You keep saying the revenue drop between q3 and q4 but you haven't posted proof and I can't replicate your findings.. so stop.
let just say exam gloves vyst already has FDA clearance.. they have a manufacturer.
I worked in critical care for 20 years.. 60 bed unit. we went thru 240 boxes of gloves in a 24hr period
https://www.amazon.com/Medline-SensiCare-Nitrile-Disposable-Powder-Free/dp/B002NHC650/ref=sr_1_42?crid=1Y2D1JBLPZZ0Q&keywords=nitrile%2Bgloves&qid=1556486651&s=gateway&sprefix=nit%2Caps%2C196&sr=8-42&th=1
these are the exact same gloves we used for years.. $14.99 each. granted they are cheaper in bulk.. lets say $10 a box.
https://www.aha.org/statistics/fast-facts-us-hospitals
there are 931,203 staffed beds in the US not all are critical care beds. some units use more gloves and some use less.. so lets cut the box use per day in half 120
so 120 boxes of gloves per day divided by 60 beds = 2 average boxes per day per bed in the us alone.
931,203 beds in the US x 2 boxes = 1,862,406 per day @ $10 per box = 18,624,060 per day
thats $6,779,157,840 per leap year and lets say they get just 2% of the market.. thats $135,583,156.8 per year.
I know for a fact latex gloves are far superior to nitril I have used both as well as vinyl gloves. the change from latex came from allgeries( now no longer an issue with vytex) but at much resistance from the staff that hate the newer nitril and vinyl gloves. and this is just the patient care side in the US.. and for this argument JUST GLOVES!
removed yet?
if dilution is so bad why does the stock move with such low volume?
This could be just the start
ooohhh what that?
Just want to keep is on the current page.
I dont see it.. document please.
what happens if this is just one small part? what about your bs r/s of 20:1 or 5:1

I said 2% of 7 billion and that is just the US medical market.
more than I could think of.. not just gloves.. foleys, chest tubes dressings. I can think of alot of things..
yet, that you know of....... the FDA cleared the product.
I got you, let just say exam gloves vyst already has FDA clearance.. they have a manufacturer.

I notice contingent in your line... hmmmm does your math include a variable?
I did it for the products and the stage they are emerging from. I spent a total of 20 years in the critical care units in two different hospital systems. Exam gloves alone are massive. Latex is by far better than any order product used to make exam gloves and they are already FDA approved. If they get the second stage clarence from the FDA that means catheters, dressings. Surgical gloves.
Then it was the RX UV air purification. Not every patient room in a hospital had air filtration. Sucks during flu season. Now imagine rolling a UV rx system with almost zero maintenance and kills air born pathogens. Shit imagine an office space during flu season. Get me a rx system. Said the CEO, Peons must work so I can make 1000% more than them.
Then FEC... the Hughes reactor. Boom. Mixing fluid with fluid, fluid with gas, gas with gas. Zero maintenance no moving parts. Can be used in your favorite soda on a hot summer day while helping the a/c in your car be more efficent. To the air fuel mixture in your engineor even the fuel mixing from the gas tank. yes people gasoline separates over time. Just know the Hughes reactor is a big deal. I encourage you to read up about it.
.
they are saying vyst!
That unmet time line was due to some directors that quit or were force out as per the 10-k and the 8-k
They where fired!
From the 10-k
Lack of a functioning audit committee, resulting in ineffective oversight in the establishment and monitoring of required internal controls and procedures. Management believes the lack of a functioning audit committee results in ineffective oversight in the establishment and monitoring of required internal controls and procedures, which could result in a material misstatement in our financial statements in future period.
Management expects to strengthen internal control during 2019 by developing stronger business and financial processes for accounting for transactions such as warrant/stock issuances, which will enhance internal control for the Company.
I bet you do.. but is was mentioned in court documents while under oath.
Still YOUR point to prove.. Blah, Blah, Blah
The squabbling is sad.. these products are crazy cool.. I see peeps talking about valuations compaired to Ethan and Allen.. lol All the while these companies are getting ready to sell the parts to make Ethan and Allen cushions.. Some day some one will be putting a couch cushion on their couch and see vytex label on it and think if only I had jumped in..
FEC won't be as noticeable but that Coke you get at McDonalds will be mixed just fine with out you knowing about the tech behind it.. until a How its made episode shows you.
I know when I am at the dentist and getting Nitrous oxide, sometimes called laughing gas. Mixed by FEC. I will be laughing all the way to the bank to pay cash for the bill
FEC is IMHO much LARGER the VYTEX rubber production.. think BIGGER.
Any mixing, from fluid and fluid, fluid and gas, gas and gas.
No moving parts..
inline mixing with out the need for power to mix other than a pump.. HUGE.
LEGO's goal was to incorporate a eco friendly, non allergenic ingredient for marketing purposes. So the LEGO's showed up, Vystar took the LEGO's and figured out how to make a LEGO with 50% Vytex.

I wonder if it hurts as bad if you step on them barefoot in the middle of the night while going to the bathroom?
what the??? come on..
thats not that long of a distance.. please
I read some where insiders hold between 400 to 600 million shares
Trusted choice for over 400 Hospitals

Yeah, tell that to the people that run purple. Lol
Here are some statements I found intresting beyond bedding..
1) During 2017 and 2018 Vystar contracted with two consultants and manufacturers to make exam and surgical gloves on an OEM basis. The testing and results were encouraging and led to further efforts prepare for a potential launch of these lines in 2019. The company is going to proceed with testing and subsequent filing with the USFDA to obtain 510(k) allowances. With this new OEM structure, the Company will bring several versions (surgical, exam, household, etc) of the gloves to market under its own OEM brand label.
2) UV Flu’s product line includes:
? RXair™ Residential Filterless Air Purifier
? UV400 ™ FDA cleared Class II Filterless Air Purifier
? RX3000™ Commercial FDA cleared Class II Air Purifier (news video with RX3000)
Vystar acquired all UV Flu intellectual property, multiple patents, product lines, tooling, FDA clearances, research data, websites and other assets related to the business.
the stop on otc hasnt even come off yet.. there are buyers that cant buy right now..
Show me a stock that wasnt in the red at the begining of the sale of their merchendise phase.
He knows that. he is just hoping someone else dosent notice.
So IMHO, the 10-k and gone from a formality to a catalyst. the missed filing drove the price down and it recovered to a new higher base.. Upon its release it will drive the price up.. thus Catalyst.
Post the link, please...
I just want to get this out there.. in watching all the videos on the Rotmans, I couldn't help notice the catholic priest talking about Steve Rotman.. looks like they could be Catholic.. if so it's a significant religious holiday starting Friday. The markets where closed on Friday and depending on the bank or other business the weekend is three day weekend.. let's keep a cool head and be a little patient. We're gonna find out soon what is going on. The glass is half full in my book.
Wow, all those words..... I am fairly certain there where insider purchases on just the latest form 4's that were posted on edgar. The rest of your argument is opinion and fallacies. You should probably save your early earnings and cut this stock now.
Yikes, be carful..
