RE:WHO is behind all this mess?
They're gonna use a mascot to go to court Roger Glasel. On my....
RE:Why would anyone turn down free advertising!?
No company gets a final license untill they can show they can grow on crop that can pass QC.
CEN already had that chance and they obviously didn't do it. Who the hell spends all that money and puts in a downscaled model of your bread and butter grow chamber which wont pass inspection.
RE:If I'm not mistaken, part of the FITX plan is to become an exporter.
Riiight that's why every other MMPR company is exporting billions of weed woops.... http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/sns-wp-blm-news-bc-uruguay-pot14-20150214-story.html
Once the ball starts rolling the third world countries will flood the market.
16 are and a few have a second production license and some have to still prove they can grow one crop that will pass QC before they can sell publicly.
The thing that some don't understand is that medical cannabis users at least in Canada don't care about the LP's they just want cheap weed and grow it for themselves. Why would they want to pay $1600-6000 per lb when they can grow it for $200-300 per lb.
The medical cannabis market in Canada is a dead end street and legalization is probably still 5 years away.
Today case in Vancouver HC got their ass whoopped by the lawyers. http://rollitup.org/t/injunction-court-case-updates.856383/page-55
Cannabis Culture @CannabisCulture
Cain: MMPR usage patterns show 70,000 shipments to date, average of 30grams or a g a day. Patients are ordering about 25 percent of limits
This is from today court case in Vancouver by an HC employee under oath.
LOL thats 4.6 order per user from 15K current signed up users according to HC. Biiiig money lol and they already have 26 LP's
LOL
RE:It's just their filing.
But did you see when the stock price shot up. Lol someone was passing on some bad info about the default judgement and about the same time period/span the price went up. LOL
It says they requested a default judgement
Well I thougth promotional photos were not allowed anymore. http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/marihuana/info/bulletin-eng.php
Will have to read up on whats allowed. This could be in CEN favour as they could say, see where not allowed to promote/advertise.
re:What companies have had a license awarded to them by health canada in the last year?
Lots. There were three licenses issued two weeks ago. There have been 800+ rejections and plenty more in the wait.
Here's one of them http://calgaryherald.com/news/local-news/health-canada-approves-licence-for-medical-marijuana-facility-north-of-calgary
Here's a full size image of one of their rooms

I don't invest in stocks but its crazy how many "long" people invest with out knowing anything about a company or in this case how the MMPR system works and Canadian laws regarding the industry their company is in.
Yes you can export what what does CEN have to offer over already established companies? They couldn't even get a production ready POD installed into the grow building and they state they're gonna be the biggest and baddest of them all?
http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/sns-wp-blm-news-bc-uruguay-pot14-20150214-story.html
Once the flood gates are open to third world start producing cheap weed with cheap labor, only those that get in there first will be alive.
People think growing weed in Canada is going to be like growing golden eggs, well that ain't so, we're not legal and probably 5 more years before we are which depends on which gov gets in. Several US states are already years ahead of Canada and legal state wise. So these companies are going after people who don't like the LP's way of business.
RE:The PUBLICLY TRADING SECTOR is dead.
What's really funny is people spending millions upon millions in Canada to be legal medical weed producers with 20+ companies fighting for according to health Canada 15K customers who maybe buy 10-28 grams per month. I think the average is pretty low according to HC stats. HC actually never said if these 15K users are unique users or if they count users switching to a different LP as an unique signups since each users has to get a new prescriptions and re sign up with another LP.
You also have to account for 3K of those users were already buying from HC in the MMAR.
Also the medical cannabis market in Canada is pretty unique and pretty strict on what the users want. They want cheap medicine and ,to be able to grow it themselves and have control over their own lives. They don't want to be buying from dealers especially legal dealers who charge 2-10x more then the street dealers. This is whay medical cannabis market in Canada will never make it with big pharma style companies. Only way they will make money is if Canada legalizes weed but that will depend on the price of legal weed. ATM the weed is 2-10x more then black market price and that's no gov taxes on it yet. Wait till they legalize it and price it out. The black market will boom again.
RE: HC never bothered to do a re inspection and in fact stopped all correspondence after a staff change to that department.
Oh really you have proof that the production ready pods, and municipal requirements were all ready and 100% passed?
re:Timing is everything...
The replay was after receiving the latter not the next day. But ok very wall lets have it your way so that means they lied to the shareholders in the letter anyways.
All the pumpers have is "but but HC leaked the letter". Well they sure did and then they released a second statement saying CEN was misrepresenting to the share holders what the meaning of the letter was.
Yes they all seem to miss the statements of lies from Bill/CEN, the RCMP investigation and how come the Production Ready PODS where never installed and HC called in for a re inspection.
RE:Wouldn't it be simpler to simply issue the license in order to get Canada off the hook.
Ummm have you read the inspection report from Nov 2014 CEN wasn't ready they had to install full production PODS for a re inspection. Seems that wasn't done. They could't just leave them out other wise they would have had to redesign the growing area again.
Oh I guess you also missed the current RCMP investigation into CEN actions?
RE:News !!!!
Ummm care to explain to us? MMPR companies are not Pharma companies since cannabis is not a registered drug in Canada (No DIN #) and never will be and has no medical value according to Canadian laws and government.
Where is CEN in that article? I guess I could pull out some letters out of some of the words and spell CEN lol
I'm sorry but could you please let the rest of us know what super insights where shown in the article? All I saw is a tiny blurb promoting the company which seems like something to get search engines indexing. What is in it for an investor. Obviously you got some great insight out of the article and I must have missed something.
RE: News!
Could you please explain to the layman what is news in that article besides search engine key words?
How about these real articles

http://motherboard.vice.com/en_ca/read/marijuana-investors-lost-billions-in-penny-stocks-last-year
RE:License is now coming soon and very shortly after that the first crop
Please shows us the info that CEN told its shared holders that everything is ready to go.
RE:Umm like umm yes they could give them a license.
So please show us where CEN says they are 100% ready for a re inspection with the fixed deficiencies and the production ready PODS or that the RCMP investigation has cleared CEN of any wrong doing/spreading false info to investors and the info has been forwarded to HC and that the zoning has been fixed.
RE:That would be false.
Umm no one is going to give CEN a license if they don't have a fully set up grow facility. If it was all ready to go how come they haven't said a word to the share holders that all the PODS are in place for the final inspection.
Oh by the way HC can't give them zoning permits since HC required the municipalities to take care of the zoning.
Please quote or post a link to where CEN has stated all deficiencies have been fixed for an re inspection?
Says a pumper blog.
RE:News lol
So a blog to pump FITX, written by people that don't exist is news?
Here's some reality check news for you

RE:HC will come to their senses and give a license.
There is non senses only requirements that are needed to get a license. CEN has already failed on those and they had since last Oct to get the PODS ready ohh did we mention that the zoning and requirements are up to the municipality and not HC? Oh yah will see about that hurdle. Oh and an on going RCMP investigation.
RE:Yep and this is going to be why!!!!!
LOl the blogs are right but national news papers and the Canadian gov. are wrong.
This place is pure gold for comedy.
RE:Health Canada is in negotiations...
Actually New Age has been around for a very long time. Their facility has been built for at least 6+ years. Everyone in the Canadian MJ business knows who Sam Mellace is.
As for CEN well no full size production ready PODS no license. Its been like what 5+ moths since they had a change to get them in there and re inspect yet not one word to the shared holders about the pods.
Who the hell builds a model mock up? Not enough money to buy at least on POD?
Exactly
RE: Who says CEN isn't zoned properly
HC left the zoning part to the municipalities so its up to Lakeshore besides the last inspection failed because the grow PODS were not installed and for some reason someone with lots of smarts built a model pod which wasn't to scale or functional. HC told them get the production POD in and have it re inspected.
RE: Can a Canadian Judge trump Health Canada?
That is a Canadian Charter of Rights issue not a business model/licensing failure.
RE: 1.3 mil
LOL its not even possible with 10 locations to grow or store that much. Who ever made those claims is 100% clue less on growing weed.
But you believe in feeding people copious amounts of caffeine, sugar, tourine and low ph liquids with a nice case of heart palpitations and anxiety.
Corner what? The left bottom of a 7-11 cooler with 20 different brands above it ran by multi billion $$$$$$ companies lol
Well HC requiring the pods to be production ready to fix security holes seems to contradict what you are saying.
Ok the pods are not a minor thing. The pods are where they will grow and will house the lights. They didn't even provide ONE production ready POD. HC said get the real pods in and we'll re inspect the security issue with the pods.
If they don't use the pods they have to re build inside the building for each grow room. This would require all new plans and permits and re inspections. Basically you're redesigning the whole inside of the grow building including lighting requirements, new draining system, power requirements etc...
Grow PODS are needed other wise they have to redesign the lighting and build grow rooms which then will require more re inspections.
The new grow areas will have to be re inspected for security.
They would have to have lighting installed which would require more inspections, permits and power for the facility.
Those are not simple things that's the hear for growing the plants. You seem to totally ignore the HC write up.
