Government Of Canada Invests in Development of On-Farm Biodiesel Plant
excerpts:
06.20.2008 · RIDGETOWN, Ontario, June 20, 2008 – The Government of Canada is bringing biofuel technologies to Canadian farms. Federal funding of $938,260 is being provided to develop a functional, farm-scale oilseed processing and biodiesel plant at the University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus that will be used for technology demonstrations, education, and applied research.
An important component of this “real life” project will be communications and outreach. Through teaching, on-site demonstrations, and on-farm consultations, the project will help to evolve biofuels and their applications. The University of Guelph will collaborate with a wide range of agricultural schools and organizations to use existing expertise and hire a biofuels specialist and a technician to demonstrate, develop and extend biofuels technologies to the farm.

Doc has the COBAL deal nailed down because the Jorge Reyes interview is an outside confirmation. If mike could announce something people can click on in the meantime, that would help. Plants seem to be popping up everywhere. Even one going up at the University of Guelph, Mike's hometown, financed by the local Parliment for nearly 1 million. Bob Cantrell of Tecfuels.net and AC&S is ready to start production. Jack O. Payne of Nova Fuels(Novahol inventor) is ready to launch a handfull. There is one at or near Drexel that is supposed to be producing now. A coal to gas plant in Toronto should be completed right about now. BWG has started construction as well as COBAL. These plants will be putting cash into W2 Energy.
I'll be looking into the Jorge Reyes vs Jorge Kings connection at Nova Fuels and COBAL. Both are linked to Novahol! If anyone else beats me to it please feel free to save me some time.
Bidding PPS down is the majority of the problem. Once the company starts making real money investors will try to outbid each other.
Thanks for the support!

Other actors aim at the synthetic diesel engine
On different scale there are several industralists who are with projects in the heading. One is the case of Jorge Kings, whom in society with the North American companies Norcon Energy LLC and Nova Inc. Fuels the society Novahol North Santiago trained, that glides to construct a complex to produce synthetic diesel engine on the basis of the processing of RDF or material that is prepared from the domiciliary solid residues. According to Kings, this other technology contributed by the foreign partners already is available in other parts of the world and indicates that the projection whereupon works is to install a plant with capacity of about 91 million liters to the year, the equivalent to 1% of the national demand. Kings explain that this product does not require mixture, but “is able to completely replace the fossil diesel engine” that uses the market. The plans of Novahol aim to divide the project by the end of July, to be with the production in August or September 2009, reserving to Kings the commercialization plans that they are designing

http://www.norconinternational.com/Gasification.htm
Norcon and its associates design and manufacture a full line of waste to energy systems. These systems are designed to process municipal solid waste (MSW), factory waste, and hospital waste. The units are starved air systems, which create large amounts of carbon monoxide and other volatiles in the primary chamber. The carbon monoxide and volatiles are mixed with large amounts of oxygen in the secondary chamber and produce temperatures in excess of 2000 degrees F. The heat generated by this process is recovered and converted to steam which in turn runs a turbine generator set to produce electricity.
Two size units are manufactured for waste to energy systems:
* 50 Tons Per 24 Hour Day
* 125 Tons Per 24 Hour Day
In a typical situation, these systems are combined in a series of two. Example: For a 100 ton per day module, two 50 ton per day units will be used to process the waste. This concept allows one unit to be down for maintenance while the other continues to operate (at a reduced capacity). A module would consist of the following:
* Two Starved Air Gasifier Units (Size Optional)
* Two Heat Recovery Units (Size Optional)
* One Turbine Electrical Generator Set (Size Optional)
With this modular design, the customer has the option of processing several hundred tons of waste per day while maintaining a sufficient amount of steam to operate the generator set and produce electricity and never having the system completely off line and not in operation.
A full line of alternative incineration systems include:
* Batch Burn Incineration
* Pathological Incinerators

About W2 Energy:
W2 Energy Inc. develops renewable energy technologies and applies it to new generation power systems. Specifically, W2 Energy Inc.'s plasma assisted biomass to energy plants utilize state of the art technologies to produce green energy, both fuel (sulfur free diesel) and electricity, at the most efficient cost in capital investment and production per/barrel, per/Megawatt.
The W2 Energy BPR Biomass Plasma Reactor breaks down biomass or coal using the chemical energy stored in the biomass itself; the plasma acts as a high temperature catalyst. Unlike typical plasma reactors that utilize convection of the intense heat produced by the plasma, our BPR can produce enough Syngas (H2, CO) to feed a 10,000 barrel per day synthetic diesel plant and 100 Megawatt steam turbine with a mere 4 MW input.
It appears FINRA wanted the naked shorts removed from the German exchange as a final step in the OTCBB listing

But the real pride of Better World Workshop is the biomass gasifier, which is under development. When completed, the machine will burn wood and other biomass solids to create a gas useful for generating electricity. The end result: enough juice to power approximately 50 to 75 typical American homes.

“Maine is just starting to get into more biomass,” said Barry Bernstein of Better World Energy in Vermont, the leading New England supplier of wood-chip boilers to schools.
Bernstein said a wood-chip boiler represents a higher upfront capital cost than a traditional oil furnace because it requires woodchip storage and a mechanical system for feeding chips and he also acknowledges a small additional maintenance cost. “There is added maintenance cost, but it’s really insignificant when you take in the savings in fuel costs.” The price of woodchips is one quarter the cost of oil and half the cost of natural gas. The threshold for conversion used to be a 50,000 square foot building or 30,000 gallons of oil a year, “but that’s coming down,”

W2 Energy Inc. Completes First Run Test of Materials - (estimates per share book value of $17.50 per share at .14 cents a gallon)
http://newsblaze.com/story/2006072504384800001.pz/topstory.html
1.5 billion dollars coming online
This news release talks about what sounds like two pilot or demo plants which should be nearly, if not completed. Could this be why so many orders are coming in through the joint ventures now?
---------------------------------------------------
W2 Energy now has concluded its joint project for development of plasma assisted conversion of biomass to liquid fuel as of August 31, 2007. The company now intends to commercialize the results of the project as well as apply for the appropriate patents.
The company is beginning construction of 2 separate BPR reactors, one dedicated to coal which will be commissioned in Toronto, Canada and one designed for dried powered biomass which will be in a location to be determined in the Philadelphia area.
Both reactors will be coupled with W2 Energy's gas to liquid reactors and the liquid fuel will be marketed to its customers which the company has letters of interest from. Last year the company disclosed production quantity requests of its diesel fuel product in excess of 1.5 billion dollars.

Not much but hope it helps the less technically skilled folks.
If you are short it looks like almost time to go long :)
Or maybe you should wait for your broker to do it for you.

Standing Ovation!!! The crowd cheers!!!
I'll buy you the first round when we get to Jamaica Doc!
The shorties had me doubting there for a minute or two. But whether short or long the point is clear and obvious why it is 6 cents a share. There are no clear links to outside verification.
I am going to focus my research more in that direction.
I am already starting to spread the news about this awesome technology and generating quite a bit of interest. I can see why our CEO is so excited.
I agree with some of that but I am seeing a lot of information that all adds up to just be a cautious CEO scared of big oil. I could tell you where most of the people are and what they look like. If they do us wrong they will pay some way or another.
I won't post it because I agree about being cautious.

Cantrell is all over biofuels and either has several different aliases or a whole lot of family out standing in the field :)
Excellent info Docrew! I'll add it to my scrapbook and thanks for sharing...

To keep brokers from loaning out your shares you should either enter a sell order at a high enough price that it won't be bought or take physical possession of your certificates.
Not that WTWO can't make it on its' own but I believe in doing everything possible to combat sell pressure.

Just spoke to CEO of W2 Energy
At least it sounded like the same person in the radio interview found on Peswiki.com top 100
If so, Mclaren is the best CEO I've ever dealt with in my 15+ years of investing.
Superb customer service, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable professional attitude.
Stupid bankers are losing their cash and have no choice but to sell
Anyone else sense a MOONSHOT!!!??????????
My theory is the market maker has no choice.
My reasons are:
1) The number of shares traded with no real rise in the price.
2) If it were insider dumping then they would at least want a higher price.
3) A naked short cannot bear a higher price as it would make his account value force a margin call.
4) They have no choice but to keep selling naked as to keep a lid on the price and hope longs will sell at market.
5) They can't cover because the longs want too high of a price.
As mentioned earlier - It can't go on for much longer. I believe it will break out when earnings start to book.

It's a another world - A BIG ONE - Too much for one guy to read. I am 99% sure the link to W2 Energy is in this somewhere:
The company joined with other three companies, including
Yamazen Holdings and Saitama Yamazen who are shareholders
of the Company and expertise in waste management in Japan,
and CUB who is a company in Thailand, to submit proposal as
a joint venture to Department of Industrial Works for the conces-
sion right to operate and manage industrial
waste project, which is the project invested
by Department of Industrial Works with
approximate value of THB 1,486 million.
This project is located at Bangpoo Industrial
Estate in Samut Prakarn province on area
of 18 rais and aimed to be the pilot project
of industrial waste solution especially for
the hazardous waste that harms environment of which still lacks
proper management.
On 20 July 2007, the Department of Industrial Works has
informed that the Joint Ventureûs proposal was firstly selected.
The next steps are to wait for proposal consideration by the
Cabinet and to sign the contract after getting approval. It is
expected to reach conclusion by end-2007
Today, the company has expanded
the center to cover 271 rais and provides integrated non-
hazardous and hazardous waste management services,
including water treatment, waste refinement for alternative fuels
and waste management support in transportation, recycling and
advisory services
