David Schmitt has built six factories around the world so the buildout of the facility is his job. After me being here a year I can report that he's doing an incredible job, works his ass off and is very good at what he does. Rick Rainbolt calls the shots with The Hemp University, Harold calls the shots in caring for and growing a lot of our high yield CBD plants. The farmers growing larger acreage each call their own shots. Dwight calls the shots at Veteran Village Kins Community Arizona. And it goes on like that. My battle cry is that you do not give someone the responsibility to do something without giving them the authority to call the shots when preforming their jobs. That said there is a lot of collaboration and brainstorming in a lot of the different divisions with myself and other management and workers feedback. While each division leader calls their own shots - most of those decisions are done with a consensus of opinion among the groups.

Yes we absolutely will inform the shareholders and the public via our press releases of any agreements that we have once an agreement is finalize, signed, sealed and delivered.

Allan, that is a cool video, seeing the effort being put in to get that extractor flying.

I did'nt see the extractor, but I got a sneak peek at the modified mill. It just had 3 exposed wires hanging from a new motor. It's waiting for someone to get ambitious enough to come in from the fields and connect them and she'll be ready to rock. We should see a video at any time of the mill with the wires hooked up. According to BP. Then we can do the beta process again.

Of course i'd like HEMP to succeed. Nobody likes the high O/S on any stock, but BP is spinning the share deal as some ingenious strategy to accomplish some great feat and it's up to shareholders to be naive enough to cheer on what he does. I was already damaged on the reverse split. Had to build my position over again. Now the opposite where there can't be enough shares like it looks like he is twisting the blade to finish the kill. I'm in need to see his strategy start to look successful. Enough said for now.
