I agree with you. You make good points. (I just hope those "wild cards" dont ever become a reality.) Otherwise we are back to the starting line.
The only way I could is if I keep my finger on the trigger,(and that can become very stressful) just because of all the "wild cards" I have talked about. Too may problems in the world right now. The only reason people are optimistic is because the stock market has been going up for several months now. The underlying problems of our economy regarding government spending and the world economy for that matter havent changed, and in fact have only gotten worse.
I agree Brian that this is one that requires waiting, I just hope that we dont get stuck with another downturn like in 2008. Afterall, look at what happened to all the "Longs" in this stock who invested in before the 2008 crisis. They were all expecting 2009 and 2010 to be their years. Also look at what the Tsunami in Japan did on top of the 2008 Crisis. These and the other ones I talked about are all wild cards that should be taken into consideration when investing very long in a company. The world is a different place today, Peter Lynches quote of "investing is for the longterm" doesnt apply anymore.
I see things a little differently. em
The only problem with being that long is the uncertainty in the world today. Iran blocking the Straight of Hormuz, Israel or the US bombing Iran, Syria continuing to implode, Egypt still out of control, Iraq falling apart and falling prey to Iranian militants, housing crisis still not solved, Europe still on the brink of economic collapse, New presidential election etc...there is just too much uncertainty in the world today to take that long of an outlook on a stock. I also believe that 2014 could pose even better for MWWC if everthing comes to fruition that management is talking about, but lets be honest there are a ton of wild cards that can send this investment and every other investment for that matter in a tailspin.
You can't treat a penny stock like its a blue chip, and that is exactly what management is trying to do here. The reason is because this trades like a penny stock, it doesn't trade like a blue chip. Management doesnt know how to utilize press releases in accordance with stock price increases in order to build higher tiers. I believe m w w c management is very professional, I believe they are on the right track in regards to building this company back up, but they are not effectively creating shareholder equity like they could be. Look at General Electric, the company is huge and very profitable, but the stock is stuck and never really moves. For the record I have not sold a single share, and am going to be patient, but not forever.
Well said Big Papa. em
Increments
EXACTLY...WITHOUT A PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN THIS IS DEAD IN THE WATER.
For the third time THE VALUATION CHANGED BECAUSE OF THE LATEST 10K. DID YOU EXPECT ME TO KEEP THAT SAME VALUATION WITH A SHARE STRUCTURE THAT HAS SINCE THEN TRIPLED AND A NOW MORE ACCURATE REVENUES FORECAST OF ONLY 4 MILLION FOR THE YEAR.
MY PREVIOUS VALUATION WAS BASED ON 100 MIL OUT AND 50 MILL IN REVENUES.
YOU ARE GIVING THIS A VALUATION BASED ON REVENUES THAT ARE COMING DOWN THE LINE SEVERAL YEARS FROM NOW IF THEY EVER ACTUALLY DO.
LETS BE REAL AND NOT FOOL ANYONE. ITS CALLED INTEGRITY.
WHAT CATALYST WILL MAKE THIS STOCK GO UP PAST .015 OVER THE NEXT THREE MONTHS? Did not the valuation change since the last 10k? Did not the share structure change 50 mil to 156 mil? Do we now have a more accurate account of revenues? Sorry buddy, but valuations change.
well said. em
By the way i dont kiss managements butt either.
We have more conversions coming through, and ceo admitted to hitting 200 mil shares this year, doesnt look good buddy. By the way nice profile pic. lol
Yes this is better than most otc's and pinkies, but lets be real, there is no catalyst to increase the share price here, unless you plan on holding for a long time.
This is dead in the water...besides stock will likely depreciate leading up to the bad 1Q results.
ok, I'll sell half EOD.
In the end it comes down to stock price. I dont care how good a company is or is going to be if the stock price doesnt move it isnt worth crap.
THIS IS WHERE A PRESS RELEASE FROM THE COMPANY CAN BE VERY HELPFUL IN MAINTAINING AN INCREASING SHARE PRICE.
.02-.03 today?
Thanks man. I worked until 6 so i missed the majority of it, but since you want to be a harda$$ have it your way.
With 125 million in RFQ's 4 million this year in revenue seems a little on the low side does it not?
So Bogs, where do you see this stock price going over the next week and months? Do you see a slow steady climb? Do you see it relatively flat for several weeks or months? Do you see a spike? After this call what is your opinion? In other words at what point do you see the real value here taking shape?
I hope they PR some of these BIG deals.
If MWWC generates $4 million in revenue with say 175 million shares out we would be looking at a stock price valued at .023. We know stocks never trade at one times revenue so with a CONSERVATIVE 5 times revenue this stock would be valued around .115. Two things to keep in mind, this is based on "revenue" and not "earnings". Most investors and analysts in the small cap world use revenue growth instead of earnings when calculating a company's worth.

I also heard something about "50 million" in revenue. Was that the amount of expected contracts?
What are the details of the New Holland deal?
is the call still on I just got off work
Thats probably because those are dillution days for the company. Sadly enough, otherwise the opposite would be in effect.
Let me make this clear to you Bogs. I am currently invested here pretty nicely. I hold a decent amount of shares because I am "speculating" as we all are that there is more going for this company than not. However, that does not mean that everything is going to unfold exactly as we expect it to. Nobody knows except for management what they plan on doing in regards to financing etc. Lets not be naive here.
We will find out soon enough if this is like all the other penny scams out there or if this is a sound company led by people with integrity.
There is nothing worse or lower than trying to grow a company at the shareholders expense. I can only hope that is not the case here.
You could be right. I hope your not. This is probably why Rainer never got back to me in regards to my questions concerning the financing, specifically the conversions.
Lets hope we get an INFORMATIVE conference call which will ignite investor interest...and hopefully we'll get some good pr's to follow, as that is what investors look for.
I dont expect much either way today. We'll either close flat or up slightly.
CAN ANYBODY NAME ONE STOCK THAT IS TRADING AROUND A PENNY THAT WOULD BE A BETTER BUY THAN MWWC?
yes, no volume
You are right in that regard management hasnt come through, they have failed to gain momentum here which should be easy to do in their case.
I want to hear about strong revenue growth at the conference call. I want to hear about expected revenue numbers for the first second and third quarters of 2012.
