pinks can pay off like lottery tickets. Grousing about them on message boards offsets the doldrums if you get stuck in one. I've waited 6 months or so....I can wait forever or until uranium loses it's half-life--whichever comes first, lol.
Stop talking about 'girls' and 'balls' or the lack thereof, and we won't mention lost nickel bets, ha ha.
Disgruntled? I'll have you know I'm quite gruntled. Sure, we may whine a bit too much, but for those of us who have held this daytrade, er investment, since early last fall, we can't be expected to have a surfeit of gruntlement.
I hope you're right about the money tide coming back at us. We've all been patient this long...let us be patient a while longer. Seeing this go up will be a surreal experience.
--------
" they will not rush the plan just to appease a few disgruntled, whiney shareholders."
Even more encouraging is seeing CLYP move on up to .0007. I did see another AH trade--this time just one at 8,520,000. Well, many say pinks don't trade AH and it's just an adjustment. I remain suspicioius of dilution when I see this occurring regularly, however.
Yeah, I just saw a 300 share trade roll through at .0006!
Just kidding. It's good to see this back at .0006 at least.
---------------
"some .0006 volume marching in"
Saw a similar pattern with SPRL when their 'Mr. Honest' CEO resumed heavy dilution after everyone thought he was done diluting in November. Huge AH blocks kept going through after the close like clockwork and the price would go down the next day. Or it would trade sideways. Never up. The selling was probably accompanied by naked shorting. The dilution coincided with what was thought to be good news, of course.
Same thing here. Some news was released to ameliorate still more selling. I think it's more dilution too and I hope I'm wrong. This thing has already been diluted more than the Indian Ocean dropped on a sugar cube. Or should I say Indocan Ocean.
We must all hang on to this woofer just for enterntainment purposes, ha ha.
Is Novak Capital involved here somehow? Alternative fuel?
http://www.novakcapital.com/blog2/default.asp
Seems a lot of traders were quite excited about Metropane's alternative fuel conversion tech today after shares saw an astounding 81.82% gain as the company broke through its .08 resistence level. Ending trading at .10 ps.
Yeah, and that back burner is set on extra extra low. Hmmm...maybe the pilot light went out. Someone break out a blow torch! ha ha
While I'm at it, a reminder not to forgettabout the Wyoming JV and also the renewed contract with StockCharter.
Maybe over the summer we'll see a pop.
As Tony Soprano might say....
"Whaddyagonna do?"
IDCN should be assigned to the back burner again for awhile. Maybe a long while. 'Fahgettabout it!"
Of course, it's easier for me to say that when I have a triple on METP today.
