Can't read it. What's the executive summary? Thanks.
Just did. We'll see what happens.
I have e:mailed several times and haven't gotten a response. FYI.
Looks like the Google pump is over. Need another pump or some sales/profit to head north again. IMHO.
So what is Fedor going to tell us today? Some more garbage' or nothing at all? One and the same I guess.
My patience has run out. I would just assume proceed with the lawsuit. IMHO.
So what do you suppose the next twist in this saga will be? When do you suppose these morons will tell us something again? They missed the January shareholders meeting with the buyout vote. Any opinions? Thanks.
Slava never returns any of my e:mails. You must be doing something special to get a response out of him.
I imagine they don't have cash. Would have to finance somehow.
Is ABVG considering investing in Krong with Aurus? An announcement coming this week on that?
I guess what I am saying is that they could sell a part or all of the company for much more than the current share price I would think. The value of the technology alone should be worth more than $.0005 per share. Have they considered this? Thanks.
Has DIAAF ever considered a JV or merger with an established player in the wrap/bag business or would they? Anybody? Thanks.
Sent an inquiry to Christine but she didn't reply. FYI.
Like watching paint dry today. Need some buyout news as promised.
This has a 2 page document. Looks the same as before. Where is the 34 pager? Thanks.
Where are you seeing this at? I still get the 2 page summary when I go to Auruscorp.com. Thanks.
Sent an e:mail to Slava asking for an update. Will see if he replies.
So what's your point? Thanks.
The main part of the rebuttal is that the TSNIGRI report has been done and the estimated reserves are accurate. The question now is what price can the company get for those reserves? IMHO.
Maybe the announcement will come tomorrow with the English version of the 43-101 on the web page(per Slava).
AURC is still showing the $3.9 billion in Krong assets on it's website. FYI.
Much of it is in tailings. Much easier to get than mining it from scratch.
Don't know that but I wouldn't think they would still be publishing ownership of 5 million ounces of gold, at this juncture, if it weren't true.
So why can't we sell this product in light of the pro-environmental movement away from plastic film? This movement seems to be happening all over the world but we still can't sell anything. Is it price? Competition? Anybody? Thanks.
Not if they have the goods they claim to have. Still PR'ing that they have over 5 million ounces of gold reserves in their disclosures.
We will find out on Tuesday.
News. PR to be issued on the 29th after Board meeting.
I'm not fretting about it at all. It could be a good deal at the right price. Don't think they will be giving anything away. A nice chunk of cash would look nice on the Balance Sheet. IMHO.
How much cash do you think ABVG could come up with to buy a portion of Krong. I believe this is the only way that AURC would do a deal with them.
Doesn't matter if they are pink, red, blue, green, or orange. If they can get the financing and AURC receives the cash, I'll take the deal.
This would be great news if it comes to fruition!!!
Got a response from Christine today. She has e:mailed some questions I sent her to the Aurus board. Expecting a response in a few days. Maybe next week we will get a PR.
Don't really care what the company is called or how you spell it, but it would be nice to know if there is still a legitimate offer on the table from someone.
Any chance the company will give us an update today?
It's so someone can't buy up the float and have a controlling interest in the company.
The value is the same for all shareholders. Just can't buy up the float to own the company because many of the shares are restricted.
Won't happen. A majority of the shares are restricted. FYI.
Too much FUD being spread here Buddy. I'm outta here for today. Have a good evening and see you tomorrow!!
Who says they have no assets? An independent 3rd party audit firm says they have $3.9 billion in assets at Krong alone.
They would if the assets were verified by an independent 3rd party. IMHO.
