I wish I knew. When I talked to the TA alll he could verify was the november structure. when I mentioned the AS increase he was clueless. not bashing here - just stating what i was told. seemed like he was gagged to me. Saying he can only provide what the company tells him to.

This is not running on news. it is doing the pinky dance on news now until the fins are out. My guess is Mid Feb on fins. The PR's are giving some good info and IMO i like my position and am comfortable with my DD. need to keep an eye on share structure IMO.

I'm not a basher. The cool-aid went bad. One hell of a learning experience also. and thanks to this pink and a couple others the pinks that i am trading are getting beat to death! as well they should since they are pinks.

e-mails. People understand information that is provided in different ways. Conversing with the CEO or staff to help someone understand something better is a good thing. I doubt they are violating insider info rules in doing this. Often times these e-mails can offer some great clarification. If it is clear they are issuing insider info then ONLY the person holding that conversation or receiving that e-mail directly will be in the know. Chances are no one will believe the individual when he passes that info on. And there are often times people for whatever reason will post bogus information. Going back to trusting your DD and doing your own DD.

No. Fins weren't expected until Feb. the way I understood it. 30 - 60 days from at least Dec 18th. And that is if everything goes well.

Due to my time constraints I am mostly a lurker. And as a lurker I MOST DEFINATELY want a moderated board. Makes it much easier to catch up. But would also impress that posters that bring potentially damaging info to the stock should be told to provide links that can be viewed to back it up before they are summarily deleted. As well as positive info should be backed up as well.

With all the problems he is having I'd be surprised (pleasantly) if he does keep this going through the summer. I think he will. IF the ifs fall in place. The pps may go down but I think there is potential down the road.

I searched. IMO that document would be part of the case file and would only be used to assist in determining direction. Not to be based wholly on its own merit as it is only 1 affidavit.

I see a search for the truth. Nothing more. Defending this stock on hearsay and possibilities and fiction is irresponsible and reckless. Searching and providing what you find and being able to show where the truth came from is key to any pink. I am grateful to all those that have taken valuable time to post verifiable facts here that has taken so much time to find. Not just with this but with many others as well. IMO the OSC is dead on so far. and as time goes on if we're lucky we'll see the whole picture unfold.

Pinks are taking a hell of a hit IMO. This imo will create a bear market for a lot of pinks and carry throughout the otc. many are fleeing because of all the scams that have been uncovered that were just recently hot runners. Everyone should keep in mind that they are right to flee - over 98% of all pinks are scams. If you haven't done your DD you don't belong in the pinks. Watching the charts is one thing looking for that play - BUT if you're not doing your DD you open yourself wide open for punishment. I can only rely on my DD - and the risk/reward factor says to maintain a position with ckys through Feb. This is a great flipper along the way. TMCC - thank you for all your info - great work!

Talked to Bill today, the video had to be broken up and should be out next week. The hearing may be postponed. He is also trying to find new funding. There is still a future but they are certainly struggling to stay alive. I still have a lot of homework on this but looks like he bought a bad shell to begin with.

I doubt you will see the results of the findings of the OSC for some time unless there is someone there to take good notes - my vote is for the windsor star! I would hope they would inform our sec or at least the nevada sos of their findings but i'm sure they are not obligated.

The momo says to flip and watch for a lower entry. the speculation is IF he actually produces an AF. - pink/nevada/utah/as 3B/ - would send a lot running and has by the looks of it. It is a pink after all. I'm holding a portion and will add more if this does go back to the .00s. He's got about 7 weeks or so of life left - till mid Feb. Patience and we'll see if there are some fins. Just 1 excuse and he's a goner.

If this isn’t taken care of look out below. This hearing was postponed from Sept. Now with the heat being turned up maybe they are building up their defenses. Going back In time to the jan – march time frame for 06 here. The lead investigator for this hearing can be reached next week – can’t say anything that isn’t already public knowledge though. If it all hits the fan in the worst possible scenario bill pays 310k and xlplus pays 432.5k. and who know what will happen to the spin off down the line. Not sure how this would all be handled or if bill can justify that it has already been taken care of.

Good point. Still holding most but will probably flip some for the next dip. It would help if some understood how the ad industry worked which is why they had the disclaimer better advertised this time. personally i can handle a little hype over this. gets more people interested.
