butt crow ...
Playing the devil's advocate here:
W is just asking a few questions, starting a discussion, isn't really up on the phenomenon known as loch/cdex.
Just another innocent trying to get to the bottom of the story.
Doesn't have the slightest agenda.
Don't be hard on him.
On the other hand, go ahead. But keep it civil and by all means don't use any first names or sassssssssssssy (oops, finger slipped) will get Matt to delete the post.
With all that "integrity," inet ...
why did Poteet participate in the Washington "demo"? And why couldn't he make up his mind who "invented" elf? Why was he so willing to let the "renowned 'Dr' Henry Blair" take credit for it? He's (ie, poteet, not the renowned Henry Blair) a PhD, inet ... wouldn't you think he had some smarts?
You keep saying we stupidly keep bringing up the past (ie, loch) when it (ie, loch) has no bearing on the present (ie, sexycexi), that MP is pure as the driven snow, was perhaps duped by daBeez and everyone should just give him more time because he's doing things just right.
You'll still be saying that in 2020. And raiderman will still be saying "if we have the technology, all will come good."
But oh well.
(edit: and clozer who made out like a bandit from his dugout friendship with boonie and has since discovered wisdom and morality will still be saying "good luck !!!!!!!!!!")
inet ...
"As for the controversy about Poteet's working both jobs, just maybe he didn't like the Loch situation either, which is why he so readily started working with MP ,even before the takeover."
Why wouldn't he have liked the "loch situation" when he was a part of it from the gitgo?
Doesn't really make any sense, does it?
Just love this latest from raiderman:
"If our tech is good, we will have customers, IMO."
Oh, the i n s i g h t.
arloco & rotten ...
I wouldn't keep bringing either inet or curious george up short ... they're liable to get nasty.
Inet's not playing a game ... he really doesn't get it. But dubya does and is.
... my "boss", inet?
Do you mean the board moderator zapped it? (I do see a missing post -- was that yours?) Why would he do that? Did you lose your temper?
What do you think of the bucket of worms milchip is stirring up? Why has he done that, do you know?
I think it's pretty funny, watching otherkid squirm.
Seems the troo b'leevers board is coming apart at the seams.
scared ...
that one voice, if we have the same poster in mind, went over the top a few times, but you can't deny he did his homework and discovered things the troo b'leevers (and perps - tm h, I think) didn't want anyone to see or hear about. And he had a wicked sense of humor, which always made me laugh.
You're right, no one knows for sure the end of this saga. My money is on cdex just fading away, like others in the ring, and because it costs money to pursue ill-gotten gains plus damages, which are safely hidden away from prying eyes, nothing will be done. Remember ... I don't think clozer/upandin0 will even go to a sh'holder meeting, and he's been the one to make the loudest noises about justice and revenge. Besides, unless a "group leader" held a million or so shares, what kind of interest would an attempted class action garner from an attorney who isn't in the loop (unlike previous attorneys who gave assistance on other matters) but who might be asked to look into it? Doubt any attorney would take it on pro bono.
Reality-check time. The scamsters won, and that includes the current team.
... no response to my post written just for you, inet?
I feel rudely ignored, after giving you all that information.
Kinda like with the Roth stuph.
Where are your manners?
That's what conventional wisdom was back then, but how long does it take to dry out fergoodnesssake?
Wonder what he's doing these days.
... and as someone pointed out to me just the other night, it will prolly be impossible to find stolen money and segregate what was "earned" from work on loch/cdex from that "earned" on other companies in da-ring, like avsg or whatever the letters were ("and others").
"... HB (a liar who didn't even have a degree) lay claim to his great technology discovery."
Not even an undergraduate degree.
But you know those garage tinkerers ...
Una pregunta, diddy: do you have any idea where the renowned "Doctor" HB was during the missing years on his CV (with its fabricated credentials)?
welcome back, crow ... hope you had fun!
Just love this, from the man who was at the center of play in the Vegas setting (remember hotel's two posts?) ...

How do we know TS actually sold any of his shares? I read it that he just registered to be in the position to sell in the next 90 days. He doesn't have to sell them. Maybe it could be a sign that something is coming down soon? Just my read....
Stan
And of course, stan, vlado and baker and a few others didn't sell either, were just putting themsleves in a position to sell.
Who doooooooo you think you're fooling, standaman? How's your very own offshore account doing these days?
ps: what caused your falling out with clozer? what made janet go so quiet? oh so many questions ...
inet:
"Your [upandin0's] statement:
IMHO OUR CDEX has TECHNOLOGY that is unique and possibly spectacular. "
Don't ever forget that upandin0, the poster formerly known as "closertothecash" or "theclosertocash" or somthing similar, was hyping the earlier iterations of loch's "unique" technology -- ELF and VaAMP -- all the way from here to the next blue moon, on every possible board he could find, nonstop posting 24/7. Told everyone how unique and "spectacular" the "tech" was (not to mention Boone). Tried every dirty verbal trick in the book to silence the skeptics and tell us all how absolutely terrific the tech and the company's leaders were.
But see, it's like this: he gambled his financial future on loch (remember, he was introduced to the company by none other than boonie) and was determined to make himself a bundle -- ask him, he admitted publicly that he was leveraged to the hilt. And then he sold and made a killing at the top or near it, and for some unknown reason he bought back into cdex. No doubt his new found wealth gave him a moral edge and now he's just absolutely furious with malcbaby.
Clozer is all talk and no "game" (to use a phrase he dearly loves). Remember his forensic accountants? that he singlehandedly was going to force a shareholders' meeting, by damn? remember the passenger he met on some flight somewhere who was, I think he said, in Washington and going to make sure the right people got interested? And now he has friends in NV that will help the cause of the poor investors? Oh, sure.
It's just too bad RB eliminated all posts before a certain date. If they hadn't done that, you'd see very clearly what makes clozer tick.
scared: clozer could go the sh'holders' meeting if he really wanted to. He will do nothing meaningful, not even that. I bet (sorry) you'll see that. Look at his track record. All talk and no follow-through, on the golf course or here.
LOL! (fond memories!)
You have a memory like an elephant!
I think ~kidd finnegled the recipe from arloco and imported them to Kohler, her fav place in all the world, well known for superior bathroom fixtures (and a pretty golf course, I hear) ...
I can't remember his name either, scared, but I know who you mean. Maybe it was Eichmann?
Did you ever read "Year of the Rat"? A true story written by a Coca Cola exec who was sent to Germany soon after WWII to set up something or other for Coke -- had a week or so to kill beforehand -- went skiing in the Italian Alps and had as a guide a guy named Carlo. Carlo talked a lot about how the heirarchy could escape -- said it would be nothing for anyone who knew the mountains to cross the Alps and slip south, lay low for a while and eventually hitch a boat to Brazil. Years later the Coca Cola exec saw a Life magazine picture of the 3rd Reich leaders, a rare photo with virtually all of them in one shot. The still missing ones were circled in red. Guess who ... Boorman = Carlo. I don't think he was ever caught, unlike Eichmann.
diddy ... just wanted to give tm credit where it was due!
Does anyone have the foggiest idea what DocDwight is saying in this post?

And oh dear, it does appear poor sassy is getting all confused and twisted up in her "thoughts" ... poor thing.
Must be an epidemic or endemic or sumpin.
(Please don't delete this post, Lmorovon ... just a simple question and an observation or two.)
scared ...
Do you think it's possible that MP will decide it might be better for his well-being if he emigrated to Brazil? As I remember, he took a little vacation there pre-assuming the heavy burden of leadership of cdex (ne loch), at a religious retreat I think.
Any idea what kind of extradition laws brasilia has? Might be worthwhile to find out. (Or ask arloco -- she can no doubt find out for you.)
"Exactly Inet, I have no motive to lie, ..."
and neither do I.
But you know ... I don't think inet has any real interest in much more than arguing and defending his position, when all is said and done, regardless of what his argument or position might be about -- whether the subject is loch/cdex or a Roth or why he didn't take an umbrella with him when the weather forecast was for rain.
Some peeps (and that's tm arloco, pas moi) are like that.
Looks as if other kid has been outted and confirmed for good and in full view of even the most "loyal" longers.
How long did he think he could carry his charade on, I wonder.
thanks, scared ...
It was indeed sincere (and I believe accurate information) but inet evidently isn't really interested in pursuing it.
Hope eveything goes well with you.
gosh, inet ... some peeps keep on keepin on.
Sorry, I was just trying to give you some information that might help you avoid all those taxes you'll no doubt owe when cdex comes good and you cash out. But now I gather you're not really all that concerned about them.
I'm not sure that's right, inet. If you have an IRA I think you can roll some or all of it over into a Roth at any time, whether or not you are currently earning income. (Without earnings, you can't contribute "new money" to it, of course.) That rollover is technically a distribution (and so taxes due on money in it that was put in pre-tax) but if you think the future's brighter for anything in your IRA, it might make sense to take the tax hit now rather than later. But of course check with your happy accountant or tax advisor, not intended to be tax advice, etc etc.
edit: if you DO need to be earning to set up a Roth (rather than it being perfectly legitimate and legal to do by rolling over an existing IRA, as I think), why not take a nothing job or do something on contract that puts you in the "earnings" category, set up the Roth, and then quit working?
Maybe not, inet, but you could do a rollover now (and could have earlier). You might find there are tax benefits in doing so.
inet ...
"Still buying occasionally when things look like they are squaring away, and I guess that's why I keep saying I don't want MP to give out any BS to tease me and us,into buying more. Facts only, no facts ,no BS."
You've had the facts staring you in the face since the Weil and Norris articles.
As for your "found" $47k ... easy come, easy go.
And why you didn't set up a Roth years ago is beyond me.
So, inet ... you've been around that long?
Why don;t you ask her who it was and what precipitated it? Except that's ancient history and I doubt she'll be much interested in discussing it with you. And it wasn't that incident that got her "so PO'd at the company". Actually, is she POed? Or just amused, like many of us after all this time, as the beat goes on? Same music, just a different drummer.
btw, I don't think bringing the company formerly known as loch down is her "life's work", but of course I could be entirely wrong.
Dear Paige (whoever you are):
You've just learned that it isn't too swift to try to play one-up with arloco.
She's so far ahead of the curve you can't even see her.
I was lucky enough to meet her (via the 'net -- we worked together on a project) about 5 years ago and she never -- never -- disappoints.
Would you like to know what your grandmother had for breakfast on her 15th birthday? I bet she could find out.
Scary, really.
Cordially,
Sanddollar
you meanie, you ... !
ooooooooooh arloco ...there you go again. Squelching hope.
(What does it mean, in layman's English?)
And so there it is, repeated again, inet ...
nothing but hope keeping the "dream" alive.
There's a place for hope in our lives, but an equally big place for truth and realism. Surely you've learned that in all your years walking the planet.
raiderman in his latest ...
compares his work to malc's. Never a good idea to do that.
And raiderman: when cdex gets its claws into Yale/New Haven or Duke (both teaching hopsitals of some repute, I understand) then maybe your euphoric future will begin to unfold.
Sure thing.
final words from malcbaby:
"I tried, I really tried -- last one out, shut off the lights."
Words that will go down in infamy.
Have a good, safe trip, crow ... and don't put the old folk to shame! Happy birthday!
and whatever happened to the pitch to Katie and Matt ??
did it not pique their interest?
where's capndagood?
I haven't seen a post from him in ages.
Agree, crow ...
not nice of them to pull up publick records. What wretched, underhanded low-down dirty trick will they use next. An abomination, I say, simply an abomination!
Vive Erskine!
crow ... what was it he posted under on the loch board? p-something.
A deeply devout, truly religious man, he insisted he was.
Harris's "good works" live on after him.
tooooooooo funny, rotten/Lmorovan ...
and I see sassy tried to hop all over it and then suddenly went verrrrrrrrrrrry quiet.
Her defenses are always to hurl trash. Lovely piece of work, that beauty. About the same calibre as moonie.
inet ...
"... he has so far taken a lost cause and given many of us a hopeful look into the future."
And isn't that just what he was hired to do? Generate hope? Does "hope" turn a lost cause into something more substantial?
Now you have to ask why he was handpicked by Boone et al to lead the lost-cause loch through its dark days and into the blazing sunlight of victory. Oh wait ... there's no sunlight, is there ... MP has made very sure everything's still shrouded in shadow and secrecy. Still just that glimmer of "hope."
You know the questions to ask: who what when where why and how.
