The drilling program is planned to take over 200 days to complete with one rig.
Samples will be taken every 0.5 metres and assays will target uranium, thorium, phosphate and gold.
200 days may seem like a long time, but if they release good news as they test the samples, IDCN could go up commensurately and well before the end of the drilling.
Samples will be taken every 0.5 metres and assays will target uranium, thorium, phosphate and gold.
In case anyone was wondering what Thorium is, here's a cut-and-paste:
Thorium is much more abundant in nature than uranium.
Thorium can also be used as a nuclear fuel through breeding to uranium-233 (U-233).
When this thorium fuel cycle is used, much less plutonium and other transuranic elements are produced, compared with uranium fuel cycles.
Several reactor concepts based on thorium fuel cycles are under consideration.
Australia leads the world in thorium reserves.
Has it really been a year since this company had a press release?

Is this the proper link to their website? I can't get the above to work.

I stepped out for a couple hours...and BAM! When I left it was 5 mil. vol. and I come back it's 83 million. Look at all those AH prints!
How much longer will we see this type of volume while staying stuck at 0005. With all those sells there are also buyers who expect to make money on this. I still think we're in for a very interesting summer!
Good point--and well said.
------------------------------------
From my experience, the loquacious type are usually the ones who will feed you a bunch of fluff and bs and never end up making any progress in the end.
I'd buy some more here, but instead I must send an obscene amount of money in to the NWO banksters and their financial Gestapo unit, aka the IRS.
Maybe after tax time more money will flow into IDCN and the pinks in general.
Still working and making progress, huh? Apparently this guy is not the loquacious type. On the other hand, it's all sensitive stuff, I'm sure.
Another goose egg on the volume today?
Two more weeks before trout season opens up here near Seattle. Otherwise I'd go fishing too. Meanwhile, this stock looks as flat as a flounder.
Is it just me or have there been no trades today? I don't see CLYP/RBCM on the ask either. Can someone buy a nickel's worth to jump-start this thing today? LOL
Nice chart. And some volume coming in today as well. Let's get this ship turned around! Hello TNOG, send us some good news!
Arrrrrghh...that's not a jump...it's more like a $3k belly flop. If he had gone overboard at 4 cents he could have hooked a lot of treasure for himself. Regardless, he has been AWOL from the SS TNOG for a while now anyway so belay that hand-wringing and help swab the deck, matey. The stock may not have been as green as a landlubber's first time at sea today, but it wasn't exactly red either. I haven't seen a lot of capitulation or plank walking lately. How come? Maybe this ship isn't cruisin' for a bruisin' after all. It just got caught in the 'saltwater' doldrums for a while, ha ha.
Let's focus on the future and stop shooting the albatross. (Similar to beating a dead horse).
It's not just about waiting for the drill results. It's about the ANTICIPATION of resulting good news. That alone could drive IDCN because uranium is a hot sector to be in--not to mention the other ventures/JVs they have going on.
------
The world is becoming uncomfortable with coal and oil based power plants. Only nuclear power will provide a cleaner environment for our children. And when you consider that the oil supply is indeed finite what else is there to replace it except nuclear energy. Yes, you must also have some quality uranium stocks in your personal portfolio.
“Uranium bulls are snorting and stamping the ground as world prices rise towards the $US100 a pound level.” “While several leading investment banks, most notably Goldman Sachs JB Were, are reported to have upgraded their price projections for this year and 2008 to more than $US90 a pound, forecasts that could prove conservative.” "With secondary uranium supply forecast to fall and global reactor requirements to increase, the current tight supply demand balance in the uranium market is expected to persist throughout 2007.” "In 2008, the spot uranium price is forecast to increase by a further 10 per cent to average US$103 per pound (in 2007 dollars).”
And more uranium news?
“The spot price is tipped to break the $US100 a pound barrier within weeks, which is ten times what it was four years ago.” “…the global uranium shortage is forcing utilities companies to pay higher prices. "They can see that with this trend towards alternative energy away from coal fired power stations towards nuclear that the demand for uranium is only going to increase," he said. "There's going to be more and more reactors around the world and basically they can't afford not to be securing their supplies."
Uranium is only getting hotter as an investment play and now consolidation is entering the fray. Always a greater opportunity for making money when you successfully choose those stocks soon to come under consolidation.
Well there certainly are a lot of goose eggs in front of the price right now, lol.
"ONLY?"
Hardly.
TNOG's latest newsletter did not make exaggerated claims. They presented an honest look at reality and expressed hope for the future. Being optimistic is not pumping. TNOG could easily have another run this year. Some longs (who refused to capitulate at the bottom) will sell and make money. If that makes them immoral in the eyes of some, so be it.
Meanwhile, I suggest using the ignore button. 'cept maybe on Kro--he's fun to banter with on occasion.
It's funny--there are thousands of flawed pink sheets out there crying out for their attention--many on runs where newbies will get trapped by buying high--and yet here they are, well-ensconced, protecting millions of anonymous newbies from big bad TNOG near its all-time low, lol.
NEW YORK - Oil prices edged higher by early afternoon Friday as the political standoff over Iran's capture of 15 British marines and sailors raised fears of interruptions to the oil supply through Iran.
Light, sweet crude futures for May delivery rose 4 cents to $66.07 a barrel by midday on the New York Mercantile Exchange in what was volatile trading that saw prices dip briefly earlier in the session. The contract closed at a six-month high on Thursday.
----
We may never see under $3/gallon gas again. We may never see TNOG below .002 again.
Float: Approx. 375 Million
At this price, it looks like a bargain. No wonder the bashers can't talk it down to that third zero! The bottom is in. TNOG is hanging tough. It is still viable despite whatever the naysayers might bray. If you read the newsletter released today, you'll see they are overcoming the challenges and heading in the right direction to increase value for all who have invested in Titan.
Higher oil prices can only help.
Tef, if you see that happen it probably will be true. April could prove to be a pivotal month. Which way we pivot remains in question.
Mid-pennies. That's good for a chortle going into the weekend. Sure, I'd like to see that happen, but let's start by getting this thing back to a tenth of a penny first. Even that would seem miraculous after all this sideways trading.
-------
They did say idcn may see a penny to the mid pennies
I think it will take a while too, but we could get back to .0006 easily next week if they report positive news from the meetings in Australia. Volume has dried up the past few days--maybe the bid whacking has too for a while.
That's possible with news--and rising oil prices!
We gotta break past the .0006 resistance and then stay there (instead of the incessant whacking we've seen for 6 months) before we attract some newbies. It should also coincide with some more good news....probably by late spring or early summer. JMHO.
I'm more interested in her phrase "benefit from exceptional radiation."
IDCN + uranium!
I wonder why she used a cap 'L' in 'Legitimate?' Let's hope this investment does prove to be Legitimate. But that's the trouble with those people--you can read anything into their vaguely-worded predictions.
Yeah, and when those couple months have gone by and we're still at .0004/.0005 I'll give it another couple months, heh heh. Like that old joke...a doctor tells his patient "You only have one month to live." The patient says "But doc, I can't pay my bill before then." So the doctor adds on an extra few months.
It's easy to be cynical with this one (and all pinks), but that makes 'em even more fun when/if they finally do pop.
Have a good weekend.

P.S. Gee, the volume has dried up more than sun-baked uranium ore in the Aussie outback.
I'm seeing more and more headlines/stories like this one. Can IDCN take advantage? Stay tuned...
Uranium prices are in for a boom after a nuclear energy renaissance
March 28, 2007
Singapore - Uranium prices are closing in on $100 a pound - a tenfold increase in five years - and prices could climb sharply higher yet as more governments embrace atomic energy despite dwindling supplies.
I agree. This sort of play requires patience. I would not invest a huge amout, but it's a decent speculative play worth a grand or two. (Nobody should ever put all their eggs in a pink basket, of course).
Never mind. Two 2,000,000 prints at .0005 showed up late.
This went from sub-penny to .08 then back to .02 then to .10 and now back to between .03 and .04. It has been bouncing like a super ball waiting for the news. If news is released and it is bad, it would go to sub penny again very quickly. Good news could mean a moonshot.
No reason to sell right now!
I don't see those AH prints today. Has to be a good sign. Back to low volume today too. Another couple of months of sideways trading and then we'll see some fireworks perhaps.
TNOG has one valuable attribute going for it that is often overlooked--name recogntion. This stock has blipped on a lot of radars out there. Even during these doldrums it still generates some buzz. I've seen this stock double out of the blue in one day on very heavy volume several times on little or no news. Looks to me like a bottom has been put in here and I wouldn't be surprised to see another 'double' occur when least expected.
OT: Yes, you just NEVER know. Especially with pinks. With most pinks you really can't ever know for sure. Anyway, I made some money with METP recently. It's a shell that's supposed to announce a big deal. I got out with a double when the news didn't materialize when everyone expected. It went back to .03 and I bought some back. You may want to keep an eye on it.
You're right about how the threat of bankruptcy to a stock can also bring opportunity. I recently made some money daytrading New Century during it's meteor-like crash. It had a ferocious bounce back--but you must get out with the cash when you can, because they can quckly resume the slide to oblivion. I also remember buying American Airlines for a couple bucks when it was being pressured with bankruptcy 4 or 5 years ago. I bought low, but got out of that kitchen when the fear level got too hot. Then it almost immediately flew back to $10.
That's all part of the fun--risk is exciting to us gamblers, ha ha.
A little more volume coming in today. A million and a half+
TNOG is GREEN right now. What's the matter with these remaining longs anyway--they just aren't scared enough yet to cough up their remaining shares here I guess. LOL
That can happen with most any pink. That might happen here. People lose money on pinks--it happens all the time because they're extremely high risk. It's a hot kitchen most investors should avoid.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=7489
Here's a good link you can use to warn people about pinks. I put it here to help people--since apparently you think TNOG should be the main board to do it. Feel free to spread it on other boards--even though any thinking investor can easily find it themselves.
Come on, guys. For good or ill, Frankie tells it like it is. You gotta admire that. I've not picked up on on any real anger. We've all been a little annoyed by the sidewise trading, but that can't go on forever (it could go down, ha ha). Seriously, let's concentrate on IDCN--should be an interesting week coming up!
--M
Back to what Crow wrote about pink sheets:
"all pink sheet stocks are at best, extremely high risk, and at worst, out and out scams. This is the sign on the front door. Pick any stock trading pink and bash away; you can't miss."
-----
Wouldn't you gain more satisfaction by warning folks about a pink sheet stock that is currently being pumped? Wouldn't you protect more folks from losing the most money by making them think twice about 'buying high' when pinks are at their zenith of extremely high risk? I can direct you to a few boards where they trade like gazelles if you need to get some ideas. Seriously. Your intentions will be more effectively fulfilled that way, will they not? I'm not attacking you--just making a friendly suggestion. It's as plain as that sign on the front door.
Everyone knows why. Don't beat a dead horse.
The time to buy is when they have no oil and gas. Sell (if you like) when they are producing.
It's not necessarily about getting uranium out of the ground--at least, not yet. It's talking about getting it out. Potential and hype alone can drive the price up well before they deliver any yellowcake. And of course, they're still in the oil game. We could be in for an interesting summer!
Uranium is the thing that will be elemental (pun intended) to the company's success--although their other ventures can certainly help. A rise in stock price will indeed be the proof in the pudding. Until then, the waiting and observation continues.
