1. To approve an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of shares of common stock authorized to be issued by the Company from 400,000,000 to 800,000,000.
2. To authorize the Board of Directors of the Company to effect a reverse stock split of the Company’s common stock by a ratio of not less than 1-for-50 and not more than 1-for-200, with the Board of Directors of the Company having the discretion as to whether or not the reverse split is to be effected, and with the exact ratio of any reverse split to be set at a whole number within the above range as determined by the Company’s Board of Directors in its discretion.

He has even seen the new sign go on the building and a business card with the new name. His brother told him that a PR will be released soon, but that was 2 or 3 weeks ago. Go figure.

Why are you asking? 8k states it has to be voted on. Then time frame will be about 60 or more days after it is approved by shareholders. You have several months before something like a RS could happen.

You are correct with your comments. You know and I know what the future holds.

The RS does not happen Monday, so what could happen is they plan to release blockbuster press releases over the next few weeks and the stock will run back to .15 to .20 prior to the RS. Just a thought but it could happen.

Everyone look on the bright side. Chief said he will be back when stock reaches .50 or $100 after the RS.

I think use "LONGS" won this battle. Just a few more days and blue skies.

Did you know that the 5Hr product got yanked from Walgreens in their early stage of existence, due to lack of sales? It is call product or brand awareness. Until Fuse decides to promote somewhere other than Tweeter, sales are going no where but down.

I second that one. I have several over a year old. They still work and are liquid. Leave it in a hot car or lid off, yes it might dry up. I keep it by the bed and in my golf bag and never had a problem.
