ATRN don't need any Pump to move high. I believe you are worried why you did not buy shares before second 8k out or you already sold after 8K on the hight which you believe 8k is the pump. Now your are not selling but just looking opinion what is the entry point.

I don't think any pumping here because:
1. After 2nd 8k shareholder get more confidence in the company. ATRn reduced a lot of debt and now shareholders know ATRN will become debt free in coming few months.
2.After become debt free ATRN will move to big exchange.
3. ATRN is creating more intangible assets and they will create more market for ATRN
4. Everyone wants to know what will be next move of ATRN
I will prefer to buy and hold in these levels. Price is going up and down is not a big deal but it only good or bad for day traders.
If someone thing I am wrong that is their wish but I believe in my DD and I know where ATRN will go in near future.

SPYDER is a great thing. IF anyone don;t know about SPYDER function then try to get some valuable information some technology expert and market person.

ATRn needs more tangible assets after SPYDER. Company next move will be surprise after SPYDER. I think everyone like surprise movement like first 8K after second 8K after a day.

ATRN new followers are increasing day by day. ATRN had 20 followers and now ATRN is reaching 20 times it's followers. ATRn has 399. ONly one left to become 400.

.07 will become support level on Monday. There is a lot of room to run until .20 and above this week. Only two days more SPYDER is coming. If they send any 8K again regarding rest of debt portion installment in advance it will be crazy. ATRN wants to become as soon as possible so then it can move on the big exchange. Always stay in.

After both 8k a majority will try to hold maximum they can afford to hold until ATRN go back on big exchange. Going big exchange means share price in dollars .

As per my experience with this stock it will go back down again because who moved from .002 already sold above penny. they will reenter only between .002 and .003 level. People dumbed a lot of share @ the bottom level in December with bad experience and now they moved another stocks. Majority don't want to hold for 7 months more to move .04.
I believe it will move but hard to say it will move high in coming days. It will move only after FDA approval.

I am in this stock from long time. I am not sure what is wrong with this stock. Every time good news it went down. A lot of people bought .002 and .003 area already sold above penny. I believe they are selling now and taking this down to 52 week lower to move high before the election.

SPYDER: Wait, ATRN will move high when I(SPYDER) will be out in three days.

We have a whole new crop of posters here now who just like at .01, then at .03, now at .048 are saying this and that to try to get in this stock cheaper than the current price. ALL those penny stock mindset people don't see the trees for the forest. They will all be gone at .10, then we will see them all back here again at .25, rinse-wash-repeat. There is no reason to even think about selling any shares here till we get a 10k or 4th Q earnings to shed some light on Atrinsic's future. Hell it could be .50 by then, that is only 60 days away.

I'm upset with the posters and you know who you are that sold at the last spike to .05 and now want to talk trash. Shame on you!

Spyder is coming, Bing, Yahoo, and Google have one, now little piss ant Atrinsic has one also, think its a good thing to have a big player like Google in the same market, a Google that could spend $1 a share to buy all of ATRN to just shut you up and shut you down? Yes it is!

Here is my thought on that, and I even suggested it to Atrinsic's management back in Dec, 2011, get the stock back to .50-.60 cents and do a reverse 1 for 4 split, then relist back on the Nas. at $2+ dollars. Its very simple and is a 6 month do-able goal. Without Kazaa on its back, sucking any profits Atrinsic might of had, it wll now do very well.

Before the stock market went South in 2009, Atrinsic had revs over $150 million.

Well. I don't know that site is good or bad but it is fact some people claim they bought ATRN after they read on this site. I am not promoting that site here. I just mentioned the fact and link.

I believe it is still dilution here. XCLL has same trend like STEV. Stev traded near and above dollar and went back .80 and .40 before move to 2.75. I believe MMs are trying to get all stop loss until .40 before to move fast. I will buying more when it move more down to break even. It will take a time to move. They are just promoting now. There is no big movement yet but it will come in coming Months.
Good entry under dollar on any level if you want to stay long but bad for short position now. Please do more DD before invest. I believe this will go high.

Oh my God.
ATRn followers increased from 20 to 389 means more than 19 times in a Month. Now price per share must be reach from .01 to .20 when ATRN has 400 followers. ATRn is going to make a good combination. Great company great combination.

Then SPYDER PR will hit anytime between Tuesday and Wednesday. No doubt if hold strong it will hit .20 anytime in coming days. I believe until debt free it will be in dollar range.

Only a few months more then they will be debt free.

Shorties and day traders another story a lot of pumper here to want sell their share on Monday. This story tells me shorties and day traders know a lot of people sold their shares and a lot of enter again but some missed the train. Now they are trying to manipulate so that people can try to sell their share so they can buy as quick as they can and then run the train north between .10 to .12
I believe RSI 14 wil indicate it can go to .20 easily.

Well, When we know the company direction and company is going to recover the debt and after that going to realist on NASDAQ at this point everyone should know for listing on NASDAQ again vale per share will be in dollars. ATRN will try to reach again over their NASDAQ 52 week high price. ATRN will not stay long on OTC for a long time.
ATRn is first agenda to become a debt free company. they already have revenue generating sources. SPYDER is another revenue generating source. After debt free they will go NASDAQ.
It is good idea if someone can hold 1M shares for minimum to hit $1 PER SHARE. If ATRN hits $1 per share in summer. It is a big investment to convert a few thousand in Million.

BK story is irrelevant after two 8K.

Next week SPYDER is coming PR due. Good job two 8K within two days with solid debt reducing facts. I like facts rather false stories. Waiting ATRN back to NASDAQ. Buying more on Monday early.

Make a false fact and put IMO in the end of sentence. Both 8K had facts about debt. Talk about facts without making any false story. Why would company need to pay a debt if they are going BK.
