Best of breed penny stock :P
Love the timing. Go Mike Terrell.

I think it is important to recognize the "Fundacion PayPro" aspect of the business, lead by the new Chairman Pedro Borges Fiol.

What I have gleaned from Law 25 of 1995 for Panama Private Foundations:
Private interest foundations in Panama get some nice perks (google Law 25 of 1995, or Panama Private Foundation). They can operate much like a regular business, but they operate to a sort of charter and align the company goals to some positive end, such as the microforest projects Paypro has been involved in. In article 27 of Law 25 of 1995, Private Interest Foundations are exempt from payment of any taxes, contributions, duties, liens or assessments of any kind arising from the acts of constitution, amendment or extinction of the same, as well as acts of transfer or encumbrance of the Foundations assets and the income arising thereof, when related to assets localized abroad; Money deposited by natural or juridical persons whose income does not derive from a Panamanian source is not taxable in Panama for any reason; Shares or securities of any kind issued by corporations which income is not derived from a Panama source, or which are not taxable for any reason, even when such shares or securities are deposited in the Republic of Panama.
For anyone who wants to learn how PDRs work, I would recommend they read about ADRs. A very similar, virtually identical instrument.
http://www.adr.com/
http://washingtontimes.com/business/20050504-085831-1660r.htm
ADR description:
An American Depository Receipt (ADR) is a dollar-denominated negotiable certificate that represents the stock of a foreign company traded on a U.S. exchange or market. The structure of an ADR includes a ratio, which correlates the amount of underlying shares to the receipt. An ADR can be canceled for its underlying shares at anytime. ADRs make it more convenient for Americans to invest in businesses abroad, and allow foreign companies to raise capital in the U.S. market. Among the advantages for investors, ADRs express price in dollars, assure timely dividend distributions and are generally less cumbersome than buying stock directly through a foreign exchange.
Took quite a while to get filled hitting the ask.
I would like to preface my post with the fact that currently, I own shares in PYPR as well as 3 bluechips. I am surely biased toward the positive on PYPR. With that said, I am in it for what I feel are good solid reasons.
In my opinion, if I had a friend that was new to following this stock I would want them to (in addition to reading the I-box):
First, read the 11 page third quarter financial statement via https://www.otcstockinfo.com/repository/612745/612745_FR21.pdf
and really pour over it like a homework assignment. A lot of good info there to help you decide for yourself where the company is heading.
Second, since past behavior is a good indicator of future behavior, look for the potential for future profitability by comparing the growth in the total revenues and gross margins versus last year.
Third, note the absence of stock dilution by comparing the unchanged outstanding share count versus last year
Fourth, do a hefty amount of chart homework to find a good entry point like any other trade. I would also advise them to be smart, as with any stock at these price levels, and make the first trade is a "half order" and buy the other half on a dip to get the best PPS you can, just watch the stock for a while to get a feel for how it trades.
FYI, in the I-box, there's a broken link (at least it doesn't work for me) for the Nov 27 PR, 2006 - PayPro Inc. Announces Important Message to Shareholders and PDR Holders:

Can you post your email address? Or, if you want, you can give me your email via my spam account potatocheaps@yahoo.com. I would like to discuss something interesting with ya privately and do not as of yet have PM capability on i-hub.
thx
If your request for info about employment is genuine, PM me your email address or reply to this post with your email. I have some information that will interest you.
Maybe a green claw is the answer? LOL.
Sorry, had a whimsical Photoshop moment...I'll delete this tomorrow, lol.
Yeah.
Earlier in the year, Sequiam Corporation http://www.sequiam.com (SQUM.OB) and CyberKey Solutions, Inc (CKYS) signed a manufacturing and distribution deal in which Sequiam agreed to manufacture biometric products for CyberKey.

Thanks 4Godnwv, Drugtester and Cause for going out to meet with the CEO. Informative post and on-time as promised in true PYPR spirit. And all my questions were asked and answered. Appreciate that. Thanks guys.
My questions to add to the list as appropriate:
1. What specific plans does PANAMERSA Corporation have for operating region AMERICA II (United States, Canada, & Mexico)?
2. How does PANAMERSA Corporation plan to finance implementation of the Pan-American business plan with no stock dilution while at the same time carefully protecting shareholder and PDR holder interests?
3. Could you describe the company’s organizational structure/hierarchy?
4. How many current employees, how many projected in the future?
And a comment:
Thank Mike for being upfront and honest in all of his communication with shareholders, it has been refreshing.

LOL!
The entertaining bald man on TV got one thing right in his book (he too credits the philosphy to his better half):
"...Invariably the people offering tips are experts at making them sound like genuine insight. But believe me, the only reason someone really gives a tip is so he can get out of what would otherwise be a terrible position that he's stuck in and will definately lose money on if he doesn't get you to take him out of it..."
OT: A reference about daytrading.

I still believe the recent three black candles were amplified by general negative pink sheet market sentiment, not PYPR. Taking a cool step back and assessing the situation, nothing else explains the over-correction. I am willing to bet (and did by buying today) many pressed the sell button recently on "the other popular stock" and likely cashed in their other positions at the same time on any stock that showed any red just to prevent similar pain. Yeah, we were due for a small correction, but the effect was inappropriately amplified.
Good time to get in if you haven't already and shrug off the fear if you bought higher, its coming back. If you are looking to start a position, or if you got shaken in the last few days, watch tomorrow for a good time to get back in. Great times to accumulate imo. Take advantage of this short term fear. A significant bonus in the days, weeks, and months ahead is that people are going to be looking to invest in a company with a CEO they trust, who sets realistic goals, and who keeps his word. As far as I can tell, Mike Terrell has done these things.
Description of today's possible bullish reversal indicator, a Bullish Harami Pattern:
The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Harami Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. However, its reliability is low and it definitely requires confirmation.
Pic of a Bullish Harami Pattern from investopedia.
Looks like the kennel still needs some cleaning =)
Nice engulfing. Definately worth looking at.
Insane indeed given the history the chart tells. But the chart looks kinda promising now actually. Could be a bottom reversal pattern?
See what happens when you leave for the day :P
This current trend in PYPR PPS is being fueled by tremors in sub-penny market confidence caused by "the other popular stock" taking a swan dive, plain and simple. Its buy time at these levels. If these 3 black crows had been caused by something PYPR did or did not do, it would definately be sell time, but Terrell has done everything right, and to sell here is giving into the short term fear. Be greedy.
Welcome aboard. You are not the only one that is reassured by a CEO that has a track record of keeping his word. You entered at a good time imo.
4God,
I've been curious. How many employees at PayPro Inc?
Just looking at the chart, it looks like we're forming a move very similar to the accumulation following the 11/8 dip. 11/9 was a day to hold or buy in. Today we have the same RSI as on 11/8 and a very similar chart (black candle after 3 white candles) so if history repeats itself, which it has many times on this stock, tomorrow should be a good day. Multiply this by the financials factor and it should be very interesting indeed.
Glad you like. Its an informative site. EOM
I agree. A useful site for a snapshot of the last 5 trading days of candles is American Bulls. I like to hit that at work for a nice fast and dirty check on my large caps :)

For anyone interested in candlesticks, here's a little history lesson/synopsis.
In the 1600's, the Japanese rice trader Munehisa Honma invented the now popular candlestick method of reading and understanding an overview of open, high, low and close market prices over a certain period. Japanese rice traders successfully used the candlestick method to provide a fairly reliable tool to predict future demand. Much analysis has since been done to refine the relation of candlestick chart patterns to the likely future behavior of a market.
As you have stated on your TA 101 board, http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=5774 , charting is a "...graphical representation of market sentiment using applied mathmatics to define and project both current and future tendencies, based on data that has been collected and analyzed ..." and I personally agree that market sentiment can be quantified and displayed in a graph.
Candlesticks are one indicator I use to decide how to filter all of the stocks out there down to a select few that have the best capability for higher PPS.
There are many many different candlestick patterns, and rather than go into more detail and regurgitate the entire web, I would recommend the reader to visit a very good website http://www.candlesticker.com/Default.asp for Bullish, Bearish, and Neutral candlestick patterns. Keep in mind that candlestick patterns come in different flavors, some are higher reliability and some are low reliability and need confirmation. As always, never rely on any one technical analysis tool.
OT:
No, the pic in my sig is just a favorite of mine. Being an engineer by trade and an scientist at heart I just dig the picture for various direct and indirect reasons.
Today's white candlestick closed above yesterday's close. A new bullish move was confirmed today.
That is an artifact of Google Earth I think.
I think opportunity is knocking tomorrow.
With financials scheduled to be released on Nov 15 (3 trading days from now), and based on the candlestick pattern in the two prior trading days forming a "Bullish Piercing Line Pattern", and confidence in Mike Terrell's leadership of the company, I think tomorrow is a great buying opportunity and will be looking to add to my position on any dip on Friday.
An interesting bit of screening.
Only one stock had the following qualities today:
1) Traded at a Price per Share less than 8 cents
2) $ Volume greater than $400,000
3) Bullish MACD
4) Bullish volume accumulation
Looking forward to what was stated in the Nov 6 PR, "...Financials will be released by Nov. 15. Further developments will be announced before the end of November 2006..."
Chart looks like a bullish reversal today. What do you guys think? 3 down days, a dogi, and now a decent white candle building.
Still holding my 0.0022 shares, and loving it.
For you Japanese candlestick charting folks:
Friday's pattern:
A White Closing Marubozu. It can be interpretted as a lower reliability bullish signal or a hold since it generally indicates the bulls are dominating, therefore, it can be a good time to take the long position which many did Friday and today given this 100 million+ volume and recent increase in pps. Definately not a pattern shorts like to see because it does not indicate a reversal.
Todays's patten:
Looks like its shaping up to be a spinning top (indecision) or a bullish continuation pattern, but time will tell of course.
On a side note, I have seen less evidence of short sells on up ticks today.
