Wow. not that my opinion matters but if i received answers back from a company - for 1 I wouldn't mention it on a message board without showing what i felt relevent reguardless of who's pumping and who's dumping. if you're not gonna bear it then it shouldn't even be mentioned. HOWEVER... and guessing that this was your point - you feel that since you got a reply you feel there is someone still minding the store. cool.

that $27 commission for scottrade sucks. lol. but If they produce the answers we are looking for it'll be worth it. this could go wild on the greys with the right news imo. I would expect PR's to start back up but without addressing the SEC and letting us know what they can Cyberkey will just sucker in new investors into the likelihood of loosing every dime. I would call that very bad pool if this plays out in that way. I know getting info from the government can take time but this should have been settled by now imo. No news soon and confidence will take an even heavier tumble into the grey murkiness.

That's where I'm at geo. Probably would have had it if it weren't for the pr they put out. Not sure if anyone has gotten filled that low yet, but with no news it'll come imo. And with no news at .001... ~I can wait.

so far from the few agreements I have found the fee should be around 75k per month. sound about right? could be a bit less for cyberkey considering they aren't filing yet. with options to purchase a certain amount shares at a discount up to a certain % to be held in escrow.

how do you figure that? Do you really think BA would pay someone to pump a sub micro? IMO BA would want cyberkey to move forward to help them look good, if cyberkey turned out to be a scam that would be egg on their face. Just wondering how you could suspect what you are saying.

You got the same exact response I did when I called. nadda. I have called othe T/A's and had them talk about PR's but nothing that wasn't already public info. The difference with the people from BA that are representing Cyberkey is they seem CLUELESS!! imo. Just the impression I was left with anyway.

JMO BA is not obligated to pump any company and imo would be doing a disservice to any company by telling you a company is a good/bad investment op. They did what they should have done. Referred you to the company. What they should be able to do imo is tell you the complete share structure - which they won't do because only JP is maintaining that control. If it isn't already in a PR then BA doesn't know anything about it. imo

Just as a lurker that was lucky enough not to loose on this pos - the three you mentioned have offered much to many.

about the PR - I like the statement. To me it shows he's aware of some of the other pinks downfalls. Also glad to see he isn't offering dates. We expected AF in Feb/March time frame. May be why this didn't get the reaction some were hoping for - could take a bit longer.

Oh... and an EDGAR filing pink..... that would be sweeeeeet!
