My guess it isn't..The company doesn't have the volume and not enough shares verses price to really bring in a big player like Cornell..IMO
Actually no..Just because they are non-reporting doesn't give them the right to do what they want to do..Companies are still held to certain standards..Afterall, they had to file paper with guidlines according to public traded issues..Many of the guidelines are with the states that they are incorporated in and states like Wyoming have unlimited shares, but still have guidelines to follow..
The problem with pinksheet issues is within the MM that control the game..One reason why many or most lose their money..
Traders within this venue must trade ahead of MM intentions not on what the company distributes or for that matter tries to prop up their interests.
Like politicians, management and owners of companies have good intentions going into a commitment, but eventually always stray because of the forces against them and this issue is really no exception..
Companies that don't file and IMJX hopes to file and comply by the end of the year could make a difference, but still will always come down to O/S verses MC.

First a company can't sell more then 25% of daily volume..On the selling on higher PPS is not inline with rational distribution of shares..
If a company has lets say 10 million shares to sell, they simply can't turn out a pr and then sell because eventually it will just depress the price as the selling begins. This as well is referred to manipulation to get a higher price and definitely frowned on by the SEC.
Usually in a case like what we have here,is the company authorizes a market maker to sell shares and the company states they want .0006 or higher...The higher price must be met with solid substantial news that can quantify the higher price, but as you know the likes of Cornell always sells into a run...
In this case the retailer/market market will send out the word to other MM they have shares to sell, thus the depressed price and will maintain the lower price.
Most people lose money in pinksheet issues.

That is a question he can't answer and probably never will..Dilution will always be a major factor in a pinksheet stock.
Is is quite simple on why..Most companies have a couple of options to not have dilution and one is straight out a loan from a financial institution and that is very unlikely..Simply put..The company would have to open up it's books and have collateral, which usually involves personal assets and that is rare in pinksheet stocks and IMJX since many family members are involved makes this point..The other one is a venture capitalist and this usually involves the individual or individuals who is putting up the monies wants on the board and a major stake..This is also unlikely given the scenario of members of the same family in the company.
The option that many of us that are familiar with is Equity Type Financing packages..So far all indications is the company directly is issuing/selling from A/S..The Equity Financing instruments involves a loan from the likes of Cornell Capital who is a major Financer and a total dilution polluter..We all know about this venue...These type of financing gives the company millions of dollars and in turn issues shares which eventually hits the markets..This one is really a major problem and why pinksheet stocks fail and always turn eventually into a R/S and then just becomes a worthless issue like 98% of the companies traded in this arena.
My guess is if the company can't raise the revenue by this first wave of selling shares, they will have no doubt to bring in the likes of Cornell or other Equity Financing on the next addition of raising the A/S, which I do expect by the end of the year and then this issue will have lost it's luster and can be deemed as junk.
Welcome to the nature of pinksheet trading.
Have a good day

Hi Florida,
Forget about the board of Directors..This means nothing on a pinksheet stock..Like most pinkies they probably have family members including the damn dog on the board..
I don't know how many years and for that matter how many pinkies you have held in the past, but I can assure you that 98% of All pinkies fail..Do not consider pinksheet stocks as investment oriented, they must be traded issues..One can never assume these issues as long-term..Just look at your portfolio on the pinkies you hold and I bet they are all junk..
Many of us who have been in this business know this..Pinksheet issue are the most unpredicatable and unregulated, meaning manipulation at it's worst.
We still have a shot at this, but just keep your eye on the O/S..This is the only part you need to watch and don't go to the toilet, because you may just miss the run when you get back to your screen..It works that way and that fast. Most here can give you scenarios of the same..

13-.0001 bid / ask 2-.0002,4-.0003
All trades .0002
Good morning.
It certainly was fun watching this yesterday.
I will take what fringe had to say regarding this issue and feel this person than most has the scoop and honest assessment what transpired yesterday.
I have held this since last year..Noticing yesterday's volume and my first average at .0007 last year, I decided to buy in and lower it somewhat..Can't say if anything will come out of it,but since their last pr,one can only hope that a followup from their 11/05 pr may come to fruition.
My feeling is since commodities have become a more staple in investors portfolio and this company's tech, the two may go hand in hand and a possible merge or sell..Only a optimistic evaluation.
Ok, back to other issues and wait.
Have a good day

Hi UW,
3 minutes huh..A clear indictor..I'm looking in the cushions now for spare change..lol
That is a very good point, but still is a dilutive factor and does end up in the O/S column..However,the volume indicates that is certainly true and probably going into hands that are holding.
If it were the case of just moving shares into the market the price would drastically drop to compensate for the sellers.
There is no doubt it's frustrating, but it can flip on a dime..Mixed volume on .0008 going through and many small trades that would indicate shares are still tight.
Hi florida,
The company's website has all the contacts and they will answer the phone..lol
I have had converrstaions with John and other inhouse folks as well as IR Jason.
Have a ghood day

Good Morning,
Pinksheet issues are unpredictable to say the least.
I still feel IMJX is still in the game and as unpredictable as these issues can be,we as well could get that great pr and stem huge volume.
I have a dilution factor of 750 million and then will reassess the current shareholders value.
I think we are moving in the right time of year and their Digital Solutions and Kiosks could make all the differance.
I as well personally do not believe that retailing of shares for this issue is comparable to many pinksheet companies..I believe the company is really positioning for brand building and operating costs for the betterment of the company and shareholders.
Ask yourself why the company is 11/2 blocks from Kodak and the CEO's tenure of 28 years with the same and not want the company to succeed..
I have seen many companies go down the drain by the dilution factor on it's own,but something appears different here and is why I'm willing to wait.
Have a good day
Varok
Anything will help..
Notice the first trade a whooping 43.00..Yep shares must be tight..They need sellers and if more buyers can lineup at .0009 they would need to raise the bid..
The news that I would like to see is that they picked up a national retailor for their Digital Solutions product as mentioned in their last PR..Noticed they mentioned for retail sales and other..Hope they're looking in that area in time for the Holiday sendoff.
Now that would be a powerful Pr.
Have a good day
Varok
News would be nice right about now.
I figured it was something like that.lol
Yep good point..Friday's close to .0007 was BS and all it did was mess up the charts..
It is within these parameters that MM manipulation is on a foiled attempt in fooling chart watchers.
I'm looking at .002-.005 incidentally where I believe we should be at today regardless.
Have a good day

There are probably a couple of reasons.
One is the shares since they have been taken off the SHO list appears tight and lack of retailing shares.
I did recommend this from my newsletter yesterday, but many on my list already have it so my guess is since shares are tight only a fraction can make it move..
As well as one will notice on per trades are small..Another indicator.
That is why I believe if dilution is quiet for a while any news on strong substance will really propel this issue.
Most are just watching and fence sitting.
Have a good day
varok
That was my main reason to recommend this issue as well as a reasonable share structure.
Sometimes in a while you get a strong upstart within the pinksheets that has real growth potential.I see this here with IMJX.
I'm not stating this is currently going on,but his tenure with Kodak going that far back, maybe there is still connections..Wouldn't that be interesting?
Have a good day
varok
You have to ask yourself.
Here is a company just down the street from Kodak..As it were the CEO of IMJX tenure with Kodak spans 28 years.
Many of IMJX products is in line with his tenure with then at Kodak.
I'm sure that being just down the street from his almamator, wouldn't you think he really would like for his company to succeed.IMO
Have a good day
Varok
I'm buying..
Have a good day
Varok
I don't see that.
However,if another round of retailing shares into the market a dip will ocurr, but I doubt that low.
I think holding at these levels will be determined on the next pr releases for higher gains.
Notice the small trades and split trades at .0009..Shares are obviously tight.
Have a good day
Varok
I agree.
Certainly doesn't have a grip on what's happening.
Blatantly obvious indeed.
Have a good day

I stated low for a pinky.
Looking at Level II shares are tight..
We are going higher and probably will loose a 0 today before the close.
Have a good day
Varok
In time..
The really nice thing about this company is that the product line is right in line with modern technology and continuous to adapt.
Also well in front of the Holiday Season.
Low O/S for a pinky, a great business model and a CEO who had a 28 year tenure with Kodak.
Here is one company that revenue can make all the difference.
Have a good day
Varok
Not at all.
Good pr displaying the new product line..Other companies do the same..
Exactly what we need, continued updates..
You haven't seen nothing yet..Like I have stated before, this company is the best penny play out today..
Have a good day
Varok
Being removed from the SHO list is a good start as well as the stop of dilution..These events in it self will not move an issue, but will alert potential fence sitters..Mostly what we need now is news from the company..
I feel confidant that we are close and the steps laid out above before news is extremely positive.
Have a good day
Varok
I hear you.lol
I concur.
We should be at .005 to .01
Company is very much undervalued
We have a great company here folks.
Just look at other pinkies, all have huge share structure and most have lousey business models or none and all are trading much higher.
IMJX has 582m O/S
A great business model.
We will have our day and I expect it sooner then later.
Have a good day
Varok
They have..MMs are listening as well.
Notice the small amounts at 9..Indicative that shares are tight..We should uptick shortly to entice sellers.
Have a good day
varok.
Is the name calling really necessary.
Understand that the company's timelime and progression is based on internal strategies and not on shareholders tempreaments.
Important events like dilution and coming off the SHO list have now come full circle..
Hopefully we can now maintain our base at this level.
News will come, but on the success of management and their ability to execute their plan, not on shareholders investment restraints.
Have a good day
Varok
Lots of buys at 8..Good sign.. Our day is coming.
