My thoughts exactly about the little guy - retail newbs sticking their necks out. And if it does get halted how painful it will be to watch the entire days trading go backwards back to the open.

I've been wondering the same thing for a couple weeks - even before the arrest. Could he have snowballed his own people so well? If so i would think everyone would be running for the hills by now. Or maybe he is telling them he has a defense and everything will work out.

My red flags...

post 31475 in the ckys thread. I posted the complete email a couple days ago on allstocks in the ckys thread (feel free to visit lol). plus the unreturned phone calls. no verification of the gov't contracts i searched every dod site i could find and so did my friend who has a knack for finding anything! yet still i was a believer. There was some discussion about the cage code, i'm retired navy and ran that as far as I could - no items were assigned to it - that should have been a red flag but it was marked as "active" so that kept me interested. This all kept me light on ckys even so after the fun of SLJB and FCPG. I didn't loose on those either but still the deception was pretty convincing. I was about to load up right before the freeze. flipped most out just days earlier leaving $100 in looking for a dip to run on. then the ax fell.

I chalked part of my acceptance to this reply thinking I had sent a poorly written e-mail with too many questions. And some of my phone calls may not have convinced JP to call me back. I never did get to talk to him. My lack of persistence is my own fault. But this did help me decide not to go all in. And now I think it's been bashed into my brain enough not to ever hold another pink overnight. I still have my .98 cents worth of ckys (just over 6k shares) and a couple other worthless pinks in my portfolio. Which will stay there as a reminder not to make these mistakes again. There were some members that would pop in once in a while showing the red flags along the way but most were deleted. then it was too late.

Would be nice to sit back and watch it play out a little as you suggest. IMO we won't see any defense until Plant goes to trial - any PR may not be found believable. Will take some major work by cyberkey to explain this and show where the money really is and where they stand. Who's runin the show for one thing. There is opportunity for cyberkey to speak their mind. an audit team LOA with cyber would be a good start. Don't think we'll see it imo. But I'd like to be proven wrong.

Hope this works out in your favor. even a little retribution would be nice - but seeing him get what he deserves may help you sleep better. and everyone else.

Sorry Knowles, I made it through the suspension, now what I have is -$27 holding until after the trials/ hearings whatever.

IMO you won't know the truth unless we see some financials. I seriously doubt we'll see any. This could very well wash out and the out going tide will revert back to the original providers who will continue to sell their own products until someone else comes along to help sell more for them. Not that I would judge Plant before the Judge but it sure had me fooled. I've been reading your posts tmcc. Very informative on past case history. I'm staying tuned but this will take some time. I don't see CKYS recovering from this in any near future.

Me 2 sand, a friend and I searched and could come up with nothing other than the cage code. I can't explain how the cage could be there yet no items assigned to it. The fact that it was there offered a little "hope" that there was some transparency that the govt at least did some DD on cyberkey. still could not find any contracts or identify an item manager. Good luck to those still holding. My value is in the negative since I only had a tiny bit left before the suspension.
