I'm also in at .0001 Thought about taking some out several times now (to get my initial back). But think the dividend is looking better each day. Still holding every share I purchased!
Couple of my other stocks have been real roller coasters lately. That's not a problem for me if I have faith in the company.
Hi Sue,
That .007 sure scared me earlier today. Then I saw it was only 1200 shares. I've picked up a few shares and will add to it as funds permit.

BIH Corporation Releases Estimated Baron International Acquisition Numbers
Thursday June 26, 8:58 am ET
The Company has already determined that if the above-mentioned occurs, it will pay a one time cash dividend of between 0.07 and 0.09 cents per share as recommended by its attorneys and accountants (for tax purposes) to each and every shareholder on the record date, to be determined upon the acceptance and executed acquisition agreement.
Hi Janice,
Glad to see you're back. Good thing I make all of my own decisions. Made $20,000. today.
Trader
I'm a little short on cash too, but think I'll take some the profits from another stock to make an entry here.
Sounds almost too goof to be true, but recently I have been in a couple that made big profits. I know that having the right individual leading can make a big difference. Thank you for the update.
I saw those pictures. You do a great job getting information. I actually found out about this stock by accident. Working midnight shift one night, online and you were talking about the show. Were on the home page in top ten box.
Would like to thank members here for the great information I find here whenever I check in. Seems like a good company to invest a small amount in and see where it leads.
I have been watching this board for a couple weeks now and am thinking about investing here. It seems like the members on this board are all friends or something. Did you know each othere before investing here?
As I said, give me something negative about Santini if you have it. Guilt by association is possible, but not always the case.

Personally I believe you should do all the DD you can and make your own decisions. I can tell you that I lost 14k in the "real" companies in July, but made 35k in the pinks in July. Not always the case. This month has been good!
Trader
Janice,
Please give us any negative information you have about Alan Santini. Tired of hearing about Lumb. Alan is the CEO here not Lumb.
Trader
Derb,
Pinksheet stocks, wait, I mean all stocks are a gamble.
DD can help raise the odds, but anyone can still loose money.
There are two points many people have talked about that you did not mention in your post.
1) Many believe that Hunt Gold is worth as much as .02 (I have not researched this and don't really know. Just stating the opinion of otheres.) If that were the case the holdings FFGO has would be worth four times the value they have placed on them.
2)FFGO has other assets that are not listed on this SEC filing.
IMO If a few billion shares of any stock are dumped when there are no buyers the price goes down. And if a few billion shares of any stock are bought when there are many buying the price goes up. Supply and demand at work.
Hi Rabbi,
Met you on BIHC. I am in this one too. Luckily got in at .0001 So have already tripled my money? Did not sell any yet. Have personally e-mailed the company with questions and gotten quick responses, something that does not always happen.
IMO Friday's PR was big. Not many CEO's would put out a PR with so many points covered and details explained. If I had anymore funds in my account they would be here. Be careful and make sure you do your own DD. This could gap up on Monday early and then fall back some as people take profits. If you can get in early or on the dip that would be great. Of course these are my opinions.
Does this: The completion of these acquisitions and the exchange of the Company's holdings in the "Bouse" and "South Copperstone" Gold Projects for stock in a USA quoted Gold Mining Company will have a very material impact upon the Company's Net Asset Value per Share. mean the same as a USA based company?
Could this mean it is a company outside the USA, but quoted and/or traded in the USA?
The PR leads off: NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)
Because it comes out of Marketwire's New York office.
Nobody said FFGO had an office in New York,
Many companies use marketwire's New York office because of the media outlets it distributes to.
Vianna,
IMO CEO would not allow "entire float" to be bought back. If there were suppose to be no shares in the marketplace, but there were still because of naked shorting, etc. This would create a major problem for the investors. SEC would get involved and how could those shares be valued?
IMHO Best thing any CEO could do at this point is pay a dividend because all shareholders of record must be identified. This allows for an accounting of all shares. If there are too many it will be found out. The mm's would rather run up the price and buy back the markers (IOU's) in our accounts so as not to have to pay the divi or explain how so many shares got into the marketplace.
6. HOW WILL STOCKHOLDERS RECEIVE THEIR DIVIDENDS:
These shares of Goldco Common Stock will be posted to stockholders by Registered Mail on the "Pay Date." The addresses will be obtained from the stockholder register. The Company is retaining a specialist firm to coordinate this entire process with both the Transfer Agent to the Company and to Goldco. They are able to ascertain stockholder names and addresses as at the "Record Date" from DTCC and Broker records, provided they are given at least 14 days prior notice to the "Record Date."
This sounds like Santini is not just going to hand over the shares to the dtcc. Does he say we will receive them by registered mail? This will cause every share of FFGO to be accounted for like has never been done before. And I believe if the number is not right Mr Santini will make them fix it!
Do you have the company adress. The address on the SEC reports is not the company office. It is for mail service only.
If you have any questions e-mail investor relations for FFGO at investor@fortfinancegroup.com Alan Santini has answered all of my questions very quickly.
Tip, The company did update stockholders with fourth quarter financials in a PR, but there is not yet a quarterly or annual filed on the SEC website.
SpongeTech(R) Delivery Systems, Inc. CEO Michael Metter Issues Corporate Update on Company for Shareholders
Thursday June 5, 10:00 am ET
NEW YORK, June 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SpongeTech® Delivery Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SPNG - News) has had a lot of activity in the past several months and we want to take the time to update our shareholders on some of our recent accomplishments and delve a little into what they can expect moving forward in the next few quarters.
Message from SpongeTech® CEO, Michael Metter:
Dear Shareholders:
FINANCES
Un-audited revenues for our fiscal fourth quarter ending May 31, 2008, were approximately $3,875,000; approximately $600,000 ahead of guidance and an increase of $2,315,000 over our fiscal third quarter.
Our balance sheet and cash positions have greatly improved due to the increased sales of our products. We do not expect to have any dilutive financing in the near future.
ORDERS
Confirmed signed orders for fiscal year 2009, which started four day ago, are $27,000,000. We see no reason why these orders won't be shipped in their entirety. We are experiencing strong demand in the United States and very strong demand from international buyers
Carpe,
I keep mixing up the dates, but I think the q1 is due in September. They have one of those goofy years. Their fourth quarter ended on May 31, 2008. So first quarter will end on August 31. Then some report on info about quarter in September?

I knew the mm's themselves didn't handle this but they would be responsible for the NSS?
What happens if say the transfer agent knows there are 1 billion shares of company xxx outstanding. Then when they go to distribute a dividend 2 billion shares of xxx show up in the marketplace?
So I would not have to pay tax this year on the stock? Only when I sold it? That is what I hoped!
You are correct. You would not know the true value of the dividend until the restriction was lifted.
Question for anyone that knows about taxes. If I receive a stock dividend do I have to pay taxes on it this year? Or do I just pay the capital gains when I sell it with a base price of zero? I have never received a stock dividend before only cash dividends.
I understand the naked/counterfeit shares stuff.
But how can they pay???????
mm's can't pay a dividend with restricted shares if they only get enough "restricted shares" for the real shares.
IMO they would have to run this up to get enough people to sell so they could clear out those naked shares.
Anyone else agree/disagree here?
I think ist is really weird.
That said, IMO the strategy is:
1 - Buy back lots of shares (almost half the o/s)
2 - Pay a dividend (by paying a dividend cash or stock all registered shares will have to be accounted for)
Someone will know if there are too many shares in the marketplace. ie: CEO is after the mm's if they are shorting his stock into oblivion as some say the case may be.
Thank you for those facts and the site!
Don't know if there is a standard timeframe. Often when companies trade shares for equity I see two year restrictions. Don't know if that would be the case here. It would probably depend on how profitable this "Goldco" is and how they are going to handle this. They their pps would crash if we all sold at the same time.
And that may be the case. I believe this type of restriction carries a time frame and you would be able to trade them after that time was up. Of course they might be worth a lot less (or more) by the time you are allowed to trade them. I was already here for other reasons and did not buy just to get dividends.
Obviously their stock would crash. Which I hope people here realize. Depending on who this Goldco is they may offer to buy some back from us in the future to prevent such an event. Of course this would be if they had some money. All just my opinion.
I din't ask that question. His reply about "on top of that issue" made me think the details were still being worked out.
From a SEC filing dated July 23, 2008:
As at June 30, 2008, an amount of 1,030,034,482 shares of Bouse Mining Holdings plc were held by Western Diversified Mining Resources, Inc.; a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. As of June 13, 2008, the Company entered into a Heads of Agreement to dispose their entire shareholding in Bouse Mining Holdings plc; to an OTC Pink Sheets quoted Gold Mining & Exploration Company (hereinafter referred to as "Goldco").[b/] This is to be settled through the issue of restricted Shares of Common Stock in Goldco.
I am in this one because they are buying back and IMO they are worth more than the current price.
The "restricted shares" would be a bonus. And if they can actually get them to all of the shareholders they might start to get some credability.
I also believe that the mm's would have to clean up some of the iou's in peoples accounts. Helping the price to rise.
Of course, this is just my opinion.
I sent e-mails and received replies as below:
Hi,
I own shares in FFGO and am not sure that the PR's put out today are clear. Will the dividend to be paid from gold assets be paid to shareholders in cash or will it be a payment with stock. Thank you in advance.
Mike
Mike,
The Company will be paying out the majority of its shares of Goldco Common Stock in this Extraordinary Dividend.
Alan Santini
Alan,
I thought I read in a SEC fililng that the shares you received would be restricted. Are you giving out restricted shares or has something changed?
Mike
Mike,
We are negotiating that point with Goldco at the moment. They will have to file a Registration Statement. Your point is very valid but we are "on top of that issue".
Alan Santini
Alan,
Thank you ror your quick responses. I realize that many people may be e-mailing you today. I have seen many negative things posted about the company's past history and hope that this is a new beginning. Many people claim thay have not received stock dividends paid in the past by this company. Have you figured a way to prevent this from happening in the next payout.
Mike
Mike,
Yes, we have figured out how to ENSURE accurate and immediate payouts. We are using a specialist firm who works with the Transfer Agents and with the DTCC; and co-ordinates the entire operation.
Alan.
Any thoughts from members here would be appreciated!
And their answer?
Did you happen to ask if this would be a cash or stock dividend? I hate to ask them a question many others have already asked.
They got cash from somewhere!
They been buying back billions of shares with it!
Math off?
400,000,000/.0124=32,258,064,516
Vianna,
I am fairly new to this company, but know you have been here much longer. Where is all this money cominng from? The buyback of almost half the outstanding shares and now a dividend?
They've got a ton of cash?

My average is .018 for 2,114,944 share. I also hold 200,690 shares @ .015 in an IRA. No matter where we go it is profit for me. I am just thanking God I heard about this stock while it was in the .01 - .02 range.
Have made up my mind to be happy with whatever profit is made. Will not look at the "could have had".
