With you all the way. I still believe that pps will catch up with actual progress the company has made lately. China JV still hasn't been factored in to price.
OT:Alex. Yes it is me. How are you. Name is diff. Would never know it was you. Still in X
Filled today for 150k @ .0085. This think could easily run to .10 on good news.
I had a live fiber roll with Level III comm. We went out Thursday night, all thought it would be a 24 hour quicky. Didn't make it home until Monday afternoon. Cat naps between live fiber rolls, is about all we had. One fiber at a time X 288 of them. The ones with the most traffic on them, sometimes would take hours to make sure all companies where prepared for the transfer. Sometimes, you would have a company like AOL, that knew about the roll months in advance, hold us up for hours on one fiber, because they say they had no idea. Holy crap!!!
Too many to count
You know, I think everybody would love to break out of this range. The company has alot going its way. PPS in my view is undervalued. Many see the stock trading @ this level for a week or so, and they have to move on. That is where experience in a prior situation like this, pays off greatly. For me, and I'm sure others, whether it be This Friday, next tuesday, or 3 days after ThanksGiving, I couldn't give a hoot. It is human nature, to want it to happen now. If not now, I should just move on...Type mentality. Well for anybody that reads this message, if it where exactly like that, all the time, I can assure that we would all be wealthy. Let CEO Kanno, and chief Engineer get back from China, and I'm sure they will have good things to say. They didn't just fly over there for 2 weeks to shoot the shiet. From what I saw today, we started of the day with immediate bid whacking as soon as we opened. For me, I would like to take our time with more consolidation, because if we have to endure that every time the bid builds strength, It will take much longer to move anywhere. Why people buy a stock to do this is just stupid. It's not like there making money on a quick trade. So until the few decide that they want to hold for higher ground, and we don't go hours at a time with everybody afraid to hit the ask, we will remain. This has nothing to do with the companies progress, it's all about uncertainty, and people wanting to hear more progress is being made. Time. News. shares in stronger hands. $$$$$$$$
You saw today how even sellers, didn' want to sell for less than .001 they'll have hard time getting more to sell next week for lower. If any thing, a few more days like today, and then its time.
Would have been nice. I could give two s... We are so close, It is obvious, Just give it a few more consolidation days.
I know it would be nice to Just Hit over night, But It ain't going to happen. Whether we like it or not, News and the JV
are inevitable, We will all be laughing @ this range. No worries here. Don't let the lack of volume fool you. Other than a few bid whackers, It is quite apparent, that this is moving up shortly. One week?? two weeks?? All the same in this stage of the game.
When I know we are trying to strenthen the bid, after the past few days, I wouldn't whack it to save my life. Let's get real.
It's like we try all week, only to have it crushed by a fool that shouldn't have even bought to begin with.
Why somebody would want out that bad 1 week before they return from China with news, is beyond me. Wack.. Wack.. Wack
Americano.. your up. I haven't made it to bed.... Yet!!
Not to much longer. Day by day. closer we get. when its time,
People will wish they had pounded this ridiculous 0012
We are expecting news from they're 2 week trip that they are on right now. They have been there for a week almost. Finalizing JV details. I have heard, that things are going well. Thats about all I know right now.
Not that I know of.
wouldn't that be nice!!
That could be news soon.
Imagine if JV news came out right now with a 500 million starter contract. I wonder if 13 would get hit.
Well fellas.. I believe we've found a base. And it appears to be formed in concrete.
other wise, it appears ask is 0002 for all
I know this sounds crazy. I'm in a crunch. I have 13mil even @ .0001
If somebody matches that, they'll probably go through. They've been on the block for 25 minutes. 13 mil even @ .0001
I got the last 500k @ .0013. Somebody else step to the plate. You know your going to double or triple soon as they get back from China with news.
Wrong I was on unh
Agree.. Didn't help with 2 mil BW to start right out of the gate.
OT: Anybody that has LII... Put UNH on your screen if you have room.
United health care is dropping like a ton of bricks. Millions in false option grants. They may have to refile as far back as 1994. OUCH
Sucks to be a UNH stock holder right now.

Ron, I sure as hell see it!!! It looks like money to me!!! And Lots of it!!! Cheers!!!
People IPKL is not a day traders stock! For the ones who are flipping your going to flip and IPKL won't retreat back down like you expect. Instead you will be chasing it buying at much higher prices. IPKL is huge imo. The market hasn't realized it at this time. The potential is equivalent to any other major stock trading on the DOW and NASDAQ. People had no idea that Microsoft,AOL,Google,EBAY, and AMZN were going to be such successes. People made millions of those companies. Did you know AMZN was a penny stock trading under a buck? It went to $200 per share near it's high. All stocks have to crawl before they can walk. I know some can't believe IPKL will ever be anything because it's a pink sheet stock. LOL Watch and learn!
Bottom line the deals have been made and they are going to happen! IPKL is in the right place at the right time! It's going to become a huge company over the next year! Get your shares cheap before the market realizes what we got here.

Think of it like this - Just another point of view:)
What happens when you try to get a GPS signal or a cell phone signal through 100 tons of rock, dirt, and other natural or man made material? Not sure?
Think the various governments throughout the world have the technology already? Could be possible, but I doubt it.
Let's take the United States Government for starters - If they do, then why when you visit the Pentagon, Ft. Knox, Ft. Polk, Luke Air Force Base, and any of the other countless facilities the U.S. Military has, you loose cell phone service and in many cases, have black out of dead spots where a GPS satelite can only produce general location and not exact pinpointed locations. If in any underground section in any facility, military or not, and I have been in several, try using a land line - you are not getting located by GPS or getting cell phone service unless you are going to place a 5 ton transmitter with an underground tower that extends to above ground - oh yeah - and if there is an accident and that tower or transmitter is damaged - kiss the wireless communications goodbye!
IMO - this is very old technology that has been restructured to be devlivered in a very different kind of way that is compact and set up to operate under the most extreme circumstances - and yes that does make for 'patented technology'. You do not have to change the technology that is existing, but if you can develope a new kind of delivery system - one could classify the system as 'patented technology'.
As far as dealing with China first to establish the set up of this system - VERY SMART MOVE IMO!!! If the Chinese government approved the JV and have given the green light for this to go - this means a lot of red tape has been gone through already and unless something ABSOLUTELY CRAZY HAPPENS - this will go through. China is a hot spot for watch dog groups for human rights. Being able to implement this system and say they were the 'First' to implement it for their workers is a huge thing for them. It politically means more to them than it does to say a country like the USA because much of how China is viewed is in political terms sometimes more so than financial or structural. This is just all IMO! - Hope this makes sense. Again Just IMO - Everyone should do their own DD before making any purchase for anything!!

IPKL
"Our management team has visited China on several occasions in the past and by far this was the most intensive and productive visit ever," said Naiel P. Kanno, iPackets' President and CEO. "The dedication of the management team made it possible to accomplish all items on our agenda and established a framework for the JV."
About the Mining and Mine Safety Industries in China
China comprises more than 280,000 mining enterprises, of which 80,000 are state-owned. There are over 25,000 state-owned coal mines in China, of which over 700 are classified as large mines. Mine safety has been a major issue in the Chinese mining industry, with more than 6,000 miners killed in mining-related accidents in China last year; independent estimates say the real figure could be as high as 20,000. According to Chinese government statistics, more than 12.2 million people were employed as miners in 2005, and approximately 7.0 million of these were coal miners.
THINK ABOUT IT.
IPKL owns the software technology, and when the terms get disclosed..we're talking up to 35% on each mining sale that
ranges from 500k in small mines to $2 mil. in large mines
for the entire country of China.
This just didn't happen. Naeil has been working on this
deal for over 6 years.
Read the P.R...over 700 hundred are classified as large mines.
IPKL isn't doing the production; they are providing the software installation...cuts costs, and why the jv venture.
Now, multiply 700 x 1.5M(being conservative) per mine=1.05 bil.
We're not talking about the other mines here folks which is
200,000 and change x 500k(conservative)=100 billion.
Take 101 bil. sales(minimum) x IPKL's cut(conservative) 25%=25 BILLION
Huge.
Conservative.
For those who doubt the depths of ipmine solutions...
iPMine was successfully demonstrated 1800 feet (600 meters) below ground to one of the largest nickel and copper mining operations in China. iPackets has spent years researching the Chinese market while having made a number of site visits to build a comprehensive understanding of the market.
Morning bell will be soon
According to the terms of the LOI, YongAn will provide funding of up to $50 million to the JV, and over two acres (10,000 square meters) of land to build and outfit a world-class manufacturing facility in Jiaozuo city, Henan.

nanopatent; the JV.......
is for China but I am sure that IPKL will use the same technology solution to market to the world. The only thing is IPKL will probably get a better cut outside of China.
Posts are IMO. Do your own DD and make your own decisions. Good luck to all!
I think that was mentioned by Zigbee. That once manufacturing is set up, that the JV would also be set up for world wide distribution, with the manufacturing taking place in China. If there is money to be made, the Chinese certainly know how to do it.
