You are correct. Not filed with sec. But the information filed with the OTC is the current factual information correct? Or are we saying we shouldn't believe the information filed with the OTC?

As a shareholder why should I care who is selling the tea? Why do I need to know there names. Do I need to get their references? Once again this is simply another unrealistic expectation.

Facts are posted in the current HFBG filing dated aug 20 with the OTC and SEC. All other information posted by some are simply deceptive attempts to get 1's. Then "opinions can change without notice" right?

Yes, but if you called GE and asked there names. GE wouldn't tell you. Why in the world would hfbg. Because of past management? Simply unrealistic IMO.

Ok, and like I said. Jag is only posting (releasing) facts. If there is nothing to report then there is simply nothing to report. Why would anyone need to know the names of the salesmen. I own shares in GE and I don't know the names of everyone selling jet engines. There are a lot of unrealistic expectations of this very small company. IMO

So if HFBG is a share selling game why wouldn't they simply dilute and make the 130K sitting on the bid. Would be SOOO easy right.

I know why....JAG is now in charge. No dilution, 1Billion shares retired under her watch. Only factual information be posted on the HFBG website and being PR'd since JAG's inception.

Unless the q shows that they have wiped out that debt to Yagi and some serious revenue, there is nothing to hold this up. Not saying this isn't a "future stock" just saying I don't see it holding pps near term. Also, we now know that all the shares trader were most likely insiders dropping before the rs.
